Logically integrating exo/endogenous gated DNA trackers for precise micro RNA imaging via synergistic manipulation

Nanomaterials provide an ideal platform for biomolecular display due to their dimensions approach the molecular scale,facilitating binding behavior akin to that observed in solution-based *** nanoprobes hold great promise as miniature detectives capable of detecting mi RNAs within ***,current nanoprobes face a challenge in achieving the required precision for accurate miRNA detection,particularly within the intricate confines of the cellular microenvironment,due to interference with biological autofluorescence,off-target effects,and a lack of spatiotemporal ***,we have designed a dual-stimuli responsive DNA tracker,synergistically utilizing specific intracellular cues and external triggers,which enables spatiotemporal-controlled and precise detection and imaging of miRNAs"on demand".The tracker,which combines zeolitic imidazolate framework-67(ZIF-67)and unique hairpin DNA structures,effectively anchored onto the ZIF-67 through electrostatic interactions,remains in a dormant state until activated by abundant cellular ATP,resulting in the release of the hairpin structures that include a PC linker incorporated into the loop *** irradiation triggers specific recognition of the target *** newly developed HP-PC-BT@ZIF-67 tracker demonstrates precise spatiotemporal mi RNA detection and exhibits excellent biocompatibility,enabling specific mi RNA recognition"on demand"within cancer *** research presents a reliable mi RNA imaging platform in the intricate cellular environment,opening up the possibilities for precise biomedical analysis and disease diagnosis.

Neural network analysis for prediction of heat transfer of aqueous hybrid nanofluid flow in a variable porous space with varying film thickness over a stretched surface

The high thermal conductivity of the nanoparticles in hybrid nanofluids results in enhanced thermal conductivity associated with their base *** heat transfer is a result of this high thermal conductivity,which has significant applications in heat exchangers and engineering *** optimize heat transfer,a liquid film of Cu and TiO_(2)hybrid nanofluid behind a stretching sheet in a variable porous medium is being considered due to its *** nature of the fluid is considered time-dependent and the thickness of the liquid film is measured variable adjustable with the variable porous space and favorable for the uniform flow of the liquid *** solution of the problem is acquired using the homotopy analysis method HAM,and the artificial neural network ANN is applied to obtain detailed information in the form of error estimation and validations using the fitting curve *** data is utilized to train the ANN in this study,which uses Cu and TiO_(2)hybrid nanofluids in a variable porous space for unsteady thin film flow,and it is used to train the *** results indicate that Cu and TiO_(2)play a greater role in boosting the rate.

Method for Estimating the state of Health of Lithium-ion Batteries Based on Differential Thermal Voltammetry and sparrow search Algorithm-Elman Neural Network

Precisely estimating the state of health(sOH)of lithium-ion batteries is essential for battery management systems(BMs),as it plays a key role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of battery ***,current sOH estimation methods often overlook the valuable temperature information that can effectively characterize battery aging during capacity ***,the Elman neural network,which is commonly employed for sOH estimation,exhibits several drawbacks,including slow training speed,a tendency to become trapped in local minima,and the initialization of weights and thresholds using pseudo-random numbers,leading to unstable model *** address these issues,this study addresses the challenge of precise and effective sOH detection by proposing a method for estimating the sOH of lithium-ion batteries based on differential thermal voltammetry(DTV)and an ssA-Elman neural ***,two health features(HFs)considering temperature factors and battery voltage are extracted fromthe differential thermal voltammetry curves and incremental capacity ***,the sparrow search Algorithm(ssA)is employed to optimize the initial weights and thresholds of the Elman neural network,forming the ssA-Elman neural network *** validate the performance,various neural networks,including the proposed ssA-Elman network,are tested using the Oxford battery aging *** experimental results demonstrate that the method developed in this study achieves superior accuracy and robustness,with a mean absolute error(MAE)of less than 0.9%and a rootmean square error(RMsE)below 1.4%.

Microstructure and mechanical properties of welds of AZ31B magnesium alloy produced by different gas tungsten arc welding variants

This work aimed to(i)understand conventional and pulse gas tungsten arc welding(GTAW)of AZ31B,and(ii)explore high frequency welding(100 Hz-1500 Hz).GTA welding with alternating current(AC)and direct current electrode positive(DCEP)polarities yielded crack-free partial penetration welds for6 mm thick AZ31B alloy *** under direct current electrode negative(DCEN)polarity with identical parameters as that for AC and DCEP resulted in full penetration welds that had ***-free full-penetration welds could be accomplished with pulse GTA welding using DCEN polarity at a pulse frequency of 1 Hz with a pulse duration ratio of 1:*** resultant DCEN P 1:1 weld metal had a microstructure finer than the conventional DCEN *** produced with pulse duration ratios of 1:2and 1:4 lacked penetration but had a much finer microstructures because of the lower heat *** arc constriction by the high frequency pulsing in the Activ Arc■-High frequency(AA-HF)mode welding was responsible for deeper *** produced under DCEN pulsing and AA-HF conditions had hardness higher than conventional DCEN,DCEP and AC GTA welds,attributed to the finer ***-HF GTA welding produced defect free deeper penetration welds with good microstructural features/mechanical properties and also gave an advantage of 50%enhanced productivity when welded at1500 Hz.
