sequences found in the huge,integrated database of protein sequences(Big fantastic Database).In contrast,the existing nucleotide databases were not consolidated to facilitate wider and deeper homology ***,we built a comprehensive database by incorporating the non-coding RNA(ncRNA)sequences from RNAcentral,the transcriptome assembly and metagenome assembly from metagenomics RAsT(MG-RAsT),the genomic sequences from Genome Warehouse(GWH),and the genomic sequences from MGnify,in addition to the nucleotide(nt)database and its subsets in National Center of Biotechnology Information(NCBI).The resulting Master database of All possible RNA sequences(MARs)is 20-fold larger than NCBI’s nt database or 60-fold larger than *** new dataset along with a new split-search strategy allows a substantial improvement in homology search over existing state-of-the-art *** also yields more accurate and more sensitive multiple sequence alignments(MsAs)than manually curated MsAs from Rfam for the majority of structured RNAs mapped to *** results indicate that MARs coupled with the fully automatic homology search tool RNAcmap will be useful for improved structural and functional inference of ncRNAs and RNA language models based on *** is accessible at https://***/omix/release/OMIX003037,and RNAcmap3 is accessible at http://***/download/.

Industrial activities, through the human-induced release of Green House Gas (GHG) emissions, have beenidentified as the primary cause of global warming. Accurate and quantitative monitoring of these emissions isessential for a comprehensive understanding of their impact on the Earth’s climate and for effectively enforcingemission regulations at a large scale. This work examines the feasibility of detecting and quantifying industrialsmoke plumes using freely accessible geo-satellite imagery. The existing systemhas so many lagging factors such aslimitations in accuracy, robustness, and efficiency and these factors hinder the effectiveness in supporting timelyresponse to industrial fires. In this work, the utilization of grayscale images is done instead of traditional colorimages for smoke plume detection. The dataset was trained through a ResNet-50 model for classification and aU-Net model for segmentation. The dataset consists of images gathered by European space Agency’s sentinel-2 satellite constellation from a selection of industrial sites. The acquired images predominantly capture scenesof industrial locations, some of which exhibit active smoke plume emissions. The performance of the abovementionedtechniques and models is represented by their accuracy and IOU (Intersection-over-Union) *** images are first trained on the basic RGB images where their respective classification using the ResNet-50model results in an accuracy of 94.4% and segmentation using the U-Net Model with an IOU metric of 0.5 andaccuracy of 94% which leads to the detection of exact patches where the smoke plume has occurred. This work hastrained the classification model on grayscale images achieving a good increase in accuracy of 96.4%.

Natural resources represent the base of our living and the entire economic *** depletion is a major challenge for the economic development of both developed and developing *** effi-cient use is an indispensable requirement and must be the aim of the public policies designed by the authorities *** this research,we have investigated the impact of the natural resources rent on the economic growth in some major wealthy economies of the world(P5+1 countries namely:Us,UK,France,China,Russia,and Germany).We have applied a quantile-on-quantile regression to analyse this impact on different quantiles and a cross-sectional autoregressive distributed lag(Cs-ARDL)approach for the panel of these six *** Dumitrescu-Hurlin panel causality test was also used to check the causality between natural resource rents and economic growth in these *** show a negative relationship between natural resources rent and economic growth for the panel but a different impact on quantiles in each *** for China and the Us,a positive effect can be noticed for both lower and higher quantiles of natural resources and economic *** Dumitrescu-Hurlin causality test shows that natural resources can predict economic growth only in China,the U.s.,and the *** contrast,no causality was found for the other four countries included in the *** suggest that nations invest in wind and solar projects,use biofuels and nuclear energy,introduce a temporary profit tax to protect consumers from escalating energy prices,and increase energy efficiency in buildings and *** would benefit from a regulatory framework that is uniform and exhaustive,as well as easier to traverse and more receptive to innovation and ***-private partnership investments in innovation,innovation incentives,and environmental sector opportunities may foster long-term economic growth。

