In this paper, error modeling and analysis of a typical 3-degree of freedom translational Parallel Kine- matic Machine is presented. This mechanism provides translational motion along the Cartesian X-, Y- and Z- axes. It consists of three limbs each having an arm and forearm with prismatic-revolute-revolute-revolute joints. The moving or tool platform maintains same orientation in the entire workspace due to its joint arrangement. From inverse kinematics, the joint angles for a given position of tool platform necessary for the error modeling and analysis are obtained. Error modeling is done based on the differentiation of the inverse kinematic equations. variation of pose errors along X, Y and Z directions for a set of dimensions of the parallel kinematic machine is presented. A non-dimensional performance index, namely, global error transformation index is used to study the influence of dimensions and its corresponding global maximum pose error is reported. An attempt is made to find the optimal dimensions of the Parallel Kinematic Machine using Genetic Algorithms in MATLAB. The methodology presented and the results obtained are useful for predicting the performance capability of the Parallel Kinematic Machine under study.

A cup-shaped component of Mg-4 Al-2 Ba-2 Ca（ABa X422） alloy was forged in the temperature range of 300-500 °C and at speeds in the range of 0.01-10 mm/s with a view to validate the processing map and study the microstructural development. The process was simulated through finite-element method to estimate the local and average strain rate ranges in the forging envelope. The processing map exhibited two domains in the following ranges：（1） 300-390 °C and 0.0003-0.001 s^-1, and（2） 400-500 °C and 0.0003-0.3 s^-1 and both represented dynamic recrystallization（DRX）. The map revealed a wide flow instability regime at higher strain rates and temperatures lower than 400 °C, in which flow localization occurred. Forgings produced under conditions of the above two domains were sound and symmetrical, and had finer grain sizes when being forged in the first domain. However, when being forged in the flow instability regimes, the alloy fractured before the final shape was reached. The experimental load-stroke curves for the conditions within the domains correlated well with the simulated ones, whereas the curves obtained in the instability regime were uneven.

Planetary-scale Wave structures of the Earth's Atmosphere Revealed from the COsMIC Observations

GPs radio occultation（GPs RO） method,an active satellite-to-satellite remote sensing technique,is capable of producing accurate,all-weather,round the clock,global refractive index,density,pressure,and temperature profiles of the troposphere and *** study presents planetary-scale equatorially trapped Kelvin waves in temperature profiles retrieved using COsMIC（Constellation Observing system for Meteorology,Ionosphere,and Climate） satellites during 2006-2009 and their interactions with background atmospheric *** is found that the Kelvin waves are not only associated with wave periods of higher than 10 days（slow Kelvin waves） with higher zonal wave numbers（either 1 or 2）,but also possessing downward phase progression,giving evidence that the source regions of them are located at lower altitudes.A thorough verification of outgoing longwave radiation（OLR） reveals that deep convection activity has developed regularly over the Indonesian region,suggesting that the Kelvin waves are driven by the convective *** derived Kelvin waves show enhanced（diminished） tendencies during westward（eastward） phase of the quasi-biennial oscillation（QBO） in zonal winds,implying a mutual relation between both of *** El Nino and southern Oscillation（ENsO） below 18 km and the QBO features between 18 and 27km in temperature profiles are observed during May 2006-May 2010 with the help of an adaptive data analysis technique known as Hilbert Huang Transform（HHT）.Further,temperature anomalies computed using COsMIC retrieved temperatures are critically evaluated during different phases of ENsO,which has revealed interesting results and are discussed in light of available literature.

Undoped and Ni–s co-doped mesoporous TiO2 nano materials were synthesized by using sol–gel *** characteristic features of as prepared catalyst samples were investigated using various advanced spectroscopic and analytical *** characterization results of the samples revealed that all the samples exhibited anatase phase(XRD),decreasing band gap(2.68 ev)(Uv–vis-DRs),small particle size(9.2 nm)(TEM),high surface area(142.156 m^2·g^-1)(BET),particles with spherical shape and smooth morphology(sEM);there is a frequency shift observed for co-doped sample(FT-IR)and the elemental composition electronic states and position of the doped elements(Ni and s)in the TiO2 lattice analyzed by XPs and *** results supported the photocatalytic degradation of Bismarck Brown Red(BBR)achieved with in 110 min and also exhibited the antibacterial activity on staphylococcus aureus(MTCC-3160),Pseudomonas fluorescence(MTCC-1688)under visible light irradiation.

