In the era of intelligent economy, the click-through rate(CtR) prediction system can evaluate massive service information based on user historical information, and screen out the products.that are most likely to be favored by users, thus realizing customized push of information and achieve the ultimate goal of improving economic benefits. sequence modeling is one of the main research directions of CtR prediction models based on deep learning. the user's general interest hidden in the entire click history and the short-term interest hidden in the recent click behaviors have different influences on the CtR prediction results, which are highly important. In terms of capturing the user's general interest, existing models paid more attention to the relationships between item embedding vectors(point-level), while ignoring the relationships between elements in item embedding vectors(union-level). the Lambda layer-based Convolutional sequence Embedding(LCsE) model proposed in this paper uses.the Lambda layer to capture features from click history through weight distribution, and uses horizontal and vertical filters on this basis.to learn the user's general preferences from union-level and point-level. In addition, we also incorporate the user's short-term preferences captured by the embedding-based convolutional model to further improve the prediction results. the AUC(Area Under Curve) values of the LCsE model on the datas.ts Electronic, Movie & tV and MovieLens are 0.870 7, 0.903 6 and 0.946 7, improving 0.45%, 0.36% and 0.07% over the Caser model, proving the effectiveness of our proposed model.

this paper examined the relationship between cultural consumption and the floating population’s integration into host cities based on data from China’s seventh National Population Census and the 2018 China Migrants Dynamic survey(CMDs).the findings indicate that improving the floating population’s consumption level and quality,especially the quality of development-oriented cultural consumption,can significantly improve the level of their ***,development-oriented cultural consumption has a pos.tive effect on the floating population’s integration and social participation,while entertainment-oriented cultural consumption facilitates.their integration mainly by improving their sense of *** findings could guide policymakers in developing targeted cultural consumption policies,implementing specific regional industry adjustments,and expanding domestic consumption demand.

Background the prevalence of congenital diaphragmatic hernia(CDH)varies across countries,with limited information available on its epidemiology in *** study aimed to investigate the prevalence,time trends,and perinatal outcomes of CDH in China,as well as its associated malformations and potential associations with maternal and infant *** this study included all birth and CDH cases from the Chinese Birth Defects Monitoring Network between 2007 and 2019,with CDH cases classified as either isolated or *** employed the joinpoint regression model to calculate the trends of prevalence and the annual percent change,with Poisson regression used for adjusted prevalence rate ratios.A P value≤0.05 was considered statistically *** A total of 4397 CDH cases were identified among 24,158,029 births in the study period,yielding prevalence rates of 1.82,1.13 and 0.69 per 10,000 for overall,isolated,and associated CDH,*** prevalence of each type of CDH increased over *** prevalence of overall CDH varied significantly by infant sex(male ***,1.91/10,000 vs.1.63/10,000),maternal residence(urban ***,2.13/10,000 vs.1.45/10,000),maternal age(s,1.31/10,000;20-24 years,1.63/10,000;25-29 years,1.80/10,000;30-34 years,1.87/10,000;≥35 years,2.22/10,000),and geographic region(central,1.64/10,000;east,2.45/10,000;west,1.37/10,000).Cardiovascular anomalies were the most common malformations associated with *** with associated CDH had a higher risk of premature birth and perinatal death than those with isolated *** the increasing prevalence and high perinatal mortality rate of CDH highlight the need for further etiological,epidemiological,and clinical studies among the Chinese population.

Obes.ty-related glomerulopathy(ORG)is an independent risk factor for chronic kid-ney disease and even progression to end-stage renal *** have been undertaken to elucidate the mechanisms underlying the development of ORG and substantial advances have been made in the treatment of ORG,but relatively little is known about cell-specific changes in gene *** define the transcriptomic landscape at single-cell resolution,we analyzed kidney samples from four patients with ORG and three obese control subjects without kidney disease using single-cell RNA *** report for the first time that immune cells,including t cells and B cells,are decreased in ORG *** analysis indicated that sPP1 was significantly up-regulated in t cells and B *** gene is related to inflammation and cell *** of differential gene expression in glomerular cells(endothelial cells,mesangial cells,and podocytes)showed that these cell types were mainly enriched in genes related to oxidative phosphorylation,cell adhesion,thermogenesis,and inflammatory pathways(PI3K-Akt signaling,MAPK signaling).Furthermore,we found that the podocytes of ORG patients were enriched in genes related to the fluid shear stress ***,an evaluation of cell-cell communications revealed that there were interactions between glomerular parietal epithelial cells and other cells in ORG patients,with major interactions between parietal epithelial cells and ***,our identification of molecular events,cell types,and differentially expressed genes may facilitate the development of new preventive or therapeutic approaches for ORG.

