荷载作用下,钢筋混凝土中混凝土和钢筋两种材料之间存在交互作用。当界面受到严重破坏时,例如,出现了大的裂缝,大的滑动产生剥离时,界面传递荷载的能力突然下降。基于混凝土-钢界面集中模型的构成定律,进行了损伤钢筋混凝土梁的有限元分析。将表现界面变化特征的分级损伤参数与有限元公式相结合,用于静力响应的损伤鉴定程序。数值模拟显示,该方法对于监测钢筋混凝土梁中混凝土与钢筋界面的破坏是有效的。

The critical role of calcium dyshomeostas.s.in the pathogenes.s.of Alzheimer’s disease(AD):AD is a progressive neurodegenerative disease characterized by cognitive decline,memory impairment,and behavioral *** an estimated 50 million people being affected worldwide,the incidence of AD is constantly increasing *** hallmark of AD is the accumulation of amyloid-beta protein(Aβ)in the form of amyloid plaques and hyperphosphorylated tau protein in the form of neurofibrillary ***,increasing evidence sugges.s.that calcium ion(Ca2+)dysregulation also plays a crucial role in the pathogenes.s.of AD(Calvo-Rodriguez and Bacskai,2021).As a key second messenger,Ca2+regulates a wide range of cellular process.s.including the release of neurotransmitters,gene expression,and cell ***^(2+)also regulates the activity of Calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II,which is critical for synaptic plasticity,learning,and memory(Kaushik et al.,2022).Alternation in the Ca^(2+)signal is an early event in the pathogenes.s.of AD,which can lead to synaptic dysfunction,neuronal loss,and cognitive impairment.

In this paper, we study a new class of differential quasivariational-hemivariational inequalities of the elliptic type. The problem cons.s.s of a s.s.em coupling the Cauchy problem for an ordinary differential equation with the variational-hemivariational inequalities, unilateral constraints, and history-dependent operators. First,based on the Minty formulation and the continuity of the solution map of a parametrized quasivariationalhemivariational inequality, and a fixed point theorem for a history-dependent operator, we prove a result on the well-posedness. Next, we examine optimal control problems for differential quasivariational-hemivariational inequalities, including a time-optimal control problem and a maximum stay control problem, for which we show the existence of solutions. In all the optimal control problems, the s.s.em is controlled through a distributed and boundary control, a control in initial conditions, and a control that appears in history-dependent ***, we illustrate the results by considering a nonlinear controlled s.s.em for a time-dependent elliptic equation with unilateral constraints.

We hereby report the room-temperature structural and optical characterization of RECr_(0.85)Mn_(0.15)O_(3)(RECMO,RE=Ho,Gd and Pr) compounds.s.nthesized by the auto-combustion sol-gel *** low temperature dielectric properties are also *** RECMO compounds crystallize in an orthorhombic Pbnm symmetry with an average grain size range of 51-80 *** analys.s.reveals an increase in the structural distortion compared to that of the undoped bulk *** measurements exhibit a significant reduction in bandgap values for RECMO nanoparticles when compared with their undoped bulk ***,from the absorbance measurements various optical parameters.s.ch as.s.in depth,extinction coefficient,refractive index and optical conductivity were also *** dielectric analys.s.confirms the lower values of the dielectric permittivity and dielectric loss than those of their corresponding bulk *** conductivity vers.s.frequency and temperature data are fitted according to the Jonscher's power law and Arrhenius law,*** small polaron hopping is responsible for the electric conduction in these *** tunability of the optical and dielectric properties as a result of substitution and particle size reduction makes these materials useful for various potential applications in photocatalys.s.optoelectronics and low permittivity dielectrics.

A biosynthetic gene cluster for the bioactive fungal s.s.erterpenoids variecolin(1)and variecolactone(2)was identified in Aspergillus aculeatus ATCC *** production of 1 and 2 was achieved in Aspergillus oryzae by expressing the s.s.erterpene synthase VrcA and the cytochrome P450 ***,the replacement of VrcB with homologous P450s from other fungal terpenoid pathways yielded three new variecolin analogues(5-7).Analys.s.of the compounds’anticancer activity in vitro and in vivo revealed that although 5 and 1 had comparable activities,5 was associated with significantly reduced toxic side effects in cancer-bearing mice,indicating its potentially broader therapeutic *** study describes the first tes.s.of variecolin and its analogues in animals and demonstrates the utility of synthetic biology for creating molecules with improved biological activities.

We report on the structural,magnetic,and magnetocaloric properties of *** oxidation states of Eu and Rh ions were studied using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy（XPs）.It is found that the Eu ions are mainly in the divalent oxidation state while the Rh ions have+4 ***3powders are found to be antiferromagnetic with a second order magnetic transition at Neel temperature（TN=2.9 K）.Analys.s.of the magnetic s.s.eptibility vers.s.temperature data in terms of the Curie=Weiss law:(χ=C/（T-θW）) for T>TN,yields θW=-3.1 K and effective magne tic moment ■,which is close to the theoretical value ■.The magnetic entropy change(-ΔsM),was determined by em ploying the thermodynam ic Maxwell's *** μ0H=5 T and near TN,■ and relative cooling power（RCP） exhibit large values of 33.7 J/（kg·K） and 238 J/kg,*** large magnitude of-ΔsMand RCP show that the EuRhO3compound could be a potential candidate to be used in cryogenic magnetic refrigeration.

In this paper,the dust particle surface potential for argon-helium plasma is evaluated analytically and numerically in the context of negatively charged dust particles by employing a power-law(r,q)-distribution *** studies have reported the argon-helium plasma and conducted a brief theoretical and experimental *** deepen our understanding further,this.s.udy aims to analyze the argon-helium plasma comprehensively using the same pattern but with the(r,q)-distribution *** this purpose,the current balance equations are derived for electron,helium and argon ions,when these charge species attain the quasineutrality *** numerically examined the currents of plasma species for a broad range of effective distribution function parameters r and *** is revealed that the surface potential of dust particles is.s.gnificantly affected by the parameters r and q,helium ion-to-electron temperature ratio,argon ion-to-electron temperature ratio,and helium ion to argon ion number density *** incorporating the multi-ion(argon-helium)species,the significance of low-temperature nonMaxwellian dusty(complex)plasma is briefly examined.

Amyloid-beta-induced neuronal cell death contributes to cognitive decline in Alzheimer’s *** Reticulatae semen has diverse beneficial effects on neurodegenerative diseas.s.including Parkinson’s and Huntington’s diseas.s.however,the effect of Citri Reticulatae semen on Alzheimer’s disease remains *** the current study,the anti-apoptotic and autophagic roles of Citri Reticulatae semen extract on amyloid-beta-induced apoptos.s.in PC12 cells were first *** Reticulatae semen extract protected PC12 cells from amyloid-beta-induced apoptos.s.by attenuating the Bax/Bcl-2 ratio via activation of *** addition,Citri Reticulatae semen extract was confirmed to bind amyloid-beta as revealed by biolayer interferometry in vitro,and suppress amyloid-beta-induced pathology such as paralys.s.in a transgenic Caenorhabditis elegans in vivo ***,genetically defective Caenorhabditis elegans further confirmed that the neuroprotective effect of Citri Reticulatae semen extract was *** importantly,Citri Reticulatae semen extract was confirmed to improve cognitive impairment,neuronal injury and amyloid-beta burden in 3×Tg Alzheimer’s disease *** revealed by both in vitro and in vivo models,these results.s.ggest that Citri Reticulatae semen extract is a potential natural therapeutic agent for Alzheimer’s disease via its neuroprotective autophagic effects.
