Due to the advanced developments in communication technologies,Internet of vehicles and vehicular adhoc networks(VANET)offers numerous opportunities for effectively managing transportation *** the other,the cloud environment needs to disseminate the emergency message to the vehicles which are consistently distributed on the roadway so that every vehicle gets the messages from closer vehicles in a straightforward *** resolve this issue,clustering and routing techniques can be designed using computational intelligence *** this motivation,this paper presents a new type-2 fuzzy sets based clustering with metaheuristic optimization based routing(T2FsCMOR)technique for secure communication in *** T2FsC-MOR technique aims to elect CHs and optimal routes for secure intercluster data transmission in *** proposed model involves T2FsC technique for the selection of CHs and construction of *** T2FsC technique uses different parameters namely traveling speed(Ts),link quality(LQ),trust factor(TF),inter-vehicle distance(IVD),and neighboring node count(NCC).The inclusion of trust factor helps to select the proper cluster heads(CHs)for secure data dissemination ***,trust aware seagull optimization based routing(TAsGOR)approach was derived for the optimal selection of routes in *** order to validate the enhanced performance of proposed technique,the set of simulations take place and the outcomes are examined interms of different *** experimental outcomes highlighted the improved performance of the proposed model over the other state of art techniques with a higher throughput of 98%.

Hybrid Deep Learning-Improved BAT Optimization Algorithm for soil Classification Using Hyperspectral Features

Now a days,Remote sensing(Rs)techniques are used for earth observation and for detection of soil types with high accuracy and better *** technique provides perspective view of spatial resolution and aids in instantaneous measurement of soil’s minerals and its *** are a few challenges that is present in soil classification using image enhancement such as,locating and plotting soil boundaries,slopes,hazardous areas,drainage condition,land use,vegetation *** are some traditional approaches which involves few drawbacks such as,manual involvement which results in inaccuracy due to human interference,time consuming,inconsistent prediction *** overcome these draw backs and to improve the predictive analysis of soil characteristics,we propose a Hybrid Deep Learning improved BAT optimization algorithm(HDIB)for soil classification using remote sensing hyperspectral *** HDIB,we propose a spontaneous BAT optimization algorithm for feature extraction of both spectral-spatial features by choosing pure pixels from the Hyper spectral(Hs)***-spatial vector as training illustrations is attained by merging spatial and spectral vector by means of priority stacking ***,a recurring Deep Learning(DL)Neural Network(NN)is used for classifying the Hs images,considering the datasets of Pavia University,salinas and Tamil Nadu Hill scene,which in turn improves the reliability of ***,the performance of the proposed HDIB based soil classifier is compared and analyzed with existing methodologies like single Layer Perceptron(sLP),Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN)and Deep Metric Learning(DML)and it shows an improved classification accuracy of 99.87%,98.34%and 99.9%for Tamil Nadu Hills dataset,Pavia University and salinas scene datasets respectively.

AutoRhythmAI: A Hybrid Machine and Deep Learning Approach for Automated Diagnosis of Arrhythmias

In healthcare,the persistent challenge of arrhythmias,a leading cause of global mortality,has sparked extensive research into the automation of detection using machine learning(ML)***,traditional ML and AutoML approaches have revealed their limitations,notably regarding feature generalization and automation *** glaring research gap has motivated the development of AutoRhythmAI,an innovative solution that integrates both machine and deep learning to revolutionize the diagnosis of *** approach encompasses two distinct pipelines tailored for binary-class and multi-class arrhythmia detection,effectively bridging the gap between data preprocessing and model *** validate our system,we have rigorously tested AutoRhythmAI using a multimodal dataset,surpassing the accuracy achieved using a single dataset and underscoring the robustness of our *** the first pipeline,we employ signal filtering and ML algorithms for preprocessing,followed by data balancing and split for *** second pipeline is dedicated to feature extraction and classification,utilizing deep learning ***,we introduce the‘RRI-convoluted trans-former model’as a novel addition for binary-class *** ensemble-based approach then amalgamates all models,considering their respective weights,resulting in an optimal model *** our study,the VGGRes Model achieved impressive results in multi-class arrhythmia detection,with an accuracy of 97.39%and firm performance in precision(82.13%),recall(31.91%),and F1-score(82.61%).In the binary-class task,the proposed model achieved an outstanding accuracy of 96.60%.These results highlight the effectiveness of our approach in improving arrhythmia detection,with notably high accuracy and well-balanced performance metrics.

Photodynamic therapy of oral leukoplakia and orallichen planus using methylene blue:A pilot study

Premalignant lesions like oral lichen planus(OLP),oral leukoplakia(OL)has a fair probability of transforming into malignancy and they are perverse toward conventional ***-namic therapy(PDT)has been considered as an alternative/complimentary therapeutic mo-dality for the management of premalignant *** this study,methylene blue mediated photodynamic therapy(MB-PDT)was used as a possible alternative method for the treatment of OLP and OL.A total of 15 OLP lesions and 13 OL lesions were enrolled in the *** patients were irradiated 1using metal halide lamp filtered at 630土10nm,with a light exposure dose of 120 J/cm^(2) per *** the OLP lesions,MB-PDT was performed once a week for four weeks and for the OL lesions,MB-PDT was performed twice a week for three *** were evaluated pre-and post-and at follow-u sessions by changes in sign and symptom scores,and size of *** have observed a 53.3%of complete reduction in the treated OLP lesions and their decrease in size,sign and symptom score after treatment and at follow-up session was statistially *** have also observed complete response for one OL lesion of the 13 treated *** result indicates that MB-PDT is an effective modality in management of OLP and *** the two types of premalignancies treated with MB-PDT,OLP lesions responded much better than that of OL.

