Background:Gastric cancer(GC)remains a global health burden and is often characterized by heterogeneous molecular profiles and resistance to conventional *** phosphoinositide 3-kinase and PI3K and Janus kinase(JAK)signal transducer and activator of transcription(JAK-sTAT)pathways play pivotal roles in GC progression,making them attractive targets for therapeutic ***:This study applied a computational and molecular dynamics simulation approach to identify and characterize sBL-JP-0004 as a potential dual inhibitor of JAK2 and PI3KCD *** and sNU-5 GC cells were used for in vitro ***:sBL-JP-0004 exhibited a robust binding affinity for JAK2 and PI3KCD kinases,as evidenced by molecular docking scores and molecular dynamics *** interactions and Gibbs binding free energy estimates confirmed stable and favorable interactions with target ***-JP-0004 displayed an half-maximal inhibitory concentration(IC_(50))value of 118.9 nm against JAK2 kinase and 200.9 nm against PI3KCD ***-JP-0004 exhibited potent inhibition of cell proliferation in KATOIII and sNU-5 cells,with half-maximal growth inhibitory concentration(GI50)values of 250.8 and 516.3 nm,respectively.A significant elevation in the early phase apoptosis(28.53%in KATOIII cells and 26.85%in sNU-5 cells)and late phase apoptosis(17.37%in KATOIII cells and 10.05%in sNU-5 cells)were observed with sBL-JP-0004 treatment compared to 2.1%and 2.83%in their respective ***:The results highlight sBL-JP-0004 as a promising dual inhibitor targeting JAK2 and PI3KCD kinases for treating GC and warrant further preclinical and clinical investigations to validate its utility in clinical settings.

The electromagnetic levitation system (EmLs) serves as the most important part of any magnetic levitation system. However, its characteristics are defined by its highly nonlinear dynamics and instability. Furthermore, the uncertainties in the dynamics of an electromagnetic levitation system make the controller design more difficult. Therefore, it is necessary to design a robust control law that will ensure the system's stability in the presence of these uncertainties. In this framework, the dynamics of an electromagnetic levitation system are addressed in terms of matched and unmatched uncertainties. The robust control problem is translated into the optimal control problem, where the uncertainties of the electromagnetic levitation system are directly reflected in the cost function. The optimal control method is used to solve the robust control problem. The solution to the optimal control problem for the electromagnetic levitation system is indeed a solution to the robust control problem of the electromagnetic levitation system under matched and unmatched uncertainties. The simulation and experimental results demonstrate the performance of the designed control scheme. The performance indices such as integral absolute error (IAE), integral square error (IsE), integral time absolute error (ITAE), and integral time square error (ITsE) are compared for both uncertainties to showcase the robustness of the designed control scheme.

In this research work,sol-gel technique was employed to prepare the strontium based spinel ferrite nanoparticles（srFe2O4） with different ratios of terbium（Tb）.Different characterization techniques were used to investigate the structural,morphological,dielectric and magnetic properties of the prepared samples.X-ray diffraction（XRD） result suggests that face-centered cube spinel nanocrystalline structure is *** size of the srFe2O4decreases with rising of Tb *** morphology,shape and size of the srFe2O4were examined by scanning electron microscopy（sEm） analysis and results reveal inhomogeneous distributions of the nanostructures with high *** electrical resistivity of the srFe2O4increases with rising of Tb ratio,which is confirmed from the cyclic *** is observed that dielectric constant of all the samples decreases with the increasing frequency *** is determined that the dielectric constants of the spinel ferrites are frequency dependent and decrease with increasing the frequency of applied electric *** magnetic behavior of srFe2O4with different ratios of Tb was studied and it is found that the saturation magnetization values of samples decrease with increase in the substitution of Tb3+at octahedral sites for Fe3+.This decrease in the values of msis also attributed to spin at surface of nanoparticles.

The focus of this study is on investigating the vanadyl 2,9,16,23-tetraphenoxy-29H, 31H-phthalocyanine(VOPc Ph O)and its blend with o-xylenyl C60 bis-adduct(OXCBA), for use as a lateral ultraviolet organic photodetector. The research focuses on improving dark current reduction, which is a challenge in lateral organic photodetector. By integrating the OXCBA, low dark current values of 4.83 nA·cm^(-2)(D_(shot)^(*)= 1.414 × 10^(11)Jones) have been achieved as compared to the stand-alone VoPcPhO device of 14.06 nA·cm^(-2). The major contributing factors to dark current reduction are due to the efficient charge transfer at the photoactive-electrode interface, the deep highest occupied molecular orbital(HOmO)level of OXCBA, which leads to favorable energy level alignments hindering hole injection, and the occurrence of bulk heterojunction vertical phase segregation between VOPcPhO and OXCBA. These findings shed light on the relationship between the organic photoconductor's material composition, morphology, and performance metrics and open new avenues for metal phthalocyanine-based lateral ultraviolet organic photodetectors with low dark current and enhanced performance.

Thymus serpyllum L.,often known as wild thyme,has been used since ancient times due to its multifaceted culinary and medicinal *** is usually utilized in folk medicine to manage different health *** work aimed to investigate the chemical composition and biological characteristics of *** essential oil(EO),including its antimicrobial,antioxidant,and anti-inflammatory ***,we have prompted an in-silico simulation to reveal the underlying mode of action of these *** chemical characterization of ***(EO)by Gas Chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-ms)indicated sabinene(17.33%),terpinen-4-ol(11.73%),phellandral(13.18%),and thymol(10.54%)as main *** antimicrobial screening utilized the disc-diffusion technique,mIC,and mBC *** disc-diffusion test’s results revealed significant anti-Candida activity and notable antibacterial *** mIC and mBC tests showed that *** EO effectively stops bacterial growth,including Gram-positive and Gram-negative strains and Candida *** tolerance level ratio demonstrated that this EO exhibits bactericidal and fungicidal effects on all tested bacteria and Candida ***,*** EO presented effective inhibitory activity against the 5-lipoxygenase(5-LOX)enzyme(IC50=744.19±0.1µg/mL)(pso effectively affected FRAP,β-carotene,DPPH,and ABTs *** light of these findings,*** holds promise for diverse applications across pharmaceuticals,nutraceuticals,and the food ***,further research and collaboration between traditional knowledge and modern medicine are crucial to fully realizing its potential benefits in these fields.

The benefits of regular physical activity are well ***,few studies have examined the effectiveness of integrating physical activity(PA)into curricula within a post-secondary *** investigate the incorporation of PA into medical curriculum,we developed a series of optional exercise-based review sessions designed to reinforce musculoskeletal(msK)anatomy course *** synchronous sessions were co-taught by a group fitness instructor and an anatomy *** fitness instructor would lead students through both strength and yoga style exercises,while the anatomy instructor asked questions about relevant anatomical structures related to course material previously *** the sessions,participants were asked to evaluate the classes on their self-reported exam preparedness in improving msK anatomy knowledge,PA levels,and mental *** participants completed surveys;a majority agreed that the classes increased understanding of msK concepts(90.0%)and activity levels(97.7%).many(70.0%)felt that the classes helped reduce *** majority of respondents(90.0%)agreed that the classes contributed to increased feelings of social ***,medical students saw benefit in PA based interventions to supplement msK course *** with increasing activity levels and promoting health behaviours,integrating PA into medical curriculum may improve comprehension of learning material,alleviate stress and foster social connectivity among medical students.
