The Wadi Ibib area is situated in the northern part of the Neoproterozoic Hamisana shear Zone(HsZ), which is a high strain zone evolved during the late stages of the Pan-African orogeny, likely as a tectonic escape structure. Amphibolite facies pelitic metasedimentary windows crop out in the axial parts of the HsZ and are noticeably associated with numerous N-trending pegmatite dikes. Whole-rock geochemistry of the pegmatites reveals a peraluminous(s-type) affinity, with low K/Rb ratios and elevated concentrations of U, Th, REE, Rb, Li, Cs, Y, Nb and Ta. structurally, the pegmatite sets intrude along the shear plane of the HsZ, corresponding to the regional N-trending tectonic fabrics, such as axial planar foliation and dextral-shearing in the metasedimentary host rock. Field relationships, including structural context, coupled with geochemical characteristics of the Wadi Ibib pegmatites, do not support their formation as a complementary part of evolved granitic magmas. space-localized decompression-induced partial melting of peraluminous garnet-bearing metapelites was alternatively the underlying process for formation of these pegmatites. such decompression was associated with regional escape tectonics and stress axes permutations during the late deformation stage(D3) in the evolution of the south Eastern Desert terrane, due to end-orogeny system pressure-release.

The effects of particle size, impeller clearance and impeller speed are assessed to show how condition variations influence power consumption in the water-solid slurry suspension in an agitated tank. The energy efficiency of slurry height variation, impeller type and diameter, and solid movement speed has been investigated with six soil series stirred in a soil-water slurry. Coarser sand particles are observed to significantly increase power consumption, while finer particles, for instance clay, decrease the stirring power requirement. The 3-blade HR100 sUPERMIX? impeller manufactured by sATAKE generally performs more efficiently than a conventional4-pitched blade turbine. The impeller's geometric design, including diameter and number of blades influences the impeller's energy efficiency, and HR100 impellers with greater diameters remarkably reduce power consumption. The tests demonstrated that the power required to provide off-bottom solid suspension and solid dispersion can be reduced dramatically by increasing the slurry height rather than by accelerating the impeller, if this option is possible.

In recent years,research on enhancing the efficiency of clean and renewable energy systems has *** study examines how a micro-scale solar Brayton cycle application performs about the conical cavity thermal receiver ***,it establishes the ideal receiver configuration under *** new work explicitly addresses the optimization of a microscale conical model,building on earlier studies by the research team that stressed the significance of reducing total heat *** receiver model was created using Design Modeler and treated using CFD analysis in ANsYs 2021R2 Workbench software to limit the convective mode of heat *** optimization techniques were then used,and the results were *** confirm the achieved results,the direct optimization method was also utilized,and it gave the same *** internal height and the two edges on the bottom width of the receiver were found to have the greatest influence on the value of the heat transfer co***,the dimensions of the optimized conical shape were found to be 384,198,114,48 and 57 mm for the internal height,total width,top width,left edge and right edge *** results of this investigation showed that by reducing the heat transfer coeffi-cient by up to 90%,the tested shape’s thermal performance was significantly *** consequently led to an increase in overall system efficiency of around 1.3%e1.95%.

Aim:The present study was conducted to investigate the protective effect of chamomile fl owers methanolic extract(CFME)and fennel seeds methanolic extract(FsME)on azathioprine(AZA),an immunosuppressant drug,which induced a liver injury and oxidative stress in ***:Rats were divided into 6 groups(8 rats each)and treated orally for 28 consecutive days as *** 1:rats were given normal saline and used as controls;group 2:rats treated with CFME(200 mg/kg);group 3:rats treated with FsME(200 mg/kg);group 4:rats treated with AZA(25 mg/kg);and groups 5 and 6:rats treated with CFME(200 mg/kg)or FsME(200 mg/kg)15 min prior to AZA(25 mg/kg)*** the end of experimental period,blood and liver samples were collected from all groups for biochemical analysis and histological ***:The obtained data revealed that AZA-induced hepatic injury in the rats as evidenced by the signifi cant increase in serum aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase,cholesterol,and direct bilirubin as well as hepatic malondialdehyde level accompanied with signifi cant decrease in reduced glutathione content and total antioxidant capacity in the ***,body weight gain showed the signifi cant decrease and relative liver weight showed the signifi cant increase on AZA *** sequential signifi cant changes in biochemical parameters were accompanied by severe histological changes in the liver tissue,including hepatocytes disorganization with pyknotic nuclei,fatty degeneration,congestion,fi brosis,and bile duct necrosis around the portal *** areas of hemorrhages in blood vessels and in between hepatocytes were also ***,the results showed the potential hepatoprotective effects of CFME and FsME against AZA-induced liver injury and oxidative *** succeeded in restoring the biochemical parameters and improving the histological picture of the *** improvement was more pronounced in the rats pretreated with

Background: Despite considerable advancements in identifying factors contributing to the development of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC), the pathogenesis of HCC remains unclear. In many cases, HCC is a consequence of prolonged liver fibrosis, resulting in the formation of an intricate premalignant microenvironment. The accumulation of extracellular matrix(ECM) is a hallmark of premalignant microenvironment. Given the critical role of different matrix components in regulating cell phenotype and function, this study aimed to elucidate the interplay between the fibrotic matrix and malignant features in HCC. Methods: Liver tissues from both control(normal) and carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)-induced fibrotic rats were decellularized using sodium dodecyl sulfate(sDs) and Triton X-100. The resulting hydrogel from decellularized ECM was processed into micro-particles via the water-in-oil emulsion method. Microparticles were subsequently incorporated into three-dimensional liver biomimetic micro-tissues(MTs) comprising Huh-7 cells, human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs), and LX-2 cells. The MTs were evaluated using the 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-5-(3-carboxymethoxyphenyl)-2-(4-sulfophenyl)-2H-tetrazolium(MTs) assay at day 11, immunofluorescence staining, immunoblotting, and spheroid migration assay at day 14 after co-culture. Results: Fibrotic matrix from CCl4-treated rat livers significantly enhanced the growth rate of the MTs and their expression of CCND1 as compared to the normal one. Fibrotic matrix, also induced the expression of epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition(EMT)-associated genes such as TWIsT1, ACTA2, MMP9, CDH2, and VIMENTIN in the MTs as compared to the normal matrix. Conversely, the expression of CDH1 and hepatic maturation genes HNF4A, ALB, CYP3A4 was decreased in the MTs when the fibrotic matrix was used. Machine learning(ML)is increasingly applied for medical image processing with appropriate learning *** applications include analyzing images of various organs,such as the brain,lung,eye,etc.,to identify specific flaws/diseases for *** primary concern of ML applications is the precise selection of flexible image features for pattern detection and region *** of the extracted image features are irrelevant and lead to an increase in computation ***,this article uses an analytical learning paradigm to design a Congruent Feature selection Method to select the most relevant image *** process trains the learning paradigm using similarity and correlation-based features over different textural intensities and pixel *** similarity between the pixels over the various distribution patterns with high indexes is recommended for disease ***,the correlation based on intensity and distribution is analyzed to improve the feature selection ***,the more congruent pixels are sorted in the descending order of the selection,which identifies better regions than the ***,the learning paradigm is trained using intensity and region-based similarity to maximize the chances of ***,the probability of feature selection,regardless of the textures and medical image patterns,is *** process enhances the performance of ML applications for different medical image *** proposed method improves the accuracy,precision,and training rate by 13.19%,10.69%,and 11.06%,respectively,compared to other models for the selected *** mean error and selection time is also reduced by 12.56%and 13.56%,respectively,compared to the same models and dataset.