Industrial applications of aluminium and its alloys are restricted because of their poor tribological properties. Thermal spraying, laser surfacing, electron beam welding are the most widely used techniques to alter the surface morphology of base metal. Preliminary studies reveal that the coating and layering of aluminium alloys with ceramic particles enhance the ballistic resistance. Furthermore, among aluminium alloys,7075 aluminium alloy exhibits high strength which can be compared to that of steels and has profound applications in the designing of lightweight fortification structures and integrated protection systems. Having limitations such as poor bond integrity, formation of detrimental phases and interfacial reaction between reinforcement and substrate using fusion route to deposit hard particles paves the way to adopt friction stir processing for fabricating surface composites using different sizes of boron carbide particles as reinforcement on armour grade 7075 aluminium alloy as matrix in the present investigation. Wear and ballistic tests were carried out to assess the performance of friction stir processed AA7075 alloy. significant improvement in wear resistance of friction stir processed surface composites is attributed to the change in wear mechanism from abrasion to adhesion. It has also been observed that the surface metal matrix composites have shown better ballistic resistance compared to the substrate AA7075 alloy. Addition of solid lubricant Mo s2 has reduced the depth of penetration of the projectile to half that of base metal AA7075 alloy. For the first time, the friction stir processing technique was successfully used to improve the wear and ballistic resistances of armour grade high strength AA7075 alloy.

目的:探讨生物反馈盆底肌训练对儿童肛肠疾病术后大便失禁的治疗效果及对患儿心理的影响。方法:回顾性病例对照研究。选择2021年7月至2023年4月于新乡医学院第一附属医院因肛肠疾病术后大便失禁就诊的37例患儿,采用加拿大Laborie生物反馈治疗仪进行生物反馈盆底肌训练治疗,并每天进行不少于200次的盆底肌收缩功能锻炼。分别测量其治疗前、1个疗程结束时、治疗1个月及1年时的肛管电流强度、肛管基础运动肌电值、肛管收缩肌电差值及肛门持续收缩时间。选取10例健康同龄儿作为健康对照组。采用长处和困难问卷对大便失禁的患儿在治疗前、治疗1年时分别进行心理评估。采用配对样本t检验与独立样本t检验对研究结果进行比较分析。结果:大便失禁患儿治疗前、1个疗程结束时、治疗1个月时、治疗1年时肛管电流强度值分别为(11.32±1.92)mA、(10.22±1.28)mA、(8.45±1.09)mA、(7.80±1.23)mA,肛管基础运动肌电值分别为(235.58±55.03)μv、(185.65±34.30)μv、(124.81±36.56)μv、(93.99±28.29)μv,肛管收缩肌电差值分别为(45.64±20.38)μv、(64.20±16.59)μv、(93.63±25.53)μv、(109.83±26.95)μv,肛门持续收缩时间分别为(1.27±0.43)s、(1.58±0.40)s、(2.04±0.39)s、(2.47±0.38)s。将治疗前、1个疗程结束时、治疗1个月时数据与健康对照组[(7.20±1.09)mA、(88.65±21.76)μv、(120.73±27.57)μv、(2.68±0.29)s]进行比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。情绪症状、多动症状、同伴交往、亲社会行为及困难总分评分治疗前后比较[(3.46±1.88)分比(2.59±1.32)分、(5.78±2.12)分比(3.70±1.78)分、(3.05±1.72)分比(2.49±1.30)分、(7.30±1.54)分比(8.27±1.39)分、(21.57±4.57)分比(18.54±3.14)分],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:生物反馈盆底肌训练是治疗儿童肛肠疾病术后大便失禁的一种可靠且无创伤的有效方法,且能有效改善患儿因大便失禁造成的心理及行为问题。
