Real world applications are dealing now with a huge amount of data,especially in the area of high dimensional features.In this article,we depict the simplyupper,the simplylower continuous,we get several characteristics and other properties with respect to upper and lower simply-continuous soft multifunctions.We also investigate the relationship between soft-continuous,simply-continuous multifunction.We also implement fuzzy soft multifunction between fuzzy soft topological spaces which is Akdag’s generation of the notion.We are introducing a new class of soft open sets,namely soft simplyopen set deduce from soft topology,and we are using it to implement the new approximation space called soft multi-function approach space.simplyspace for approximation based on a simplyopen set.The world must adopt modern studies in order to confront epidemics.Accordingly,we presented a new decision proposal in this article,compared our proposed approach to the soft relationship introduced by approximation of Xueyou,and concluded that our approach is better.We also used our proposal in the medical application that was studied in this paper.

In this paper,we present a proposed method for generating a soft rough approximation as a modification and generalization of Zhaowen et al.approach.Comparisons were obtained between our approach and the previous study and also.Eventually,an application on Coronavirus(COVID-19)has been presented,illustrated using our proposed concept,and some influencing results for symptoms of Coronavirus patients have been deduced.moreover,following these concepts,we construct an algorithm and apply it to a decision-making problem to demonstrate the applicability of our proposed approach.Finally,a proposed approach that competes with others has been obtained,as well as realistic results for patients with Coronavirus.moreover,we used mATLAB programming to obtain the results;these results are consistent with those of theWorld Health Organization and an accurate proposal competing with the method of Zhaowen et al.has been studied.Therefore,it is recommended that our proposed concept be used in future decision making.

alzheimer’s disease(AD)is a neurodevelopmental impairment that results in a person’s behavior,thinking,and memory loss.Themost common symptoms ofADare losingmemory and early aging.In addition to these,there are several serious impacts ofAD.However,the impact ofADcanbemitigatedby early-stagedetection though it cannot be cured permanently.Early-stage detection is the most challenging task for controlling and mitigating the impact of AD.The study proposes a predictive model to detect AD in the initial phase based on machine learning and a deep learning approach to address the issue.To build a predictive model,open-source data was collected where five stages of images of AD were available as Cognitive Normal(CN),Early mild Cognitive Impairment(EmCI),mild Cognitive Impairment(mCI),Late mild Cognitive Impairment(LmCI),and AD.Every stage of AD is considered as a class,and then the dataset was divided into three parts binary class,three class,and five class.In this research,we applied different preprocessing steps with augmentation techniques to efficiently identifyAD.It integrates a random oversampling technique to handle the imbalance problem from target classes,mitigating the model overfitting and biases.Then three machine learning classifiers,such as random forest(RF),K-Nearest neighbor(KNN),and support vector machine(sVm),and two deep learning methods,such as convolutional neuronal network(CNN)and artificial neural network(ANN)were applied on these datasets.After analyzing the performance of the used models and the datasets,it is found that CNN with binary class outperformed 88.20%accuracy.The result of the study indicates that the model is highly potential to detect AD in the initial phase.

COVID-19 comes from a large family of viruses identied in 1965;to date,seven groups have been recorded which have been found to affect humans.In the healthcare industry,there is much evidence that al or machine learning algorithms can provide effective models that solve problems in order to predict conrmed cases,recovered cases,and deaths.many researchers and scientists in the eld of machine learning are also involved in solving this dilemma,seeking to understand the patterns and characteristics of virus attacks,so scientists may make the right decisions and take specic actions.Furthermore,many models have been considered to predict the Coronavirus outbreak,such as the retro prediction model,pandemic Kaplan’s model,and the neural forecasting model.Other research has used the time series-dependent face book prophet model for COVID-19 prediction in India’s various countries.Thus,we proposed a prediction and analysis model to predict COVID-19 in saudi Arabia.The time series dependent face book prophet model is used to t the data and provide future predictions.This study aimed to determine the pandemic prediction of COVID-19 in saudi Arabia,using the Time series Analysis to observe and predict the coronavirus pandemic’s spread daily or weekly.We found that the proposed model has a low ability to forecast the recovered cases of the COVID-19 dataset.In contrast,the proposed model of death cases has a high ability to forecast the COVID-19 dataset.Finally,obtaining more data could empower the model for further validation.

