cimex species are ectoparasites that exclusively feed on warm-blooded animals such as birds and *** cimicid species are known to be persistent pests for humans,including the tropical bed bug cimex hemipterus,common bed bug cimex lectularius,and Eastern bat bug Leptocimex *** date,genomic information is restricted to the common bed bug ***,which limits understanding their biology and to provide controls of bed bug ***,a chromosomal-level genome assembly of ***(495 Mb[megabase pairs])contained on 16 pseudochromosomes(scaffold N50=34 Mb),together with 9 messenger RNA and small RNA transcriptomes.w.re *** comparison between hemipteran genomes.w. found that the tetraspanin superfamily was expanded in the cimex *** study provides the first genome assembly for the tropical bed bug ***,and offers an unprecedented opportunity to address questions relating to bed bug infestations,as.w.ll as genomic evolution to hemipterans more widely.

The static recrystallization and associated texture evolution were investigated in an extruded Mg-Zn-Gd alloy with bimodal microstructure based on a quasi-in-situ electron back-scatter diffraction(EBsD)*** typical rare earth(RE)texture formed during annealing,evolving from the bimodal microstructure with[1010]basal fiber texture that consisted of fine recrystallized(RXed)grains and coarse unrecrystallized(un RXed)grains elongated along the extrusion *** both RXed and un RXed regions,the RXed nucleation produced randomized orientations.w.thout preferred selection and the RXed grains.w.th RE texture orientation had more intensive growth ability than those with basal fiber orientation,thereby leading to the preferred selection of RE texture orientation during grain *** relationships between stored strain energy,solute drag,grain growth and texture evolution are discussed in *** study provided direct evidence of the RE texture evolution in an extruded Mg-RE alloy,which assists in understanding the formation mechanisms for RE texture during extrusion and better developing wrought Mg alloys.w.th improved formability.

Fabrication of ultrafine Nd-Fe-B powder by a modified reduction-diffusion process

In order to obtain ultrafine Nd-Fe-B powder, a spray-dried precursor was treated by reduction-diffusion (R/D) process. And, unlike the conventional R/D process, calcium reduction that is a crucial step for the formation of Nd2Fe14B was performed without conglomerating the precursor with ca powder. By adopting this modified process, it is possible to synthesize the hard magnetic Nd2Fe14B at the reaction temperature as low as 850 ℃. The average size of Nd2Fe14B particles that are uniformly distributed in the optimally treated powder was st Nd2Fe14B particles.w.re enclosed with thin layers of Nd-rich phase. Typical magnetic properties of such powder without eliminating impurity caO were iHc=～5.9 kOe, Br=～5.5 kG, and (BH)max=～6 MGOe.

we report high throughput computational screening for magnetic ground state order in 2D *** workflow is based on spin spiral calculations and yields the magnetic order in terms of a twodimensional ordering vector *** then include spin-orbit coupling to extract the easy and hard axes for collinear structures and the orientation of spiral planes in non-collinear ***,for all predicted ferromagnetswe compute the Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interactions and determine whether or not these are strong enough to overcome the magnetic anisotropy and stabilise a chiral spin spiral ground *** find 58 ferromagnets,21 collinear anti-ferromagnets,and 85 non-collinear ground states of which 15 are chiral spin spirals driven byDzyaloshinskii-Moriya *** results show that non-collinear order is in fact as common as collinear order in these materials and emphasise the need for detailed investigation of the magnetic ground state when reporting magnetic properties of new materials.

Fluid flow through porous spaces.w.th variable porosity has.w.de-range applications,notably in biomedical and thermal engineering,where it plays a vital role in comprehending blood flow dynamics.w.thin cardiovascular systems,heat transfer and thermal management systems improve efficiency using porous materials.w.th variable *** these important applications in view,in current study blood-based hybrid nanofluid flow has considered on a convectively heated *** sheet exhibits the properties of a porous medium with variable porosity and extends in both the x and y *** has used as base fluid in which the nanoparticles of cu and cu O have been *** radiation,space-dependent,and thermal-dependent heat sources have been incorporated into the energy equation,while magnetic effects have been integrated into the momentum *** variables have employed to transform the modeled equations into dimensionless form and facilitating their solution using bvp4c *** has concluded in this study that,both the primary and secondary velocities augmented with upsurge in variable porous factor and declined with escalation in stretching ratio,casson,magnetic,and slip factors along x-and *** distribution has grown up with upsurge in casson factor,magnetic factor,thermal Biot number,and thermal/space-dependent heat sources.w.ile has retarded with growth in variable porous and stretching ratio *** findings of this investigation have been compared with the existing literature,revealing a strong agreement among present and established results that ensured the validation of the model and method used in this.w.rk.

In this paper we propose a novel method for identifying relevant subspaces using fuzzy entropy and perform clustering. This measure discriminates the real distribution better by using membership functions for measuring class match degrees. Hence the fuzzy entropy reflects more information in the actual distribution of patterns in the subspaces. we use a heuristic procedure based on the silhouette criterion to find the number of clusters. The presented theories and algorithms are evaluated through experiments on a collection of benchmark data sets. Empirical results have shown its favorable performance in comparison with several other clustering algorithms.
