目前的国际结核病(TB)指南推荐在对肺结核可疑患者评价时应用3次痰涂片镜检以寻找结核菌。我们对符合3次痰标本结果标准的研究进行了系统的评价。通过对多个数据库和资源的检索,我们确定了共37个合格的研究。第3份标本中涂阳结果的增加(所有培阳病例作为分母的研究)和敏感性的增高(所有培阳病例作为分母的研究)是我们关注的主要结果。虽然各研究的方法和结果不同对数据综合构成了挑战,但亚组的分析提示对第3份标本的检查使结果和/或敏感性平均增加了2%～ 5%。把推荐的标本检查数量从3份减至2份(特别是在同一天收集的2份标本)对结核控制项目有利。有很多理由可潜在增加病例检出;许多实施性研究问题需要强调。如果按照国际间协调和标准化的方法,在痰标本镜检时应用现行技术检验哪种方法最有效,这样的研究会是最有用的,既可以增加本国的数据,又可进行研究之间的对比。

Local seismic hazard map based on the response spectra of stiff and very dense soils in Bengkulu city,Indonesia

It is well known that seismic hazard assessment should be implemented to design infrastructures in an earthquake-prone area such as *** paper presents local seismic hazard maps based on the response spectra of stiff and very dense soils in Bengkulu city,*** collect the soil data and conduct the seismic wave *** input motion for wave propagation analysis is generated from the spectral acceleration curves of stiff and dense *** ground motion parameters such as peak ground acceleration,short-period and long-period spectral accelerations,and amplification factors are presented in microzonation *** results show that the peak ground acceleration in the study area ranges from 0.2 to 0.8 g,while the spectral acceleration varies between 0.5-1.5 g and 0.4-0.8 g for periods of 0.2 and 1 s,*** amplification factor of the site is observed to vary from 0.5 to *** other spectral accelerations in Bengkulu,the spectral acceleration design shows a good *** results indicate the site characteristics of Bengkulu city,which can provide engineers with site class for structural building design.

relationship among Eating Behavior, Effortful Control, and Working Memory in Female Young Adults

The management of eating behavior plays an important role in health maintenance. In this study, we investigated the relationship between eating behavior and effortful control in female young adults. Participants completed the questionnaire measures of effortful control and eating behaviors and stroop cognitive interference task. The results showed that restrained eating was positively correlated with activation control;emotional eating was negatively correlated with inhibitory control and attentional control;external eating was negatively correlated with inhibitory, activation, and attentional control. The scores for activation control and restrained eating were higher for participants with a low stroop error rate than for those with a high stroop error rate. These results indicate that restrained eating has a different association with effortful control than doing emotional and external eating.

In this study,we proposed a new model to improve the accuracy of fore-casting the stock market volatility *** hypothesized model was validated empirically using a data set collected from the saudi Arabia stock Exchange(Tada-wul).The data is the daily closed price index data from August 2011 to December 2019 with 2027 *** proposed forecasting model combines the best maximum overlapping discrete wavelet transform(MODWT)function(Bl14)and exponential generalized autoregressive conditional heteroscedasticity(EGArCH)*** results show the model's ability to analyze stock market data,highlight important events that contain the most volatile data,and improve forecast *** results were compared from a number of mathematical mod-els,which are the non-linear spectral model,autoregressive integrated moving aver-age(ArIMA)model and EGArCH *** performance of the forecasting model will be evaluated based on some of error functions such as Mean absolute percentage error(MAPE),Mean absolute scaled error(mase)and root means squared error(rMsE).

通过对齐氏田中鳑鲏(Tanakia chii)人工授精和培育(22℃恒温环境)阶段早期发育的观察,描述了其仔稚鱼发育形态特征。初孵仔鱼卵黄囊饱满,呈淡黄色,表皮布满微突;3日龄仔鱼卵黄囊两侧向上突起,尾部鳍褶延展变大;6日龄仔鱼眼囊发育;8日龄仔鱼眼囊有黑色素,晶状体形成;11日龄仔鱼口形成,脑开始发育,体上有黑色素出现;15日龄仔鱼鳃沟和肛门形成,背鳍和臀鳍的鳍基出现,尾鳍下叶鳍条形成;21日龄仔鱼头与躯干分界明显,鳔分化为前鳔和后鳔,背部和臀部鳍条数目分别为8和10枚,身体黑色素连接成条带状,虽然残存有卵黄囊,但已经开口并摄食。31-36日龄仔鱼胸鳍呈膜状鳍褶,腹鳍出现鳍条,尾鳍呈深叉形。61-66日龄稚鱼,鳞片出现,体中线后半部具一条黑色素带,稚鱼出现集群游动现象。仔鱼体长的生长呈阶段性:1-26日龄仔鱼生长较为平缓;26-81日龄生长较快。综合21日龄仔鱼卵黄囊残留很少并开口摄食的特征,我们推测在孵化后21日为自然条件下齐氏田中鳑鲏的出蚌时间。同时,仔鱼的感觉、摄食、呼吸和游泳器官在早期阶段快速发育。这些器官在仔鱼的早期快速发育,使出蚌后的仔鱼在最短的时间内获得与早期生存相关的各种能力,提高了出蚌后仔鱼的生存能力。
