背景在KEyNOTE-189此项Ⅲ期研究(NCT02578680)中,与安慰剂联合培美曲塞加铂类相比,帕博利珠单抗联合培美曲塞加铂类化疗(培美曲塞-铂类)显著改善了初治转移性非鳞状非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NsCLC)患者的总生存期(overall survival,Os)和无进展生存期(progression-free survival,PFs)。本研究报告了研究方案指定的最终分析的疗效结局,包括从培美曲塞-铂类交叉至帕博利珠单抗治疗的患者,以及完成35个周期(约2年)帕博利珠单抗治疗组的疗效。方法符合条件的患者以2:1随机分配至帕博利珠单抗,每3周一次,200 mg (n=410)或安慰剂(n=206)(共35周期,约2年),加上4个周期的培美曲塞(500 mg/m~2)和由研究者选择的每3周顺铂(75 mg/m~2)或卡铂(曲线下面积5 mg/min/mL)治疗,随后使用培美曲塞直至疾病进展。若符合纳入标准,分配至安慰剂联合培美曲塞加铂类治疗的患者可在疾病进展时转向帕博利珠单抗治疗。主要研究终点为Os和PFs。结果中位随访31.0个月,无论PD-L1的表达水平如何,与安慰剂联合培美曲塞-铂类治疗相比,帕博利珠单抗联合培美曲塞-铂类治疗可使患者的Os[风险比(hazard ratio,HR)为0.56;95%可信区间(confidence interval,CI) 0.46-0.69]和PFs (HR=0.49;95%CI:0.41-0.59)显著获益。接受帕博利珠单抗联合培美曲塞-铂类治疗的患者客观缓解率(objective response rate,ORR)(48.3%vs 19.9%)和第二次/后续无进展生存期(PFs2;HR=0.50;95%CI:0.41-0.61)均得到改善。安慰剂联合培美曲塞-铂类组的84例患者(40.8%)交叉至帕博利珠单抗治疗组。72.1%的接受帕博利珠单抗联合培美曲塞-铂类的患者和66.8%的接受安慰剂联合培美曲塞-铂类的患者发生了3级-5级不良事件。56例患者完成了35个周期(约2年)的帕博利珠单抗治疗;ORR为85.7%,53例(94.6%)患者存活至数据截止时间。结论与安慰剂联合培美曲塞-铂类治疗相比,帕博利珠单抗联合培美曲塞-铂类可持续提高疗效,且安全性可控。该研究结果支持将帕博利珠单抗联合培美曲塞-铂类作为初治转移性非鳞状NsCLC患者的一线治疗方案。

Ren-integrable and ren-symmetric integrable systems

A new type of symmetry,ren-symmetry,describing anyon physics and corresponding topological physics,is ***-symmetry is a generalization of super-symmetry which is widely applied in super-symmetric physics such as super-symmetric quantum mechanics,super-symmetric gravity,super-symmetric string theory,super-symmetric integrable systems and so *** and Grassmann numbers are,in some sense,dual conceptions,and it turns out that these conceptions coincide for the ren situation,that is,a similar conception of ren-number(R-number)is devised for *** particular,some basic results of the R-number and ren-symmetry are exposed which allow one to derive,in principle,some new types of integrable systems including ren-integrable models and ren-symmetric integrable *** examples of ren-integrable KdV-type systems and ren-symmetric KdV equations are explicitly given.

