日本的水稻病害防治主要对象为稻瘟病和纹枯病.水稻是温带地区及高湿气候国家的重要栽培作物,这种气候亦有利于各种病害发生.目前,有各种可供使用的化合物,它们在病害防治中呈现了预防、治疗、残留和内吸等各种不同的活性特征.通过这些化合物的使用,可有效地防治病害.其中,多数处理剂经叶面喷洒后可有效地防治大部份地区的主要病害.其通过与其他药剂(如杀虫剂)混和以挽救病虫对作物的危害.近年来,由于农业与社会需要,开发了内吸杀菌剂.其在水稻田中通过沉水施用,能渗入到作物内,从而引起人们极大注意.本文仅就历史沿革及近年来在稻瘟病及水稻纹枯病防治剂的使用情况作一概述.

＜正＞The pathogenesis of postmenopausal osteoporosis should be related to variations in the response to estrogen deficiency which may reflect genetically determined variations in biosynthesis and/or function of estrogen *** examined the relationship between polymorphisms of estrogen receptor（ER） gene and bone mineral density（BMD） and bone metabolic markers in postmenopausal women. Restriction fragment length polymorphisms（RFLPs） of ER gene and its relation to BMD were examined in 121 postmenopausal healthy women（66.7±0.9 yr,mean±standard error of the mean） in *** RFLPs were represented as Pp（PvuII） and Xx（XbaI）,capital letters signifying the absence of,and small letters the presence of restriction *** the PPxx genotype,Z score values of BMD were significantly lower（lumbar spine;p=0.005,total body;p=0.013） than those for other *** Px haplotype was associated with a low BMD in postmenopausal *** relationship of dinucleotide repeat polymorphisms in the upstream of ER gene and BMD as well as bone metabolic markers was also detected in the same population of *** data suggest that some variation of the ER gene linked to these genetic markers may be associated with the pathogenesis of postmenopausal osteoporosis and may be used to explain some genetic backgrounds for this disease in Japanese women.

采用赛璐珂(ZYAROCK)陶瓷辊可以改进浮法工艺生产的各种类型玻璃的质量。在过渡辊处和退火窑内用赛璐珂陶瓷辊替代传统钢辊，改进了退火窑最热处与玻璃接触的条件，大大减少了玻璃底面的缺陷。赛璐珂陶瓷是此种用途理想的材料，因为它不与硫和硫化物发生反应，而且与锡化合物不发生化学作用。采用套辊设计，即金属芯轴，陶瓷套和端盖固定件优化了这两种应用，确保长时间使用条件下机械应力小，直线度稳定。陶瓷套无膨胀，陶瓷表面无变形确保了玻璃表面的质量。控制陶瓷套的表面缺陷及显微结构是减少裂纹扩散，保证陶瓷套使用寿命的关键。陶瓷过渡辊和退火窑辊已在各种生产条件下测试了一年多。主要的优点是，对厚玻璃减少底表面压痕；对优质薄玻璃，减少由于氧化锡积瘤而产生的玻璃缺陷。而且，陶瓷辊导热率低，减少了玻璃下表面的过度冷却，从而消除应力裂纹。评估陶瓷辊作为过渡辊和在退火窑内最热处的辊道应用的特点和回报，陶瓷辊适合该处应用。

Mg-Y-Zn-Al alloys processed by rapidly solidified ribbon consolidation(RsRC)technique exhibit an exceptional mechanical performance indicating promising application *** material has a bimodal microstructure consisting of fine recrystallized and coarse non-recrystallized grains with solute-rich stacking faults forming cluster arranged layers(CALs)and nanoplates(CANaPs),or complete long period stacking ordered(LPsO)*** order to reveal the deformation mechanisms,in-situ synchrotron X-ray diffraction line profile analysis was employed for a detailed study of the dislocation arrangement created during tension in Mg-0.9%Zn-2.05%Y-0.15%Al(at%)*** uncovering the effect of the initial microstructure on the mechanical performance,additional samples were obtained by annealing of the as-consolidated specimen at 300 and 400℃ for 2 *** heat treatment at 300℃ had no significant effect on the initial microstructure,its evolution during tension and,thus,the overall deformation behavior under tensile *** the other hand,annealing at 400℃ resulted in a significant increase of the recrystallized grains fraction and a decrease of the dislocation density,leading to only minor degradation of the mechanical *** maximum dislocation density at the failure of the samples corresponding to the plastic strain of 10-25% was estimated to be about 16-20×10^(14)m^(-2).The diffraction profile analysis indicated that most dislocations formed during tension were of non-basal and pyramidal types,what was also in agreement with the schmid factor values revealed independently from orientation *** was also shown that the dislocation-induced Taylor hardening was much lower below the plastic strain of 3% than above this value,which was explained by a model of the interaction between prismatic dislocations and CANaPs/LPsO plates.

Recent findings have implicated inflammatory responses in the central nervous system in a variety of neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative diseases,and the understanding and control of immunological responses could be a major factor of future therapeutic strategies for neurological ***,derived from myelogenous cells,respond to a number of stimuli and make immune responses,resulting in a prominent role as cells that act on inflammation in the central nervous ***(FKN or CX3CL1)signaling is an important factor that influences the inflammatory response of *** receptor for FKN,CX3CR1,is usually expressed in microglia in the brain,and therefore the inflammatory response of microglia is modified by ***,FKN often suppresses inflammatory responses in microglia and activation of its receptor may be effective in the treatment of inflammatory neurological ***,it has also been suggested that inflammatory responses facilitated by FKN signaling aggravate neurological ***,further studies are still required to resolve the conflicting interpretation of the protective or deleterious contribution of microglial FKN *** notably,regulation of FKN signaling has recently been shown to be beneficial in the treatment of human diseases,although not neurological *** addition,a CX3CR1 inhibitor has been developed and successfully tested in animal models,and it is expected to be in human clinical trials in the *** this review,I describe the potential therapeutic consideration of microglial CX3CR1 dynamics through altered FKN signaling.
