Exploration of structure-property relationships as a function of dopant concentration is commonly based on mean field theories for solid ***,such theories that work well for semiconductors tend to fail in materials with strong correlations,either in electronic behavior or chemical *** these cases,the details of atomic arrangements are generally not explored and *** knowledge of the generative physics and chemistry of the material can obviate this problem,since defect configuration libraries as stochastic representation of atomic level structures can be generated,or parameters of mesoscopic thermodynamic models can be *** obtain such information for improved predictions,we use data from atomically resolved microscopic images that visualize complex structural correlations within the system and translate them into statistical mechanical models of structure *** the significant uncertainties about the microscopic aspects of the material’s processing history along with the limited number of available images,we combine model optimization techniques with the principles of statistical hypothesis *** demonstrate the approach on data from a series of atomically-resolved scanning transmission electron microscopy images of Mo_(x)Re_(1-x)s_(2) at varying ratios of Mo/Re stoichiometries,for which we propose an effective interaction model that is then used to generate atomic configurations and make testable predictions at a range of concentrations and formation temperatures.

Genotype×year interaction of pod and seed mass and stability of Pongamia pinnata families in a semi-arid region

sixteen pongamia families were evaluated in a field experiment for eight consecutive years in dryland conditions to identify stable,high-yielding *** trial was conducted in a randomized complete block design with three *** family,consisting of nine trees per replication,was planted at a spacing of3 m x 3 *** stability was analyzed using(1)Eberhart and Russel’s regression coefficient(β_i)and deviation from regression(s_d^2),(2)Wrike’s ecovalence(W_i);(3)shukla stability variance(σ_i^2);and(4)Piepho and Lotito’s stability index(L_i).Families were also analyzed for adaptability and stability using AMMI and GGE biplots graphical *** study revealed significant variances due to family and family x year interaction for pod and seed *** performed differently and ranked differently across *** performance of families was influenced by both genetic factor and environmental conditions in different *** families tested,TNMP20,Acc14,TNMP14 and Acc30 were high yielders for pods,and Acc14,Acc30,TNMP6,RAK19 and TNMP14 were high for seed *** to the Eberhart and Russell model,Acc30,TNMP14 and TNMP3 were stable across *** the graphical view of family x year interaction based on AMMI methods,TNMP3,TNMP4 and TNMP14 had greater stability with moderate seed yield,and Acc14 and Acc30 had moderate stability with high seed *** the other hand,GGE biplots revealed Acc14,Acc30 and TNMP14 as high yielders with moderate *** and GGE biplots were able to capture nonlinear parts of the family x year interaction that were not be captured by the Eberhart and Russel model while also identifying stable *** on different methodologies,Acc14,Acc30 and TNMP14 were identified as high yielding and stable families for promoting pongamia cultivation as a biofuel crop for semi-arid regions.

In current days,the domain of Internet of Things(IoT)and Wireless sensor Networks(WsN)are combined for enhancing the sensor related data transmission in the forthcoming networking *** and routing techniques are treated as the effective methods highly used to attain reduced energy consumption and lengthen the lifetime of the WsN assisted IoT *** this.v.ew,this paper presents an Ensemble of Metaheuristic Optimization based Qos aware Clustering with Multihop Routing(EMOQosCMR)Protocol for IoT assisted *** proposed EMO-QosCMR protocol aims to achieve Qos parameters such as energy,throughput,delay,and *** proposed model involves two stage processes namely clustering and ***,the EMO-QosCMR protocol involves crossentropy rain optimization algorithm based clustering(CEROAC)technique to select an optimal set of cluster heads(CHs)and construct ***,oppositional chaos game optimization based routing(OCGOR)technique is employed for the optimal set of routes in the IoT assisted *** proposed model derives a fitness function based on the parameters involved in the IoT nodes such as residual energy,distance to sink node,*** proposed EMOQosCMR technique has resulted to an enhanced NAN of 64 nodes whereas the LEACH,PsO-ECHs,E-OEERP,and iCsHs methods have resulted in a lesser NAN of 2,10,42,and 51 *** performance of the presented protocol has been evaluated interms of energy efficiency and network lifetime.