Cryptic species composition and genetic diversity within Bemisia tabaci complex in soybean in India revealed by mtCOI DNA sequence

Bemisia tabaci is a cryptic species complex, causing signiifcant loss on many agricultural y important crops worldwide. Knowledge on species composition and diversity within B. tabaci complex is critical for evolving sustainable pest management strategies. Here we investigate the whitelfy species complex in soybean in major soybean growing states of India. The mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase gene subunit-1 (mtCOI) based phylogenetic relationships established using Bayesian methods indicated the existence of three cryptic species namely Asia I, Asia II 1, and Asia II 7. Al the haplotypes detected in the study could be assigned to these three cryptic species fol owing the species demarcation criteria of 3.5%divergence threshold. Of these, Asia II 1 was found to be predominant with wide spread distribution across the surveyed regions from cool temperate zones to hot and humid tropical plains. On the contrary, cryptic species Asia II 7 showed localized distribu-tion. The Asia II 1 exhibited the highest haplotype diversity and Asia I showed high level of nucleotide diversity. There was a signiifcantly high genetic differentiation among these three cryptic species. The MEAM 1, a dreadful invasive species was not detected in the specimens tested in the current study. The diversity and distribution of three cryptic species is discussed in the light of current knowledge on distribution of whitelfy species in India and yel ow mosaic disease observed during sampling survey.

Understanding nutrient build-up on urban road surfaces

This article discusses the outcomes of a research project on nutrients build-up on urban road surfaces. Nutrient build-up was investigated on road sites belonging to residential, industrial and commercial land use. Collected build-up samples were separated into five particle size ranges and were tested for total nitrogen （TN）, total phosphorus （TP） and sub species of nutrients, namely, NO2^-, NO3^-, TKN and PO4^3-. Multivariate analytical techniques were used to analyse the data and to develop detailed understanding on build- up. Data analysis revealed that the solids loads on urban road surfaces are highly influenced by factors such as land use, antecedent dry period and traffic volume. However, the nutrient build-up process was found to be independent of the type of land use. It was solely dependent on the particle size of solids build-up. Most of the nutrients were associated with the particle size range 〈150 μm. Therefore, the removal of particles below 150 μm from road surfaces is of importance for the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus from road surface solids build-up. It is also important to consider the difference in the composition of nitrogen and phosphorus build-up in the context of designing effective stormwater quality mitigation strategies.

A Mobile Ad-hoc NETwork(MANET)contains numerous mobile nodes,and it forms a structure-less network associated with wireless ***,the node movement is the key feature of MANETs;hence,the quick action of the nodes guides a link *** link failure creates more data packet drops that can cause a long time *** a result,measuring accurate link failure time is the key factor in the *** paper presents a Fuzzy Linear Regression Method to measure Link Failure(FLRLF)and provide an optimal route in the MANET-Internet of Things(IoT).This work aims to predict link failure and improve routing efﬁciency in *** Fuzzy Linear Regression Method(FLRM)measures the long lifespan link based on the link *** mobile node group is built by the Received signal strength(Rss).The Hill Climbing(HC)method selects the Group Leader(GL)based on node mobility,node degree and node ***,it uses a Data Gathering node forward the infor-mation from GL to the sink node through multiple *** GL is identiﬁed by linking lifespan and energy using the Particle swarm Optimization(PsO)*** simulation results demonstrate that the FLRLF approach increases the GL lifespan and minimizes the link failure time in the MANET.

Molecular information gathering and proces- sing -- a young field of applied chemistry -- is undergoing good growth. The progress is occurring both in terms of conceptual development and in terms of the strengthening of older concepts with new examples. This review critically surveys these two broad avenues. We consider some cases where molecules emulate one of the building blocks of electronic logic gates. We then examine molecular emulation of various Boolean logic gates carrying one, two or three inputs. some single-input gates are popular information gathering devices. special systems, such as ＇lab-on-a-molecule＇ and molecular key- pad locks, also receive attention. A situation deviating from the Boolean blueprint is also discussed. some pointers are offered for maintaining the upward curve of the field.

Evaluation of hydrogeochemical characteristics and the impact of weathering in seepage water collected within the sedimentary formation

A study was conducted by collecting eight seepage water samples that drain through the sedimentary rocks, mainly sandstone and shale, to evaluate the hydro- geochemical characteristics. The collected samples were analyzed for physico-chemical parameters using standard procedures. Three water types were identified in the Piper plot and the hydrogeochemical evolution starts from a Ca- C1 facies （type 1） via mixed Ca-Mg-C1 and Ca-Na-HCO3 facies （type 2） to Na-C1 facies （type 3）. Increasing trend of electrical conductivity （EC） values were observed from type 1 water to type 3 water. Lower ionic concentrations with an average EC value of 35.7 kts/cm in Ca-C1 facies indicate the recharge water by monsoonal rainfall, and ion exchange/weathering process is reflected in the mixing zone. Higher ionic concentration with an average EC value of 399 kts/cm is noted in Na-C1 facies, which indicates the ion exchange during water-rock interaction. Higher log pCO2 values are also found in this facies, revealing the longer residence time of seepage water in the rock matrix, which release more ions into the water. The relative mobility of elements during weathering suggest that the order of mobility in both sandstone and shale is Na 〉 Ca 〉 Mg 〉 K. It was observed that thehydrogeochemistry of seepage water is mainly controlled by the bedrock geology.