the metallurgical quality control of magnesium(Mg)and Mg alloys in melting process is required to ensure a s.tisfied mechanical and corrosion performance,while the typical used steel crucible introduces impurities and interfacial interaction during melting ***,a systematic study about impurities diffusion and interfacial interaction between molten Mg and steel is *** the present study,the interfacial reaction between molten AZ91D Mg alloy and mild steel during melting process was investigated with the melting temperatures of 700℃,750℃ and 800℃.the results show that Al(Fe,Mn)intermetallic layer is.the intermetallic primarily formed at the interfaces of AZ91D melt and mild ***,Al_(8)(Mn,Fe)5is indexed between Al(Fe,Mn)and ***_(3)C appears between the mild steel and Al(Fe,Mn)at 700℃ and 750℃,but absent at 800℃ due to the increased solubility of carbon in Mg *** is found that the growth of the intermetallic layer is controlled by diffusion mechanism,and Al and Mn are the dominant diffusing species in the whole interfacial reaction *** measuring the thickness of different layers.the growth constant was *** increases from 1.89(±0.03)×10^(-12)m^(2)·s^(-1)at 700℃ to 3.05(±0.05)×10^(-12)m^(2)·s^(-1)at 750℃,and 5.18(±0.05)×10^(-12)m^(2)·s^(-1)at 800℃.Meanwhile,the content of Fe is linearly increased in AZ91D with the increase of holding time at 700℃ and 750℃,while it shows a significantly increment after holding for 8 h at 800℃,indicating holding temperature is more crucial to determine the Fe content of AZ91D than holding time.

soil carbon sequestration is listed by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change as one of the key ways.to achieve long-term “carbon neutrality” in the context of global warming. soil carbon sequestration is a complex biogeochemical process.that involves plants, microbes, and rock minerals at its core. Yet, its regulation mechanisms and promotion pathways remain unclear. this paper reviews recent progress in the related domestic and international research and provides an overview of the key processes and mechanisms of soil carbon sequestration. the main pathways for enhancing soil carbon sequestration(including plant inputs, mineral protection, microbial transformation, and rock weathering) are summarized. the paper also discusses and synthesizes how advanced biogeochemical methods and technologies may be employed to explore soil carbon sequestration mechanisms and potentials. the overall aim of this review is.to improve our understanding of soil carbon sequestration as a nature-based solution to combatting climate change from the biogeochemistry perspective, and to highlight the role of fundamental research in Earth sciences in helping to achieve China's carbon neutrality goals.

Posterior capsule opacification(PCO)remains.the predominant complication following cataract surgery,significantly impairing visual function *** this study,we developed a PCO model that closely mimics.the anatomical structure of the crystalline lens capsule *** model incorporated a threaded structure for accurate pos.tioning and observation,allowing for opening and *** 3D printing technology,a stable external support system was created using resin material consisting of a rigid,hollow base and *** replicate the lens capsule structure,a thin hydrogel coating was applied to the resin *** biocompatibility and impact on cellular functionality of various hydrogel compos.tions were assessed through an array of staining techniques,including calcein-AM/PI staining,rhodamine staining,BODIPY-C11 staining and EdU staining in conjunction with transwell ***,the PCO model was utilized to investigate the effects of eight drugs with anti-inflammatory and anti-proliferative properties,including 5-aminoimidazole-4-carboxamide ribonucleotide(AICAR),tHZ1,sorbinil,4-octyl itaconate(4-OI),xanthohumol,zebularine,rapamycin and caffeic acid phenethyl ester,on human lens epithelial cells(HLECs).Confocal microscopy facilitated comprehensive imaging of the PCO *** results demonstrated that the GelMA 605%þPLMA 2%compos.te hydrogel exhibited superior biocompatibility and minimal lipid peroxidation levels among the tested ***,compared to using hydrogel as.the material for 3D printing the entire model,applying surface hydrogel spin coating with parameters of 2000 rpm�2 on the resin-based 3D printed base yielded a more uniform cell distribution and reduced ***,rapamycin,4-OI and AICAR demonstrated potent antiproliferative effects in the drug intervention *** microscopy imaging revealed a uniform distribution of HLECs along the anatomical structure of the crystalline lens capsule with

BACKGROUND Indentifying predictive factors for postoperative recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)has great significance for patient *** to explore the value of gadolinium ethoxybenzyl diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid(Gd-EOB-DtPA)enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)combined with clinical features in predicting early recurrence of HCC after *** A total of 161 patients with pathologically confirmed HCC were *** patients were divided into early recurrence and non-early recurrence group based on the follow-up *** clinical,laboratory,pathological results and Gd-EOB-DtPA enhanced MRI imaging features were *** Of 161 patients,73 had early recurrence and 88 were had non-early *** analysis showed that patient age,gender,serum alpha-fetoprotein level,the Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer stage,China liver cancer(CNLC)stage,microvascular invasion(MVI),pathological s.tellite focus.tumor size,tumor number,tumor boundary,tumor capsule,intratumoral necrosis,portal vein tumor thrombus,large vessel invasion,nonperipheral washout,peritumoral enhancement,hepatobiliary phase(HBP)/tumor signal intens.ty(sI)/peritumoral sI,HBP peritumoral low signal and peritumoral delay enhancement were significantly associated with early recurrence of HCC after *** logistic regression analysis showed that patient age,MVI,CNLC stage,tumor boundary and large vessel invasion were independent predictive *** data validation indicated that the area under the curve of the combined predictors was 0.861,suggesting that multivariate logistic regression was a reasonable predictive model for early recurrence of *** Gd-EOB-DtPA enhanced MRI combined with clinical features would help predicting the early recurrence of HCC after operation.
