The magnetic and structural properties of FINEMET alloy with a composition of ***1Nb1si13.5B9 were investigated after primary and secondary crystallization of amorphous ribbon sample. The crystallization behavior and the nanocrystal formation of the samples were performed by differential thermal analysis （DTA） which in turn was s.p.orted by X-ray diffraction （XRD） study. Temperature dependence of initial permeability of amorphous and devitrified toroid shaped samples has been measured. Enhancement of Curie temperature of the amorphous alloy has been observed due to the irreversible structural relaxation. With the appearance of nanocrystalline phase the Curie temperature of the residual amorphous.p.ase gradually decrease with the increase of annealing temperature. Their temperature dependence reflects the characteristic annealing temperature evolution of the basic magnetic parameters in these nanocrystalline systems. saturation magnetization, Ms, increases with annealing temperature Ta for the samples and finally decreases during annealing at a temperature much higher than peak crystallization temperature.

We examine the reflection and transmission phenomena of quasi-longitudinal plane(Qp)waves in an AlN-ZnO laminated composite *** structure is designed under the influence of the initial stresses in which one carrier piezoelectric semiconductor(psC)half-space is in welded contact with another psC *** secular equations in the transversely isotropic psC material are derived from the general dynamic equation,taking the initial stresses into *** is shown that the incident quasi-longitudinal wave(Qp-mode)at the interface generates four types of reflected and transmitted waves,namely,Qp wave,quasi-transverse(QsV)wave,electric-acoustic(EA)wave,and carrier plane(Cp)*** algebraic equations are obtained by imposing the boundary conditions on the common interface of the laminated *** and transmission coefficients of waves are obtained by implementing Cramer’s *** impacts of the initial stresses and exterior electric biasing field on the reflection and transmission coefficients of waves are investigated and presented graphically.

The frequency of the Love-type surface waves in a bedded structure con- sisting of a porous.p.ezoelectric (pp) medium and a functionally graded material (FGM) substrate is approximated. The FGM layer is assumed to have a constant initial stress. The Wentzel-Kramers-Brillouin (WKB) approximation technique is used for the wave solution in the FGM layer, and the method of s.p.ration of variables is applied for the solution in the porous.p.ezoelectric medium. The dependence of the wave frequency on the wave number is obtained for both electrically open and short cases. The effects of the gradient coefficient of the FGM layer, the initial stresses (tensile stress and compressive stress), and the width of the FGM layer are marked distinctly and shown graphically. The findings may contribute towards the design and optimization of acoustic wave devices.

This.p.per presents a two-dimensional unsteady laminar boundary layer mixed convection flow heat and mass transfer along a vertical plate filled with Casson nanofluid located in a porous quiescent medium that contains both nanoparticles and gyrotactic microorganisms. This.p.rmeable vertical plate is assumed to be moving in the same direction as the free stream velocity. The flow is subject to a variable heat flux, a zero nanoparticle flux and a constant density of motile microorganisms on the surface. The free stream velocity is time-dependent resulting in a non-similar solution. The transport equations are solved using the bivariate spectral quasilinearization method. A grid independence test for the validity of the result is given. The significance of the inclusion of motile microorganisms to heat transfer processes is discussed. We show, inter alia, that introducing motile microorganisms into the flow reduces the skin friction coefficient and that the random motion of the nanoparticles improves the rate of transfer of the motile microorganisms.

In this work,phase and morphology-tuned MoO_(3) nanostructures are synthesized through a novel modified co-precipitation method,and their electrochemical properties are *** the first time,such a simple surfactant-assisted synthesis.p.ocess aided by minor temperature variations is reported which results in phase transition of the nanoparticles from h-MoO_(3) nano-rods to a-MoO_(3) *** nanostructures thus developed are highly porous and crystalline with significantly large specific surface area as compared to previous *** theoretical bandgap energy of the optimized sample calculated using perdew-Zunger local density approximation(LDA) is in good agreement with the experimental *** overall structural,morphological,and surface-behavioural analysis.p.edicts the electrochemical s.p.riority in 2D a-MoO_(3).The cyclic voltammetry and galvano-potentiometry measurements of 2D a-MoO_(3) in the potential window of-0.6 V to +0.2 V present the highest pseudos.p.rcapacitive response with a maximum specific capacitance of 829 F g^(-1)at 2 A g^(-1)as compared to h-MoO_(3) (452 F g^(-1)) and h@a-MoO_(3) (783 F g^(-1)).Thus,the MoO_(3) 2D nanostructures synthesized through our novel synthesis technique display excellent specific capacitance as compared to previous reported ***,a-MoO_(3) exhibits a galvanostatic charging-discharging cyclic stability of about 91%after 2000 cycles,indicating that it can serve as an excellent electrode material for s.p.rcapacitors.A solid-state asymmetric s.p.rcapacitor device is successfully constructed using a-MoO_(3) which can light up 4 red LEDs for 10 *** specific energy density of the device reaches a maximum value of 36.3 W h kg^(-1)at the power density of 50 W kg^(-1).

