Towards a Unified single Analysis Framework Embedded with Multiple spatial and Time Discretized Methods for Linear structural Dynamics

We propose a novel computational framework that is capable of employing different time integration algorithms and different space discretized methods such as the Finite Element Method,particle methods,and other spatial methods on a single body sub-dividedintomultiple *** is in conjunctionwithimplementing thewell known Generalized single step single solve(Gs4)family of algorithms which encompass the entire scope of Linear Multistep algorithms that have been developed over the past 50 years or so and are second order accurate into the Differential Algebraic Equation *** the current state of technology,the coupling of altogether different time integration algorithms has been limited to the same family of algorithms such as theNewmarkmethods and the coupling of different algorithms usually has resulted in reduced accuracy in one or more variables including the Lagrange ***,the robustness and versatility of the Gs4 with its ability to accurately account for the numerical shifts in various time schemes it encompasses,overcomes such barriers and allows a wide variety of arbitrary implicit-implicit,implicit-explicit,and explicit-explicit pairing of the various time schemes while maintaining the second order accuracy in time for not only all primary variables such as displacement,velocity and acceleration but also the Lagrange multipliers used for coupling the *** selecting an appropriate spatialmethod and time scheme on the area with localized phenomena contrary to utilizing a single process on the entire body,the proposed work has the potential to better capture the physics of a given *** method is validated by solving 2D problems for the linear second order systems with various combination of spatial methods and time schemes with great *** accuracy and efficacy of the present work have not yet been seen in the current field,and it has shown significant promise in its capabilities and effectiveness for ge

Mouse models in male fertility research

Limited knowledge of the genetic causes of male infertility has resulted in few treatment and targeted therapeutic options. Although the ideal approach to identify infertility causing mutations is to conduct studies in the human population, this approach has progressed slowly due to the limitations described herein. Given the complexity of male fertility, the entire process cannot be modeled in vitro. As such, animal models, in particular mouse models, provide a valuable alternative for gene identification and experimentation. since the introduction of molecular biology and recent advances in animal model production, there has been a substantial acceleration in the identification and characterization of genes associated with many diseases, including infertility. Three major types of mouse models are commonly used in biomedical research, including knockoutJknockin/gene-trapped, transgenic and chemical-induced point mutant mice. Using these mouse models, over 400 genes essential for male fertility have been revealed. It has, however, been estimated that thousands of genes are involved in the regulation of the complex process of male fertility, as many such genes remain to be characterized. The current review is by no means a comprehensive list of these mouse models, rather it contains examples of how mouse models have advanced our knowledge of post-natal germ cell development and male fertility regulation.

A Green Route for the One-Pot synthesis of 1,2-Disubstituted Benzimidazoles Using Iron（Ill） Phosphate under solventless Conditions

1,2-Disubstituted benzimidazoles are selectively synthesized in high yields under extremely mild conditions via the condensation of o-phenylenediamine derivatives with aldehyde derivatives using catalytic amount of iron（Ⅲ） phosphate under solventfree conditions. The use of readily available iron（Ⅲ） phosphate as a reusable and recyelable catalyst makes this process quite simple, convenient, and environment-friendly.

Electrocatalysis is undergoing a renaissance due to its central importance for a sustainable energy economy,relying on green(electro-)chemical processes to harvest,convert,and store *** considerations by electronic structure methods are key to identify potential material motifs for electrocatalytic processes at the solid/liquid *** commonly,heuristic concepts in the realm of materials screening by the compilation of volcano plots are used,which rely on a plethora of simplifications and approximations of the complex electrochemical *** the investigation of the catalytic processes at the solid/liquid interface mainly relies on descriptor-based approaches,in the present future article it is discussed that the inclusion of the liquid part of the interface by mean-field models is crucial to elevate screening approaches to the next level.

f-Deformed squeezed Vacuum and First Excited states, Their superposition and Corresponding Nonclassical Properties

