The global ionosphere maps(GIm)provided by the International GNss service(IGs)are extensively utilized for ionospheric morphology monitoring,scientific research,and practical *** the credibility of GIm products in data-sparse regions is of paramount *** this study,measurements from the Crustal movement Observation Network of China(CmONOC)are leveraged to evaluate the suitability of IGs-GIm products over China region in *** indices of mean error(mE),root mean square error(RmsE),and normalized RmsE(NRmsE)are then utilized to quantify the accuracy of IGs-GIm *** revealed distinct local time and latitudinal dependencies in IGs-GIm errors,with substantially high errors at nighttime(NRmsE:39%)and above 40°latitude(NRmsE:49%).seasonal differences also emerged,with larger equinoctial deviations(NRmsE:33.5%)compared with summer(20%).A preliminary analysis implied that the irregular assimilation of sparse IGs observations,compounded by China’s distinct geomagnetic topology,may manifest as error *** results suggest that modeling based solely on IGs-GIm observations engenders inadequate representations across China and that a thorough examination would proffer the necessary foundation for advancing regional total electron content(TEC)constructions.

With the rapid development of 5G information technology,thermal conductivity/dissipation problems of highly integrated electronic devices and electrical equipment are becoming *** this work,“high-temperature solid-phase&diazonium salt decomposition”method is carried out to prepare benzidine-functionalized boron nitride(m-BN).subsequently,m-BN/poly(pphenylene benzobisoxazole)nanofiber(PNF)nanocomposite paper with nacremimetic layered structures is prepared via sol–gel film transformation *** obtained m-BN/PNF nanocomposite paper with 50 wt%m-BN presents excellent thermal conductivity,incredible electrical insulation,outstanding mechanical properties and thermal stability,due to the construction of extensive hydrogen bonds andπ–πinteractions between m-BN and PNF,and stable nacre-mimetic layered ***λ∥andλ_(⊥)are 9.68 and 0.84 W m^(-1)K^(-1),and the volume resistivity and breakdown strength are as high as 2.3×10^(15)Ωcm and 324.2 kV mm^(-1),***,it also presents extremely high tensile strength of 193.6 mPa and thermal decomposition temperature of 640°C,showing a broad application prospect in high-end thermal management fields such as electronic devices and electrical equipment.

BACKGROUND Postpartum depression(PPD)not only affects the psychological and physiological aspects of maternal health but can also affect neonatal growth and *** who are in close contact with parturient women play a key role in communication and emotional *** study explores the PPD support relationship with partners and its influencing factors,which is believed to establish psychological well-being and improve maternal partner *** To explore the correlation between PPD and partner support during breastfeeding and its influencing *** Convenience sampling was used to select lactating women(200 women)who underwent postpartum examinations at the Huzhou maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from July 2022 to December 2022.A cross-sectional survey was conducted on the basic information(general information questionnaire),depression level[edinburgh postnatal depression scale(EPDs)],and partner support score[dyadic coping inventory(DCI)]of the selected ***’s correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between PPD and DCI in lactating *** affecting PPD levels during lactation were analyzed using multiple linear *** The total average score of EPDs in 200 lactating women was(9.52±1.53),and the total average score of DCI was(115.78±14.90).Dividing the EPDs,the dimension scores were:emotional loss(1.91±0.52),anxiety(3.84±1.05),and depression(3.76±0.96).Each dimension of the DCI was subdivided into:Pressure communication(26.79±6.71),mutual support(39.76±9.63),negative support(24.97±6.68),agent support(6.87±1.92),and joint support(17.39±4.19).Pearson’s correlation analysis demonstrated that the total mean score and individual dimension scores of EPDs during breastfeeding were inversely correlated with the total score of partner support,stress communication,mutual support,and cosupport(Pmean score of the EPDs and its dimensions were positively correlated with negative

Transient heat conduction problems widely exist in *** previous work on the peridynamic differential operator(PDDO)method for solving such problems,both time and spatial derivatives were discretized using the PDDO method,resulting in increased complexity and programming *** this work,the forward difference formula,the backward difference formula,and the centered difference formula are used to discretize the time derivative,while the PDDO method is used to discretize the spatial *** new schemes for solving transient heat conduction equations have been developed,namely,the forward-in-time and PDDO in space(FT-PDDO)scheme,the backward-in-time and PDDO in space(BT-PDDO)scheme,and the central-in-time and PDDO in space(CT-PDDO)*** stability and convergence of these schemes are analyzed using the Fourier method and Taylor’s *** show that the FT-PDDO scheme is conditionally stable,whereas the BT-PDDO and CT-PDDO schemes are unconditionally *** stability conditions for the FT-PDDO scheme are less stringent than those of the explicit finite element method and explicit finite difference *** convergence rate in space for these three methods is *** constructed schemes are applied to solve one-dimensional and two-dimensional transient heat conduction *** accuracy and validity of the schemes are verified by comparison with analytical solutions.