Effect of Eu3+,Bi3+,and Li+ doping on luminescent property of GdNbO4

We investigated the emission properties of Eu3+-doped GdNbO4-based oxide phosphors,aiming at improving the Eu3+emission by codoping of Bi3+and Li+.Eu3+singly doped,Eu3+and Bi3+doubly doped,and Eu3+,Bi3+,and Li+triply doped GdNbO4were prepared using a high-temperature solid-state reaction *** red-orange emissions from Eu3+in the singly doped samples are significantly improved by the codoping of Bi3+,mainly due to the energy transfer from Bi3+to Eu3+.The additional codoping of Li+is found to increase the Eu3+emission *** improvement might be attributed to the increase in the photoluminescent quantum yield originating from larger grain sizes and better crystallinity.A detailed analysis of the X-ray diffraction pattern and the asymmetric ratio estimated from the photoluminescence spectra show that the local lattice environment around Eu3+in GdNbO4does not change significantly with the codoping of Bi3+and Li+.Our results indicate that Li+doping is a promising way to improve the emission properties of rare-earth ion-doped GdNbO4phosphors.

Bed inventory balance and stability of dual circulating fluidized bed systems

Experiments and modelling are conducted for general understanding on the imbalance phenomenon and for discussion on the strategies to improve the bed inventory balance and stability of a dual circulating fluidized bed(DCFB)*** experiments are carried out in a 15.5 m high pilot-scale DCFB cold test system.A fluid-dynamic DCFB model is developed based on a 1.5-dimensional semi-empirical model of an industrial CFB boiler,validated by experimental *** effects of control methods and operation conditions on the bed inventory balance and on the stability of the pilot-and large-scale DCFB systems are discussed.A"stable-unbalanced"state,where the system reaches a steady state,consisting of un-balanced bed inventories,is observed in both experiments and model *** maintain a balanced state and similar bed inventory in the DCFB systems with similar cross-sectional areas,it is recom-mended to keep similar total pressure drops or gas velocities in both reactors.

Distinct Electrical and Mechanical Responses of a Cu-10Fe Composite Prepared by Hot-Pressed sintering and Post Treatment

A Cu-10wt%Fe composite was prepared through hot-pressed sintering,and the material was subsequently solution *** hot-pressed sintered and solution treated materials were rolled and *** precipitation behavior and performance changes were systematically studied by using scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron *** contrast to the hot-pressed sintered specimen,the solution treatment significantly affects the thermal stability and properties of the Cu-10wt%Fe *** Cu-10wt%Fe composite was prepared after solid solution,cold rolling and aging at 773 K for 1 h,and it obtained excellent tensile strength of 494 MPa,uniform elongation of 16.3%,electrical conductivity of 51.1%IACs and softening temperature of 838 *** for the distinct difference in thermal stability and properties between hot-pressed sintered and solution treated specimens were *** findings provide a theoretical basis for designing high-performance Cu-based in-situ composites by post treatment.

Photocatalytic activation of sulfite by N-doped porous biochar/MnFe_(2)O_(4) interface-driven catalyst for efficient degradation of tetracycline

A novel photo-catalytic system composed of N-doped biochars(NBCs),MnFe_(2)O_(4) and sulfite activation under ultraviolet(NBCs/MnFe_(2)O_(4)/sulfite/UV)was constructed to realize the efficient eliminate of tetracycline(TC).As the carrier of MnFe_(2)O_(4),NBCs were synthesized from alfalfa,which has large specific surface area,graphite like structure and hierarchical porous *** adsorption isotherm indicated that NBCs/MnFe_(2)O_(4)-2:1 had the best adsorption performance for TC(347.56 mg g^(-1)).Through synergistic adsorption and photocatalysis,the removal rate of TC reached 84%,which was significantly higher than that of MnFe_(2)O_(4).Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIs)and Photoluminescence(PL)characterization results showed that the introduction of NBCs improved the separation efficiency of photogenerated electron and hole pairs and enhanced the photocatalytic ***,the adsorption,degradation mechanism and degradation path of TC by the catalyst were systematically analyzed by coupling HPLC–Ms measurement with the theoretical *** the advantages of excellent degradation performance,low cost,easy separation and environmental friendliness of NBCs/MnFe_(2)O_(4),this work was expected to provide a new path for the practical application of biochar.

An improved initial rotor position estimation method using high-frequency pulsating voltage injection for PMsM