In this paper, we introduce two new classes of nonlinear squeezed states that we name as f-deformed squeezed vacuum state|ξ, f even and f-deformed squeezed first excited state |ξ, f odd, which according to their production processes, essentially include only even and odd bases of Fock space, respectively. In the continuation, we introduce the superposition of these two distinct nonlinear squeezed states with a respective phase ?. Then, some of the criteria which imply the nonclassicality of the states, such as Mandel parameter, second-order correlation function, quadrature squeezing, amplitude-squared squeezing, Husimi and Wigner–Weyl quasi-distribution functions, are numerically examined. At last, by considering a well-known nonlinearity function associated with a nonlinear physical system, we present our results which outcome from the numerical calculations. It is shown that, the introduced f-deformed states can reveal high nonclassical features.

Ballistic current induced effective force on magnetic domain wall

The collective dynamics of magnetic domain wall under electric current is studied in the form of spin transfer torque(sTT). The out-of-plane sTT induced effective force is obtained based on the Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert(LLG) equation including microscopic sTT terms. The relation between microscopic calculations and collective description of the domain wall motion is established. With our numerical calculations based on tight binding free electron model, we find that the non adiabatic out-of-plane torque components have considerable non-local properties. It turns out that the calculated effective forces decay significantly with increasing domain wall widths.

Molar volume of eutectic solvents as a function of molar composition and temperature

The conventional Rackett model for predicting liquid molar volume has been modified to cater for the effect of molar composition of the Deep Eutectic solvents(DEs). The experimental molar volume data for a group of commonly used DEs has been used for optimizing the improved model. The data involved different molar compositions of each DEs. The validation of the new model was performed on another set of DEss. The average relative deviation of the model on the training and validation datasets was approximately 0.1% while the Rackett model gave a relative deviation of more than 1.6%. The modified model deals with variations in DEs molar composition and temperature in a more consistent way than the original Rackett model which exhibits monotonic performance degradation as temperature moves away from reference conditions. Having the composition of the DEs as a model variable enhances the practical utilization of the predicting model in diverse design and process simulation applications.

Uniqueness theorem,theorem of reciprocity,and eigenvalue problems in linear theory of porous piezoelectricity

The uniqueness theorem and the theorem of reciprocity in the linearized porous piezoelectricity are established under the assumption of positive definiteness of elastic and electric fields. General theorems in the linear theory of porous piezoelectric materials are proved for the quasi-static electric field approximation. The uniqueness theorem is also proved without using the positive definiteness of the elastic field. An eigenvalue problem associated with free vibrations of a porous piezoelectric body is stud- ied using the abstract formulation. some properties of operators are also proved. The problem of frequency shift due to small disturbances, based on an abstract formulation, is studied using a variational and operator approach. A perturbation analysis of a special ease is also given.

ELECTRICAL AND OPTICAL CHARACTERIZATION OF PMMA DOPED WITH Y_(0.0025)si_(0.025)Ba_(0.9725)(Ti_((0.9))sn_(0.1))O_3 CERAMIC

Poly（methylmetacrylate）（PMMA）/ Y0.0025si0.025Ba0.9725 （Ti（0.9）sn0.1）O3 （YBTs） composites were prepared at different weight ratios of YBTs （0 wt%, 5 wt%, 10 wt% and 20 wt% YBTs） in order to investigate effect of YBTs additions on the electrical and optical properties of PMMA host. The electrical properties （impedance, dielectric constant dielectric loss and AC conductivity） were studied in the frequency range 10 kHz-1 MHz and in temperature range 20-90℃. Upon increasing the contents of YBTs ceramic, we observed a reduction in the impedance and an increase in the dielectric constant, dielectric loss and AC conductivity of PMMA host. We also found that the relaxation process at high YBTs contents was due to relaxation in the ionic conductivity. The absorption coefficient （α） has been determined in the wavelength range 230-800 nm at room temperature for all YBTs-PMMA composites. Moreover, the addition of YBTs ceramic highly enhances the UV absorption of PMMA host especially below 300 nm. Addition of 20 wt% YBTs ceramic to PMMA host decreases the optical energy gap from 5 eV to 3.41 eV. Correlations between electrical, optical and sEM results are reported.