Genetic engineering technology can achieve specific gene therapy for a variety of diseases, but the current strategy still has some flaws, such as a complex system, single treatment, and large implantation trauma. Herein, the genetic engineering injectable hydrogels were constructed by ultrasonic technology for the first time to realize in vivo ultrasound-triggered in situ cross-linking and cell gene transfection, and finally complete in situ gene therapy to promote bone reconstruction. First, ultrasound-triggered calcium release was used to activate transglutaminase and catalyze the transamidation between fibrinogen. simultaneously, liposome loaded with Zinc-finger E-box-binding homeobox 1 (ZEB1) gene plasmid (Lip-ZEB1) was combined to construct an ultrasound-triggered in situ cross-linked hydrogels that can deliver Lip-ZEB1. second, ultrasound-triggered injectable hydrogel introduced ZEB1 gene plasmid into endothelial cell genome through Lip-ZEB1 sustained release, and then acted on the ZEB1/Notch signal pathway of cells, promoting angiogenesis and local bone reconstruction of osteoporosis through genetic engineering. Overall, this strategy provides an advanced gene delivery system through genetic engineered ultrasound-triggered injectable hydrogels.

A comparative analysis of the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of rainfall and lightning in coastal and inland areas of Guangdong Province of China during the pre-summer rainy season(PsRs)from 2008 to 2017 reveals distinct *** the inland target region(ITR),rainfall is concentrated in the central and eastern mountainous *** exhibits a bimodal diurnal variation,with peaks in the afternoon and *** afternoon peak becomes more pronounced during the post-monsoon-onset period because of the increased rainfall ***,in the coastal target region(CTR),rainfall concentrates around mountainous ***,CTR’s rainfall is weaker than ITR’s during the pre-monsoon-onset period,primarily associated with the lower-level moisture outflow in CTR,but it strengthens significantly during the post-monsoon-onset period owing to enhanced moisture ***’s diurnal rainfall variation transitions from bimodal to a single broad peak during the post-monsoon-onset period,influenced by changes in both rainfall frequency and *** contrast to rainfall,the spatiotemporal distribution of lightning centers remains relatively stable during the *** strongest center is located over ITR’s plains west of the rainfall center,with a secondary center in the western plains of *** activity significantly increases during the post-monsoon-onset period,particularly in ITR,primarily because of the increased lightning *** diurnal lightning flash density and lightning hours show a single afternoon peak in the two target regions,and the timing of the peak in ITR is approximately two hours later than in *** circulation analysis indicates that during early morning,the lower atmosphere is nearly neutral in *** advected warm,moist,unstable airflow,combined with topography,favors convection *** the afternoon,solar radiation increases thermal instability,further enhancing the convection frequency and in

Objectiveperitoneal free cancer cells can negatively impact disease progression and patient outcomes in gastric cancer. This study aimed to investigate the feasibility of using golden-angle radial sampling dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (GRAsP DCE-mRI) to predict the presence of peritoneal free cancer cells in gastric cancer *** enrolled patients were consecutively divided into analysis and validation groups. Preoperative magnetic resonance imaging (mRI) scans and perfusion were performed in patients with gastric cancer undergoing surgery, and peritoneal lavage specimens were collected for examination. Based on the peritoneal lavage cytology (PLC) results, patients were divided into negative and positive lavage fluid groups. The data collected included clinical and mR information. A nomogram prediction model was constructed to predict the positive rate of peritoneal lavage fluid, and the validity of the model was verified based on data from the verification *** was no statistical difference between the proportion of PLC-positive cases predicted by GRAsP DCE-mR and the actual PLC test. mR tumor stage, tumor thickness, and perfusion parameter Tofts-Ketty model volume transfer constant (Ktrans) were independent predictors of positive peritoneal lavage fluid. The nomogram model featured a concordance index (C-index) of 0.785 and 0.742 for the modeling and validation groups, *** DCE-mR could effectively predict peritoneal free cancer cells in gastric cancer patients. The nomogram model constructed using these predictors may help clinicians to better predict the risk of peritoneal free cancer cells being present in gastric cancer patients.

Visual near-infrared imaging equipment has broad applications in various fields such as venipuncture,facial injections,and safety verification due to its noncontact,compact,and portable ***,most studies utilize near-infrared single-wavelength for image acquisition of ***,many substances in the skin,including water,protein,and melanin can create significant background noise,which hinders accurate *** this paper,we developed a dual-wavelength imaging system with phase-locked denoising technology to acquire vein *** signals in the effective region are compared by using the absorption valley and peak of hemoglobin at 700nm and 940nm,*** phase-locked denoising algorithm is applied to decrease the noise and interference of complex surroundings from the *** imaging results of the vein are successfully extracted in complex noise *** is demonstrated that the denoising effect on hand veins imaging can be improved with 57.3%by using our dual-wavelength phase-locked denoising ***,this work proposes a novel approach for venous imaging with dual-wavelengths and phase-locked denoising algorithm to extract venous imaging results in complex noisy environment better.