purpose–The purpose of this study is to develop a Turing machine or a finite automaton,which scans the input data tape in the form of DNA sequences and inspires the basic design of a DNA ***/methodology/approach–This model based on a splicing system can solve fuzzy reasoning autonomously by using DNA sequences and human assisted *** hardware consists of class IIs restriction enzyme and T4 DNA ligase while the software consists of double stranded DNA sequences and transition molecules which are capable of encoding fuzzy *** mixing solutions containing these components,the automaton undergoes a cascade of cleaving and splicing cycles to produce the computational result in form of double stranded DNA sequence representing automaton’s final ***–In this work,the authors have fused the idea of a splicing system with the automata theory to develop fuzzy molecular automaton in which 1,018 processors can work in parallel,requiring a trillion times less space for information storage,is 105 times faster than the existing s.p.r computer and 1,019 power operations can be performed using one Joule of ***/value–This.p.per presents a generalized model for biologically inspired computation in nano scale.

Unaided authentication services.p.ovide the flexibility to login without being dependent on any additional *** power of recording attack resilient unaided authentication services(RARUAs)is undeniable as,in some aspects,they are even capable of offering better security than the biometric based authentication ***,high login complexity of these RARUAs makes them far from usable in *** adopted information leakage control strategies have often been identified as the primary cause behind such high login *** recent proposals have made some significant efforts in designing a usable RARUAs by reducing its login complexity,most of them have failed to achieve the desired usability *** this.p.per,we have introduced a new notion of controlling the information leakage *** maintaining a good security standard,the introduced idea helps to reduce the login complexity of our proposed mechanism—named as Textual-Graphical password-based Mechanism or TGpM,by a significant *** with resisting the recording attack,TGpM also achieves a remarkable property of threat *** the best of our knowledge,TGpM is the first RARUAs,which can both prevent and detect the activities of the opportunistic recording attackers who can record the complete login activity of a genuine user for a few login *** study reveals that TGpM assures much higher session resiliency compared to the existing authentication services,having the same or even higher login ***,TGpM stores the password information in a distributed way and thus restricts the adversaries to learn the complete secret from a single compromised server.A thorough theoretical analysis has been performed to prove the strength of our proposal from both the security and usability *** have also conducted an experimental study to s.p.ort the theoretical argument made on the usability standard of TGpM.

Granitoids and orthogneisses(1.7 Ga)from the northern part of the Banded Gneissic Complex(BGC-II domain),Aravalli Craton(NW India)are geochemically analyzed to understand the geodynamic condition and crustal evolution *** samples are metaluminous to peraluminous(molar A/CNK:0.74±2.12),and characterized by Eu-anomaly ranging from 0.17 to 1.06,Fe_(2)O_(3)^(T)/(Fe_(2)O_(3)^(T)+MgO)from 0.8 to 0.9 and high magmatic zircon saturation temperature(>830°C)which are the features suggestive of A-type granite *** discrimination diagrams classify the samples as.p.st-collisional extensional A2-type *** characteristics along with trace element ratios[(Y/Nb)_(N)=0.15 to 4.33(avg.0.76),(Th/Nb)_(N)=4.63 to 255.47(avg.63.13),(Th/Ta)_(N)=1.37 to 9.84(avg.8.86),(Ce/pb)_(N)=0.05 to 3.05(avg.1.43)]indicate that the rocks were derived from a plagioclase-rich and garnet-free crustal source under lowpressure ***,it is also proposed that tonalite-trondhjemite-granodiorite(TTG)rocks which occur dominantly in southern Rajasthan(BGC-I)are precursors and their partial melting led to the generation of the studied A-type granite *** studied samples also bear close geochemical similarity with A-type granites of similar age(1.7 Ga)near the sakhun-Ladera region of northern *** studied A-type granites are believed to be coeval to similar aged A-type granites of the Khetri and Alwar sub-basins of the North Delhi Fold Belt(NDFB).They are comparable in age and magmatic history to recorded A-type magmatism in North America and parts of the Chinese *** large geographical extents of synchronous A-type granites are proposed to be related to the Columbia s.p.rcontinent assembly(ca.1.7 Ga;postcollisional granites).Thus,based on the studied extensional granites,we surmise that BGC-II was.p.rt of the Columbia s.p.rcontinent.

The disease triangle describes the interrelationship among pathogen,host,and environment towards disease prevalence in the *** mechanistic role of environment on NLR-mediated resistance was not known until ***,a comprehensive work revealed that light controls late blight disease reaction in potato caused by the lrish famine pathogen.A specific R gene Rpivnt1 in potato showed dichotomous behavior in disease reaction due to the light-responsive alternate promoter selection of another host gene glycerate 3 kinase(GLYK)during its *** full-length GLYK protein traps the pathogen effector AVRvnt1 into a recognition event which is later sensed by Rpivnt1 in the presence of *** dark,the truncated GLYK protein devoid of its chloroplastic transit peptide could not able to recognize AVRvnt1 and thus resistance get compromised.A possible model for this event is.p.oposed here for ease in understanding.