During the Indian National Gas Hydrate Program(NGHP)Expedition 02,Logging-while-drilling(LWD)logs were acquired at three sites(NGHP-02-11,NGHP-02-12,and NGHP-02-13)across the Mahanadi Basin in area *** applied rock physics theory to available sonic velocity logs to know the distribution of gas hydrate at site NGHP-02-11 and *** physics modeling using sonic velocity at well location shows that gas hydrate is distributed mainly within the depth intervals of 150-265 m and 100 -215 mbsf at site NGHP-02-11 and NGHP-02-13,respectively,with an average saturation of about 4%of the pore space and the maximum concentration of about 40%of the pore space at 250 m depth at site NGHP-02-11,and at site NGHP-02-13 an average saturation of about 2%of the pore space and the maximum concentration of about 20%of the pore space at 246 m depth,as gas hydrate is distributed mainly within 100-246 mbsf at this *** of gas hydrate estimated from the electrical resistivity method using density derived porosity and electrical resistivity logs from Archie's empirical formula shows high saturation compared to that from the sonic ***,estimates of hydrate saturation based on sonic P-wave velocity may differ significantly from that based on resistivity,because gas and hydrate have higher resistivity than conductive pore fluid and sonic P-wave velocity shows strong effect on gas hydrate as a small amount of gas reduces the velocity significantly while increasing velocity due to the presence of *** site NGHP-02-11,gas hydrate saturation is in the range of 15%e30%,in two zones between 150-180 and 245-265 *** NGHP-02-012 shows a gas hydrate saturation of 20%e30%in the zone between 100 and 207 *** NGHP-02-13 shows a gas hydrate saturation up to 30%in the zone between 215 and 246 *** observations from rock physics modeling and Archie’s approximation show the gas hydrate concentrations are relatively low(space)at the sites of the

We obtain an exact solution for spherically symmetric Letelier Ads black holes immersed in perfect fluid dark matter(PFDM).Considering the cosmological constant as the positive pressure of the system and volume as its conjugate variable,we analyze the thermodynamics of our black holes in the extended phase *** to the background clouds of strings parameter(a)and the parameter endowed with PFDM(β),we analyze the Hawking temperature,entropy,and specific ***,we investigate the relationship between the photon sphere radius and phase transition for the Letelier Ads black holes immersed in *** the analysis,with a particular condition,non-monotonic behaviors are found between the photon sphere radius,impact parameter,PFDM parameter,temperature,and *** can regard the changes in both the photon sphere radius and impact parameter before and after phase transition as the order parameter;their critical exponents near the critical point are equal to the same value,1/2,similar to that in ordinary thermal *** indicates that a universal relation of gravity may exist near the critical point for a black hole thermodynamic system.

spontaneous combustion of coal increases the temperature in adjoining overburden strata of coal seams and poses a challenge when loading *** condition,known as hot-hole blasting,is dangerous due to the increased possibility of premature explosions in loaded ***,it is crucial to load the blastholes with an appropriate amount of explosives within a short period to avoid premature detonation caused by high temperatures of ***,it will help achieve the desired fragment *** study tried to ascertain the most influencial variables of mean fragment size and their optimum values adopted for blasting in a fiery *** on blast design,rock mass,and fragmentation of 100 blasts in fiery seams of a coal mine were collected and used to develop mean fragmentation prediction models using soft computational *** coefficient of determination(R^(2)),root mean square error(RMsE),mean absolute error(MAE),mean square error(MsE),variance account for(VAF)and coefficient of efficiency in percentage(CE)were calculated to validate the *** indicates that the random forest algorithm(Rfa)outperforms the artificial neural network(ANN),response surface method(RsM),and decision tree(DT).The values of R^(2),RMsE,MAE,MsE,VAF,and CE for Rfa are 0.94,0.034,0.027,0.001,93.58,and 93.01,*** parametric sensitivity analyses(MPsAs)of the input variables showed that the schmidt hammer rebound number and spacing-to-burden ratio are the most influencial variables for the blast fragment *** analysis was finally used to define the best blast design variables to achieve optimum fragment size from *** optimum factor values for Rfa of s/B,ld/B and ls/ld are 1.03,1.85 and 0.7,respectively.

The study explores the intricate interplay between land use land cover(LULC),normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI),and land surface temperature(LsT)within the Lower son River Basin in India from 1991 to *** region’s ecological balance has been increasingly strained due to rapid urbanization and changing land use *** a combination of Landsat TM&OLI/TIRs satellite imageries and geospatial analysis techniques,this study unveils the intricate connection between land use and land cover changes,vegetation,and land surface temperature *** study area is classified into three altitudinal zones(Zone Ⅰ:39–300 m,Zone Ⅱ:301–600 m and Zone Ⅲ:601–1,247 m)to examine the changes in *** area has seen significant changes in LULC,vegetation and LsT in all the three altitudinal *** findings hold significant implications for sustainable land management and environmental conservation strategies in the Lower son River *** per the result,103,438 ha of vegetation was converted into agriculture land and 82,572 ha of agricultural land was transformed into settlements from 1991 to *** trend shows human pressure on the land resource in the study *** increase in water body is seen which is attributed to commissioning of Bansagar *** Ⅰ has seen highest settlement growth while Zone Ⅲ experienced severe deforestation of around 15%.Zone Ⅱ and Ⅲ needs attention for holistic *** of LsT shows that it has increased by 0.82℃ from 1991 to 2020 which is a red *** study underscores the critical importance of balanced land use practices to preserve ecological integrity and mitigate the adverse effects of urbanization and climate change.
