Background:This study aimed at investigating the effects of mycotoxin challenge on the growth and physiology of nursery pigs with different weaning ***:At weaning,10 pigs were euthanized to collect jejunal mucosa and 90 pigs were assigned following a randomized complete block design in a 2×2 factorial arrangement of treatments with 3 pigs per *** were:weaning weight(light:body weight,Bww>9.0 kg);and dietary mycotoxins(supplementation of 0.2 mg/kg aflatoxins,2.0 mg/kg deoxynivalenol).All diets had titanium dioxide as an external marker at 0.5%.Growth performance and fecal score were recorded until pigs achieved 20 kg Bw(light pigs average Bw=21.1 kg and heavy pigs average Bw=20.5 kg).Pigs were sampled for blood,ileal digesta,jejunal tissue and mucosa at 20 kg *** were analyzed using the mixed procedure of *** weaning,light pigs had decreased(Psed(Psis factor-α,and increased(Psity indexes of jejunal mucosa-associated *** 20 kg of Bw,light pigs had decreased(Ps decreased(Pw,ADG,ADFI,and G/*** pigs tended to have increased fecal score on d 0(P=0.080),d 10(P=0.069),and increased(Pscore at 20 *** decreased the apparent ileal digestibility of nitrogen(Ps had increased(Pstinal malondialdehydes and interleukin *** tended to increase(P=0.060)intestinal tumor necrosis factor-α.Conclusions:Nursery pigs with light weaning weight were more susceptible to jejunal inflammation and had impaired intestinal health due to weaning stress,whereas mycotoxins diminished the health and growth of nursery pigs regardless of weaning weight.

The superplastic behavior and associated deformation mechanisms of a fine-grained Mg-10.1 Li-0.8Al-0.6Zn alloy(LAZ1011)with a grain size of 3.2μm,primarily composed of the BCCβphase and a small amount of the HCPαphase,were examined in a temperature range of 473 K to 623 *** microstructural refinement of this alloy was achieved by employing high-ratio differential speed *** best superplasticity was achieved at 523 K and at strain rates of 10^(-4)-5×10^(-4)s^(-1),where tensile elongations of 550±600%were *** the heating and holding stage of the tensile samples prior to tensile loading,a significant increase in grain size was observed at temperatures above 573 ***,it was important to consider this effect when analyzing and understanding the superplastic deformation behavior and *** the investigated strain rate range,the superplastic flow at low strain rates was governed by lattice diffusion-controlled grain boundary sliding,while at high strain rates,lattice diffusion-controlled dislocation climb creep was the rate-controlling deformation *** was concluded that solute drag creep is unlikely to *** the late stages of deformation at 523 K,it was observed that grain boundary sliding led to the agglomeration of theαphase,resulting in significant strain *** mechanism maps were constructed forβ-Mg-Li alloys in the form of 2D and 3D formats as a function of strain rate,stress,temperature,and grain size,using the constitutive equations for various deformation mechanisms derived based on the data of the current tests.

The study was conducted to evaluate the effect of dietary arginine supplementation on the immune status of early-weaned piglets.A total of 70 piglets weaned at 7 days of age were assigned randomly to 5 treatment groups(14 pigs/group),representing diets supplemented with 0, 0.2,0.4,0.6 and 0.8%L-arginine,*** Days 7 and 14 after initiation of the supplementation,the weights of immune organs,counts of leucocytes,serum concentrations of immunoglobulins and cytokines,as well as splenic expression of genes for cytokines were *** results showed that the relative weight of spleen in piglets supplemented with 0.2 and 0.8%arginine,as well as that of thymus in piglets supplemented with 0.6%arginine,increased, compared with the control group on Day *** supplementation with 0.8%arginine increased the numbers of white blood cells and granulocytes on Day 7 in comparison with other *** Day 14,the numbers of granulocytes and the granulocyte:leucocyte ratio were greater,while the numbers of lymphocytes and the lymphocyte:leucocyte ratio were lower in piglets supplemented with 0.2 and 0.4%arginine than in the control *** arginine supplementation for the first 7 days resulted in lower concentrations of serum IL-8 and IL-2,but higher concentrations of serum IgM and higher levels of splenic IL-8 gene *** Day 14,concentrations of serum IL-8 and IL-2 were lower,while concentrations of serum IgG,TNF and IL-6 as well as gene expression levels of splenic IL-8 and TNF were higher,in piglets treated with arginine than the control ***,these findings indicate that arginine supplementation may be beneficial for enhancing the immune status in early-weaned piglets.