Interleaved high-gain boost converter powered by solar energy using hybrid-based MPP tracking technique

This paper presents a solar-powered interleaved high-gain boost converter(IHGBC)that increases.v.ltage gain with fewer ripples in the output voltage in comparison to existing DC-DC *** goal of this research is to develop a hybrid-based maximum power point tracking(MPPT)approach with the combination of a flower pollination(FP)algorithm assisted with a perturb&observe(P&O)MPPT approach for solar photovoltaic(s.v.systems integrated with *** ensure effective usage of both FP and P&O algorithms,this study incorporates and validates the hybrid-based MPPT *** proposed solar-powered IHGBC with a hybrid-based MPPT algorithm has been computationally modelled and simulated using MATLAB®and simulink®for both uniform and non-uniform irradiation and analysed for voltage gain,ripples in the output waveforms and convergence *** proposed hybrid-based MPPT is based on a number of flowers that forecast the initial global peak,assisted by P&O in the last stage for faster convergence to attain the maximum power point(MPP).As a result,the hybrid-based MPPT approach alleviates the computational issues encountered in P&O and FP-based MPP *** proposed hybrid MPPT is compared with conventional MPPT for s.v.and the results show that the solar-powered IHGBC using a hybrid-based MPPT technique has negligible oscillations of 0.14%with a high-voltage gain of 7.992 and a fast convergence rate of 0.05 seconds compared to individual P&O-based MPPT and FP-based MPPT *** simulation results of the proposed MPPT with IHGBC outperform the conventional MPPT with high-gain converters.

Hepatoprotective potential of ethanolic extract of Ziziphus oenoplia(L.)Mill roots against antitubercular drugs induced hepatotoxicity in experimental models

Objective:To evaluate the hepatoprotective potential of ethanolic(50%) extract of Ziziphus oenoplia(L.) Mill(***) root against isoniazid(INH) and rifampicin(RIF) induced liver damage in animal ***:Five groups of six rats each were selected for the *** extract at a dose of 150 and 300 mg/kg as well as silymarin(100 mg/kg) were administered orally once daily for 21 d in INH + RIF treated *** serum levels of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(sGOT),glutamate pyruvate transaminase(sGPT),alkaline phosphatase (sALP),and bilirubin were estimated along with activities of superoxide dismutase,catalase, glutathione s-transferase,glutathione peroxidase,and hepatic melondialdehyde formation. Histopathological analysis was carried out to assess injury to the ***:The considerably elevated serum enzymatic activities of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase,glutamate pyruvate transaminase,alkaline phosphatase and bilirubin due to INH + RIF treatment were restored towards norma) in a dose dependent manner after the treatment with ethanolic extract of *** ***,the decreased activities of superoxide dismutase,catalase, glutathione s-transferase and glutathione peroxidase were also restored towards normal dose *** addition,ethanolic extract also significantly prevented the elevation of hepatic melondialdehyde formation in the liver of INH + RIF intoxicated rats in a dose dependent manner. The biochemical observations were supplemented with histopathological examination of rat liver ***:The results of this study slrongly indicate that ethanolic extract of *** has a potent hepatoprotective action against INH + RIF induced hepatic damage in rats.

Deep convolutional neural network models for weed detection in polyhouse grown bell peppers

Conventional weed management approaches are inefficient and non-suitable for integration with smart agricultural *** identification and classification of weeds can play a vital role in weed management contributing to better crop *** and smart spot-spraying system's efficiency relies on the accuracy of the computer vision based detectors for autonomous weed *** the present study,feasibility of deep learning based techniques(Alexnet,GoogLeNet,Inceptionv3,Xception)were evaluated in weed identification from RGB images of bell pepper *** models were trained with different values of epochs(10,20,30),batch sizes(16,32),and hyperparameters were tuned to get optimal *** overall accuracy of the selected models.v.ried from 94.5 to 97.7%.Among the models,Inceptionv3 exhibited superior performance at 30-epoch and 16-batch size with a 97.7%accuracy,98.5%precision,and 97.8%*** this Inception3 model,the type 1 error was obtained as 1.4%and type II error was 0.9%.The effectiveness of the deep learning model presents a clear path towards integrating them with image-based herbicide applicators for precise weed management.
