Background:Forensic tooth reconstruction is the technique of reconstructing the morphology of a missing tooth from the intra-alveolar morphology of dental sockets from skeletal *** and Objectives:The aim and objective of the study are to compare and investigate whether the anatomy and adaptability of reconstructed teeth simulate with the natural tooth and to investigate whether the dental materials have potential in reconstruction of *** and Methods:An in vitro experimental study was undertaken on a human *** to the Fédération Dentaire Internationale,charting will be done based on the number of teeth *** entire study will be conducted in three phases using dental *** 1 comprised preparation for negative replica,where an impression will be taken,Phase 2 comprised preparation of a positive replica or cast,and Phase 3 comprised tooth reconstruction using the flowable ***:The specimen tooth(which had been taken from its socket)and the newly constructed tooth were compared,and when the length of the newly constructed root was measured using digital vernier calipers,there was a disparity of 0.5-1 *** cone-beam computed tomography radiographs demonstrated the necessary ***:The present study demonstrated that dental information can be obtained even when teeth are absent postmortem by making an attempt to recreate the teeth using dental materials while documenting the intra-alveolar anatomy of the dental root socket.

There are significant incentives/pressures on decreasing the use of plastics and their related prod-ucts in the packaging industry,correspondingly,strong demands are emerging for clean,renew-able,recyclable/biodegradable packaging *** this context,molded fiber/pulp products have attracted increasing attention,due to their green/sustainable advantages,simply because the raw materials used are plant-based and/or recycled *** companies have switched their packing practices from plastics to more environmentally friendly products,such as molded fiber products,which already have had and will continue to have obvious effect on packaging *** paper initially provides an overview on the general concept of molded pulp prod-ucts,and further summarizes the different types of molded fiber products in terms of natural fiber sources,manufacturing processes,current and emerging applications as well as the environmental sustainability of molded products.

BACKGROUND Bouveret syndrome,also known as gallstone ileus,is a rare form of gastric outlet obstruction accounting for 1%-3%of *** condition is most often reported in *** diagnosis can be challenging and is often missed due to atypical presentations,which occasionally mimic gastric outlet obstruction symptoms such as nausea,vomiting,loss of appetite and *** symptoms vary with stone *** stones are managed with a surgical approach,but this carries increased morbidity and *** the past decade,the endoscopic approach has emerged as an alternative mode of treatment,but it is generally unsuccessful in the management of larger-sized stones.A literature review revealed cases of successful endoscopic treatment requiring multiple sessions for stone sizes measuring up to about 4.5 *** we present a unique case of an elderly patient with Bouveret syndrome with a 5 cm stone mimicking a gastric mass and causing gastric outlet obstruction,who was successfully managed in a single session using a complete endoscopic approach with laser *** sUMMARY An 85-year-old female patient presented with 1-month history of intermittent abdominal pain,vomiting,decreased appetite and weight *** abdominal computed tomography showed a 4.5 cm×4.7 cm partially calcified mass at the gastric pylorus causing gastric outlet *** showed an ulcerated fistulous opening and a large 5 cm impacted gallstone in the duodenal *** nets and baskets were used in an attempt to remove the stone,but this approach was *** her advanced age,poor physical condition and underlying comorbidities,she was deemed to be high-risk for ***,a minimally invasive approach using endoscopic laser lithotripsy was attempted and successfully treated the ***-procedure,the patient experienced complete resolution of her symptoms with no complications and was able to tolerate her *** was subsequently discharged home

Aim of the present study was to synthesize titanium dioxide nanoparticles （YiO2 NPs） from marine actinobacteria and to develop an eco-friendly azo-dye degradation method. A total of five actinobacterial isolates were isolated from Chennai marine sediments, Tamilnadu, India and analyzed for the synthesis of TiO2 NPs using titanium hydroxide. Among these, the isolate PsV 3 showed positive results for the synthesis of TiO2 NPs, which was confirmed by UV analysis. Further characterization of the synthesized TiO2 NPs was done using XRD, AFM and FI＇-IR analysis. Actinobacterial crude extract and synthesized TiO2 NPs was found efficient in degrading azo dye such as Acid Red 79 （AR-79） and Acid Red 80 （AR-80）. Degradation percentage was found to be 81% for AR-79, 83% for AR-80 using actinobacterial crude extract and 84% for AR-79, 85% for AR-80 using TiO2 NPs. Immobilized actinobacterial ceils showed 88% for AR-79 and 81% for AR- 80, dye degrading capacity. Degraded components were characterized by FT-IR and GC-Ms analysis. The phytotoxicity test with 500 μg/mL of untreated dye showed remarkable phenotypic as well as cellular damage to Tagetes erecta plant. Comparatively no such damage was observed on plants by degraded dye components. In biotoxicity assay, treated dyes showed less toxic effect as compared to the untreated dyes.

Nickel-gamma alumina（Ni—γAI2O3） composite coatings were synthesized by pulsed electrodeposition technique with different concentrations of alumina（0,10,20 and 50 g/L） in Watt’s *** ultrasonic vibration and magnetic-stirring were utilized to disperse Al2O3 and to achieve its optimum *** shows that agglomerates occur at higher loadings,but 10 g/L Al2O3 addition in bath has shown uniform dispersion of alumina with improved mechanical properties such as hardness,Young’s modulus and yield strength by 40%,46%and 35%,respectively,when compared to that of pure Ni ***,elasto-plastic indentation mechanics has shown that strength at 29%strain is enhanced to 110.5 GPa for 10 g/L Al2O3electrophoretically deposited Ni—yAI2O3 coating when compared to that of electrodeposited Ni（81.8 GPa）.

BACKGROUND Burden due to intellectual disability(ID) is only third to the depressive disorders and anxiety disorders in India. This national burden significantly contributes to the global burden of ID and hence one has to think globally and act locally to reduce this burden. At its best the collective prevalence of ID is in the form of narrative reviews. There is an urgent need to document the summary prevalence of ID to enhance further policymaking, national programs and resource *** To establish the summary prevalence of ID during the past 60 years in *** Two researchers independently and electronically searched Pub Med, scopus, and the Cochrane library from January 1961 to December 2020 using appropriate search terms. Two other investigators extracted the study design, setting, participant characteristics, and measures used to identify ID. Two other researchers appraised the quality of the studies using the Joanna Briggs Institute critical appraisal format for Prevalence studies. Funnel plot and Egger’s regression test were used to ascertain the publication and small study effect on the prevalence. To evaluate the summary prevalence of ID, we used the random effects model with arcsine square-root transformation. Heterogeneity of I^(2)≥ 50% was considered substantial and we determined the heterogeneity with meta-regression. The analyses were performed using sTATA(version 16).REsULTs Nineteen studies were included in the meta-analysis. There was publication bias;the trim-and-fill method was used to further ascertain bias. Concerns with control of confounders and the reliable measure of outcome were noted in the critical appraisal.
