Potential antioxidant and cytoprotective effects of essential oil extracted from Cymbopogon citratus on OxLDL and H_(2)O_(2) LDL induced Human Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells(PBMC)

Cymbopogon citratus(lemon grass)is commonly used in traditional folk *** essential oil extracted from *** has been reported as a potential anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory *** study has been designed to explore the protective effect of ***(lemon grass)against modified LDL(OxLDL and H2O2 LDL)induced cytotoxicity in Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells(PBMC).The essential oil extracted from ***(EOC)was subjected to FT-IR spectroscopic analysis for the identification of functional *** vitro antioxidant assays were carried out to assess the electron donating capability of EOC as compared with a known standard L-ascorbic *** cytoprotective effects of EOC were determined in PBMC induced with modified *** obtained from FT-IR analysis showed the presence of functional groups in EOC such as H-bonded,O-H stretching,N-H stretching,aldehyde-C-H stretching,aldehyde/ketone-C=O stretching,-C=C-stretching,-CH_(3) bending,-C-H in plane *** has greater antioxidant property when compared with the standard L-ascorbic *** at all test concentrations demonstrated free radical scavenging activity and cytoprotective effect when challenged against modified LDL in *** above results show EOC as a promising antioxidant and cytoprotective agent.

The adenosine receptor（A2AR） in the nucleus accumbens（NAc） exerts control of motor, reward and motivational and learning behaviors, but its specific contribution to striatum-dependent instrumental learning is unknown. This is in part due to lack of methods to transiently control the A2AR activity in "time-locked" manner with physiological reward critical for instrumental learning. In the present study, we employed our newly developed rhodopsin-A2AR chimeras（opto A2AR） to temporally activate A2AR by light in "time-locked" manner with reward delivery, to determine the A2AR modulatory effect on instrumental learning. We demonstrated that transient light activation of opto A2AR signaling in the NAc neurons in ‘time-locked’ manner with the reward delivery was sufficient to reduce the animal’s sensitivity to outcome devaluation, displaying habitual actions in contrast to goal-directed behavior in the control group Furthermore, focal knockdown of A2ARs in NAc by Cre-flox strategy promoted goaldirected behavior in contrast to habitual actions. since the NAc plays a critical role in the motivational aspect of instrumental behavior and NAc A2ARs play an important role in motivation/effort-related choice behaviors, we employed opto A2AR approach coupled with a Pavlovian-to-instrumental transfer（PIT） paradigm to critically determine whether striatopallidal A2AR signaling in NAc can influence instrumental learning by motivational processes via PIT. Following instrumental（morning） and Pavlovian（afternoon） conditioning, both wild-type mice and mice with A2AR knockdown in NAc increased lever pressing rate and elevated nose poking ratio, respectively. On the 10 th day, we performed a transfer test and found that mice with A2AR knockdown in the NAc showed much higher transfer efficiency than the control group. Thus, the A2AR in the NAc modulates instrumental behavior through the influence of the Pavlovian cue on instrumental behavior.

目的本研究在医学类研究生视角下调查分析申请-考核制与其他不同招生途径相比,对博士研究生科研能力的培养、应聘就业与发展的影响,调查不同类型研究生对申请-考核制博士招生途径的认可度与期望值,旨在评估及优化现有的申请-考核制招生途径。方法通过自编问卷进行调查分析不同阶段和类型医学研究生对申考制相关问题的看法。利用Excel和sPss进行频数统计、卡方检验和独立样本t检验。结果在完成论文发表方面,申考制博士倾向于在读前两年[38.71%(12/31),35.48%(11/31)]完成博士毕业发表论文的要求,而统招和硕博连读博士生多于第二年[33.33%(10/30)]和第三年[40.54%(15/37)]完成论文发表(P=0.021)。在申请阶段所需材料对博士阶段科研的价值上,74.19%(23/31)申考生和48.65%(18/37)硕博连读生认为科研成果帮助最大,而统招生认为带来最大助力的是外语[26.67%(8/30)],各组间差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。在申考制招生的公平性认可方面,71.53%(304/425)研究生认为是公平的,硕士阶段所在院校(P=0.001)和硕士学位性质(P=0.001)显著影响研究生对申考制公平性的认可度。结论申考制博士研究生在科研能力培养与学术成果方面均有优势,对提升我国高水平医学类科研人员的储备作用显著,在医学类研究生群体中的认可度与影响力均较高。未来将优化申考制,打造出最适合我国国情的医学类博士招生途径。

目的探讨产后盆底功能障碍Kegel训练结合生物反馈电刺激对患者康复的影响。方法选取2020年4月至2021年5月景德镇市妇幼保健院收治的产后盆底功能障碍性疾病患者80例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各40例。对照组采取生物反馈电刺激治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上进行健康宣教,并指导患者进行正确Kegel训练。统计分析两组患者的盆底静息、收缩压力、盆底压力分级、阴道肌力、纤维疲劳指数、压力性尿失禁发生情况、盆底器官脱垂症状。结果治疗组患者治疗后较治疗前的盆底静息、收缩压力升高幅度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的盆底压力分级Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级比例均高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅲ级比例低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的阴道肌力、Ⅰ级纤维疲劳指数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅱ级纤维疲劳指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗后较治疗前的压力性尿失禁发生率、盆底器官脱垂症状Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度比例降低幅度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论产后盆底功能障碍Kegel训练结合生物反馈电刺激较单独生物反馈电刺激更能有效促进患者康复。

[目的]本文旨在探讨耕作对河套灌区典型盐碱土水稳定性团聚体及其有机碳和全氮含量的影响。[方法]选择河套黄灌区典型的5种盐碱土,用Yoder湿筛法测定水稳定性团聚体,再用元素分析仪测定有机碳和总氮含量。[结果]河套黄灌区典型盐碱土主要是53～10μm团聚体,占55.84%～79.72%,平均68.10%;其次是250～53μm团聚体,占11.79%～29.18%,平均17.95%;而>250μm和250μm和250～53μm团聚体数量。>250μm和sO2-4、Cl-和CO2-3呈显著正相关关系。[结论]耕作降低了大部分土壤中各粒级团聚体有机碳和全氮含量,促进了有机碳和全氮从大团聚体向小团聚体转移。盐分决定盐碱土小团聚体的数量,而有机物质在大团聚体形成中起重要的作用。河套地区盐碱土改良,应在降低盐分的同时加大有机物质投入量。
