台北国际无车日自2002年起举办了5次,由最早的骑自行车活动扩大至包含“走路上学日”与“公共交通月”丰富多彩的系列活动,渐渐获得民众认同。无车日活动的目标是通过活动的倡导和社会参与来改变民众使用交通工具的行为,潜移默化的效应可促使形成可持续交通政策,当可持续交通政策与基础设施建设落实后又可具体改变交通环境,形成良性的循环机制。首先说明了“无车日”的由来,并回顾台北都会区过去5年来举行无车日系列活动的内容与经验,同时基于活动的发展与成果归纳出无车日活动的成功要素,最后提出未来活动将扩大举办的内容、方式与展望,以期能为其他城市作参考。

The developments of multi-core systems(MCs)have considerably improved the existing technologies in thefield of computer *** MCs comprises several processors that are heterogeneous for resource capacities,working environments,topologies,and so *** existing multi-core technology unlocks additional research opportunities for energy minimization by the use of effective task *** the same time,the task scheduling process is yet to be explored in the multi-core *** paper presents a new hybrid genetic algorithm(GA)with a krill herd(kH)based energy-efficient scheduling techni-que for multi-core systems(GAkH-sMCs).The goal of the GAkH-sMCs tech-nique is to derive scheduling tasks in such a way to achieve faster completion time and minimum energy *** GAkH-sMCs model involves a multi-objectivefitness function using four parameters such as makespan,processor utilization,speedup,and energy consumption to schedule tasks *** performance of the GAkH-sMCs model has been validated against two datasets namely random dataset and benchmark *** experimental outcome ensured the effectiveness of the GAkH-sMCs model interms of makespan,pro-cessor utilization,speedup,and energy *** overall simulation results depicted that the presented GAkH-sMCs model achieves energy effi-ciency by optimal task scheduling process in MCs.

运用基于第一性原理的密度泛函理论(DFT)的非平衡格林函数(NEGF)方法对Li原子嵌入后的zigzag型单壁碳纳米管(sWCNT)的电子输运性质进行了研究.在构建和优化了Li原子嵌入的zigzag型单壁碳纳米管的电子输运模型后,研究了该系统的电子传输概率、能态密度、电子透射谱,还研究了电子能量和偏置电压设置与变化对其电子输运特性的影响.结果显示zigzag型单壁碳纳米管嵌入Li原子后,电子输运特性发生了较大变化,具有电子输运拓宽效应和量子台阶复苏效应.

Alcohol transformation to transportation fuel-range hydrocarbon over HZsM-5 （sIO2/A1203 = 30） catalyst was studied at 360 C and 300 psig. Product distributions and catalyst life were compared between methanol, ethanol, 1-propanol and 1-butanol as a feed. The catalyst life for 1-propanol and l-butanol was more than double compared with that for methanol and ethanol. For all the alcohols studied, the product distributions （classified to paraffin, olefin, naphthene, aromatic and naphthalene compounds） varied with time on stream （TOs）. At 24 h TOs, liquid product from 1-propanol and 1-butanol transformation primarily contains higher olefin compounds. The alcohol transformation process to higher hydrocarbon involves a complex set of reaction pathways such as dehydration, oligomerization, dehydrocyclization and hydrogenation. Compared with ethylene generated from methanol and ethanol, oligomerization of propylene and butylene has a lower activation energy and can readily take place on weaker acidic sites. On the other hand, dehydrocyclization of the oligomerized products of propylene and butylene to form the cyclic compounds requires the sites with stronger acid strength. Combination of the above mentioned reasons are the primary reasons for olefin rich product generated in the later stage of the time on stream and for the extended catalyst life time for 1-propanol and 1-butanol compared with methanol and ethanol conversion over HZsM-5.

A resistive-type relative humidity （RH） sensor based on vanadium complex （VO2（3-f[）） film is reported in this study. Gold electrodes were deposited on the glass substrates in a co-planar structure. A thin film of vanadium complex was coated as a humidity-sensing material on the top of the pre-patterned electrodes. The humidity-sensing principle of the sensor was based on the conductivity change of coated sensing element upon adsorption/desorption of water vapor. The resistance of the humidity sensor measured at 1 kHz decreased linearly with increasing the humidity in the range of 35%-70% RH. The overall resistance of the sensor decreases 11 times. An equivalent circuit for the VO2（3-fl） based resistive-type humidity sensor was developed. The properties of the sensor studied in this work make it beneficial for use in the instruments for environmental monitoring of humidity.

Reticulated foam shaped adsorbents are more efficient for the removal of volatile organic compounds（VOCs）,particularly from low VOC-concentration indoor air streams. In this study composite structure of zeolite and metal organic frameworks（MOFs）,referred as ZMF,has been fabricated by immobilization of fine MOF-199 powder on foam shaped Zeolite socony Mobil-5（ZsM-5）Zeolitic structure,referred as ZF. The ZMF possess a uniform and well-dispersed coating of MOF-199 on the porous framework of ZF. It shows higher surface area,pore volume,and VOCs adsorption capacity,as compared to ***-fabrication changes in selective adsorption properties of ZMF were studied with three common indoor VOCs（benzene,n-hexane,and cyclohexane）,using gravimetric adsorption technique. The adsorption capacity of ZMF with different VOCs follow the order of benzene 〉 n-hexane 〉 cyclohexane. In comparison with MOF-199 and ZF,the composite structure ZMF shows improvement in selectivity for benzene from other two VOCs. Further,improvement in efficiency and stability of prepared ZMF was found to be associated with its high MOF loading capacity and unique morphological and structural properties. The developed composite structure with improved VOCs removal and recyclability could be a promising material for small to limited scale air pollution treatment units.

The anodic overvoltage of neodymium electrolysis was determined by slow scanning oscillograrn. The effects of some factors, i.e. the temperature, the anodic current density, the concentration of Nd2O3 and the components of the electrolyte were investigated and the approaches to decrease the anodic overvoltage were also discussed. The results show that the anodic overvoltage increases with the anodic current density and decreases with the increasing temperature. The linear relation between the anodic overvoltage and the current density corresponding to Tafel equation is determined to some extent. The anodic overvoltage decreases with the increasing concentrations of LiF and NdF3. It also decreases by controlling the anodic current density properly, increasing the temperature or the concentrations of LiF and NdF3 and the reducing polar distance.