216头断奶仔猪用于测定日粮中添加不同含量的酵母培养物(YC)对断奶仔猪的生长性能、养分消化率、肠道形态结构、肠道菌群和免疫应答的影响,并测定YC是否能够替代抗生素生长抑制剂(AGP)。试验1,28日龄断奶仔猪192头(体重为7.5±0.2kg)随机分配到6个处理组:①对照组(没有添加AGP或YC);②AGP组(氯四环素,80mg/kg);③2.5g/kgYC组(益康XP酵母培养物);④5g/kgYC组;⑤10g/kgYC组;⑥20g/kgYC组。每个处理组8个重复栏,每栏4头断奶仔猪,试验期21d。5g/kgYC组的平均日增重(ADG)高于对照组和其他YC组(p<0.05),而所有YC组AGP组之间没有差异。5g/kgYC组、10g/kgYC组和AGP组的平均日采食量(ADFI)高于对照组(p<0.01);而增重/耗料比(G:F)没有受到影响。因此,试验2选用了添加5g/kgYC的日粮。试验2,24头保育猪(21日龄,体重为5.8±0.1kg)随机分成3个处理组试验21d以阐述YC的作用机理。处理组为:①对照组(没有添加AGP或YC);②AGP组;③5g/kgYC组。每周采集血样测定CD4+、CD8+的百分率和血细胞含量,用于检测试验处理对肠道微生物、形态结构和免疫功能的影响。5g/kgYC组的ADG高于对照组(p<0.05),生长性能与AGP组类似。5g/kgYC组的干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)和总能(GE)的消化率(p<0.05),空肠绒毛高度、绒毛高度与隐窝深度比(p<0.05)高于对照组;生长性能、消化率、肠道形态结构与AGP组没有差异。试验21d时,YC组的肠道干扰素(IFN)-γ浓度高于对照组和AGP组(p<0.01)。试验7d时,YC组和AGP组血浆IFN-γ浓度低于对照组(p<0.01);试验14d时,YC组和AGP组的CD4+含量低于对照组(p<0.01)。以上结果表明,日粮中添加5g/kgYC对提高保育猪的空肠绒毛高度、绒毛高度与隐窝深度比及调节肠道免疫应答有积极的作用。比较日粮中添加AGP和5g/kgYC对生长性能的效果表明,YC可能是一种很好的抗生素替代品。

In this study,we calculated the inclusive charged-current neutrino-nucleus scattering from ^(40)Ar in the quasielastic *** explore the effect of uncertainties stemming from the nuclear structure,we used the KIDs(Korea-IBs-Daegu-sKKU)nuclear energy density functional and skyrme force models,namely sLy4,skI3,and *** models were selected to have distinct behavior in terms of the density dependence of the symmetry energy and the effective mass of the *** the charged-current neutrino scattering,the single-and double-differential cross sections were calculated for various *** cross sections are reported as a function of the incident neutrino *** theoretical cross sections were compared with experimental data,and the roles of the effective mass and symmetry energy were investigated in terms of charged-current neutrino-nucleus scattering.

为研究富含肌苷酸(5’IMP)的核苷酸添加剂对断奶仔猪生长发育和健康的影响,本试验分为两个阶段性试验。阶段1:选取120头[(7.3±0.1)kg]断奶仔猪,分别饲喂核苷酸浓度为0.0 g/kg、0.2 g/kg、0.5 g/kg和1.0 g/kg的阶段1日粮。7 d后,饲喂阶段2日粮21 d,且核苷酸水平与阶段1保持一致。测定生长性能,分析血样中免疫学指标和氧化指标,并对腹泻进行评分。阶段1和阶段2:ADFI均随日粮中核苷酸添加量的增加表现为线性增长(P<0.05);且在整个28 d的试验期内,ADG和ADFI随日粮中核苷酸添加量的提高也呈线性增长(P<0.05)。阶段1中仔猪的免疫学指标没有变化;阶段2中,Ig A对核苷酸添加水平的响应呈显著的二次曲线变化(P<0.05),且当核苷酸添加量在0.2 g/kg和0.5 g/kg时,Ig A的浓度最低;而Ig M随核苷酸添加量的增多呈显著的三次曲线变化(P<0.05),其中核苷酸添加量为0.5 g/kg时Ig M的浓度最低。当核苷酸添加量增加时,细胞内肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)呈线性递减趋势(P=0.093),而DNA氧化损伤的标志8-羟基-脱氧鸟苷(8-OHd G)随核苷酸添加量的增多表现为二次曲线变化趋势(P=0.064),且核苷酸添加量为0.5 g/kg时8-OHd G含量最低,即DNA损伤程度最小。仔猪从阶段1过渡到阶段2后的第1天(即试验第8天),0.5 g/kg核苷酸组仔猪腹泻指数最低(P=0.072)。总体来说,1.0 g/kg核苷酸添加量对于保育仔猪的生长性能是最有利的;而0.5 g/kg的核苷酸添加量降低了免疫反应和氧化应激。总之,富含5’IMP的核苷酸添加剂可能有助于提高仔猪的生长性能和降低断奶后应激。

Two-dimensional(2D)transition metal dichalcogenides(TMD)are atomically thin semiconductors with promising optoelectronic applications across the visible ***,their intrinsically weak light absorption and the low photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY)restrict their performance and potential use,especially in ultraviolet(UV)wavelength light *** dots(QD)derived from 2D materials(2D/QD)provide efficient light absorption and emission of which energy can be tuned for desirable light *** this study,we greatly enhanced the photon absorption and PLQY of monolayer(1L)tungsten disulfide(ws_(2))in the UV range via hybridization with 2D/QD,particularly titanium nitride MXene QD(Ti_(2)N MQD)and graphitic carbon nitride QD(GCNQD).with the hybridization of MQD or GCNQD,1Lws_(2)showed a maximum PL enhancement by 15 times with 300 nm wavelength excitation,while no noticeable enhancement was observed when the excitation photon energy was less than the bandgap of the QD,indicating that UV absorption by the QD played a crucial role in enhancing the light emission of 1L-ws_(2)in our 0D/2D hybrid *** findings present a convenient method for enhancing the photo-response of 1L-ws_(2)to UV light and offer exciting possibilities for harvesting UV energy using 1L-TMD.
