Preserving privacy of the user is a very critical requirement to be metwith all the international laws like GDPR, California privacy protection act andmany other bills in place. On the other hand, Online social Networks (OsN)has a wide spread recognition among the users, as a means of virtual communication. OsN may also acts as an identity provider for both internal and externalapplications. While it provides a simplified identification and authentication function to users across multiple applications, it also opens the users to a new spectrum of privacy threats. The privacy breaches costs to the users as well as tothe OsN. Despite paying millions of dollars as fine every year, the OsN hasnot done any significant changes, as data is the fuel and what it loses as fine isfar less compared to the money OsN makes out of the shared data. In this work,we have discussed a wide range of possible privacy threats and solutions prevailing in OsN-Third Party Application (TPA) data sharing scenario. Our solutionmodels the behavior of the user, as well as TPA and pinpoints the avenues of oversharing to the users, thereby limiting the privacy loss of the user.

Micro array technologies have become a widespread research technique for biomedical researchers to assess tens of thousands of gene expression values simul- taneously in a single experiment. Micro array data analysis for biological discovery requires computational tools. In this research a novel two-dimensional hierarchical clustering is presented. From the review, it is evident that the previous research works have used clustering which have been ap- plied in gene expression data to create only one cluster for a gene that leads to biological complexity. This is mainly because of the nature of proteins and their interactions. since proteins normally interact with different groups of proteins in Order to serve different biological roles, the genes that produce these proteins are therefore expected to co express with more than one group of genes. This constructs that in micro array gene expression data, a gene may makes its pres- ence in more than one cluster. In this research, multi-level micro array clustering, performed in two dimensions by the proposed two-dimensional hierarchical clustering technique can be used to represent the existence of genes in one or more clusters consistent with the nature of the gene and its attributes and prevent biological complexities.

Phishing is the act of attempting to steal a user’s financial and personal information, such as credit card numbers and passwords by pretending to be a trustworthy participant, during online communication. Attackers may direct the users to a fake website that could seem legitimate, and then gather useful and confidential information using that site. In order to protect users from social Engineering techniques such as phishing, various measures have been developed, including improvement of Technical security. In this paper, we propose a new technique, namely, “A Prediction Model for the Detection of Phishing e-mails using Topic Modelling, Named Entity Recognition and Image Processing”. The features extracted are Topic Modelling features, Named Entity features and structural features. A multi-classifier prediction model is used to detect the phishing mails. Experimental results show that the multi-classification technique outperforms the single-classifier-based prediction techniques. The resultant accuracy of the detection of phishing e-mail is 99% with the highest False Positive Rate being 2.1%.

Background/Purpose: Multipotent bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stromal cells (BMMsC) have been shown to possess the potential for tissue regeneration. The application of mesenchymal stromal cells (MsC)-derived growth factors and cytokines (GF/CKs) has been implicated for the repair and regeneration of the damaged skin that occurs due to aging and exposure to environmental stress factors. Methods: We have used both qualitative and quantitative measurements of the GF/CKs from the conditioned medium (CM) of a pooled population of BMMsC by antibody array analysis as well as by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELIsA). Furthermore, the CM was also used in a variety of in vitro biological assays to measure its protective properties in human skin fibroblasts. Results: We have characterized the secretome of BMMsC by analyzing the composition of the CM using a forty-one growth factor array system. Thirteen of these GF/CK/extra cellular matrix (ECM)/ matrix metalloproteinases (MMP)-inhibitors in the CM were quantified owing to their involvement in skin repair cascade. In addition, we report that the BMMsC-CM was also able to protect dermal fibroblasts against tert-Butyl hydro peroxide (tbOH) induced oxidative stress and ultra violet B (UV-B) radiation induced cell damage. Conclusion: Based on the data presented here, we propose that BMMsC-derived CM may have the potential to promote health and rejuvenation of the aging skin.