Exogenous selenium mitigates salt stress in soybean by Improving Growth,Physiology,Glutathione Homeostasis and Antioxidant Defense

The mechanism of selenium(se)-induced salt tolerance was studied in moderately sensitive soybean(Glycine max L.)plants.To execute this view,soybean plants were imposed with salt stress(EC 6 ds m^(−1))applying NaCl.In other treatments,se(0,25,50 and 75μm Na_(2)seO_(4))was sprayed as co-application with that level of salt stress.Plant height,stem diameter,leaf area,sPAD value decreased noticeably under salt stress.altered proline(Pro)level,together with decreased leaf relative water content(RWC)was observed in salt-affected plants.salt stress resulted in brutal oxidative damage and increased the content of H_(2)O_(2),mDA level and electrolyte leakage.Exogenous se spray alleviated oxidative damage through boosting up the antioxidant defense system by increasing the activity of antioxidant enzymes such as catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD)and glutathione reductase(GR),as well as by improving non-enzymatic antioxidants like glutathione(GsH)and GsH/glutathione disulfide(GssG).The upregulated antioxidant defense system,restored Pro and leaf RWC,higher sPAD value conferred better growth and development in se-sprayed salt-affected soybean plants which altogether put forth for the progressive yield contributing parameters and finally,seed yield.Among different doses of se,soybean plants sprayed with 50μm Na_(2)seO_(4)showed better salt tolerance.

The paper presents shortly some of the important elements of the theory and of the practical applications of the kinetics of heterogeneous catalytic reactions. Discussed are some of the most important concepts of the kinetics of complex heterogeneous catalytic reactions,methodology of building kinetic models and mathematical treatment of experimental data,influence of heat and mass transfer,types of laboratory reactors,kinetics and nanosized catalysts and others. Examples for use of the kinetic studies for the development and application of industrial catalysts and modeling of industrial reactors are presented.

Incorporation of strontium into V-mo alumina-supported catalyst enhanced its performance (increased conversion and selectivity,decreased reducibility and improved stability) in propane oxydehydrogenation to propylene.12.5% sr loading was shown to be the optimum content to the V-mo catalyst.The results were supported by various characterization techniques,namely,BET,XRD,sEm,FTIR and TPD.

The next-generation wireless networks are expected to provide higher capacity,system throughput with improved energy efficiency.One of the key technologies,to meet the demand for high-rate transmission,is deviceto-device(D2D)communication which allows users who are close to communicating directly instead of transiting through base stations,and D2D communication users to share the cellular user chain under the control of the cellular network.As a new generation of cellular network technology,D2D communication technology has the advantages of improving spectrum resource utilization and improving system throughput and has become one of the key technologies that have been widely concerned in the industry.However,due to the sharing of cellular network resources,D2D communication causes severe interference to existing cellular systems.One of the most important factors in D2D communication is the spectrum resources utilization and energy consumption which needs considerable attention from research scholars.To address these issues,this paper proposes an efficient algorithm based on the idea of particle swarm optimization.The main idea is to maximize the energy efficiency based on the overall link optimization of D2D user pairs by generating an allocation matrix of spectrum and power.The D2D users are enabled to reuse multiple cellular user’s resources by enhancing their total energy efficiency based on the quality of service constraints and the modification of location and speed in particle swarm.such constraint also provides feasibility to solve the original fractional programming problem.simulation results indicate that the proposed scheme effectively improved the energy efficiency and spectrum utilization as compared with other competing alternatives.

With the rapid development of wireless communication technology,the spectrum resources are increasingly strained which needs optimal solutions.Cognitive radio(CR)is one of the key technologies to solve this problem.spectrum sensing not only includes the precise detection of the communication signal of the primary user(PU),but also the precise identification of its modulation type,which can then determine the a priori information such as the PU’service category,so as to use this information to make the cognitive user(CU)aware to discover and use the idle spectrum more effectively,and improve the spectrum utilization.spectrum sensing is the primary feature and core part of CR.Classical sensing algorithms includes energy detection,cyclostationary feature detection,matched filter detection,and so on.The energy detection algorithm has a simple structure and does not require prior knowledge of the PU transmitter signal,but it is easily affected by noise and the threshold is not easy to determine.The combination of multiple-input multiple-output(mImO)with CR improves the spectral efficiency and multipath fading utilization.To best utilize the PU spectrum while minimizing the overall transmit power,an iterative technique based on semidefinite programming(sDP)and minimum mean squared error(mmsE)is proposed.also,this article proposed a new method for max-min fairness beamforming.When compared to existing algorithms,the simulation results show that the proposed algorithms perform better in terms of total transmitted power and signal-tointerference plus noise ratio(sINR).Furthermore,the proposed algorithm effectively improved the system performance in terms of number of iterations,interference temperature threshold and balance sINR level which makes it superior over the conventional schemes.
