Cloud computing is a collection of distributed storage Network which can provide various services and store the data in the efficient manner.The advantages of cloud computing is its remote access where data can accessed in real time using Remote Method Innovation(RMI).The problem of data security in cloud environment is a major concern since the data can be accessed by any time by any user.Due to the lack of providing the efficient security the cloud computing they fail to achieve higher performance in providing the efficient service.To improve the performance in data security,the block chains are used for securing the data in the cloud environment.However,the traditional block chain technique are not suitable to provide efficient security to the cloud data stored in the cloud.In this paper,an efficient user centric block level Attribute Based Encryption(UCBL-ABE)scheme is presented to provide the efficient security of cloud data in cloud environment.The proposed approach performs data transaction by employing the block chain.The proposed system provides efficient privacy with access control to the user access according to the behavior of cloud user using Data Level Access Trust(DLAT).Based on DLAT,the user access has been restricted in the cloud environment.The proposed protocol is implemented in real time using Java programming language and uses IBM cloud.The implementation results justifies that the proposed system can able to provide efficient security to the data present in and cloud and also enhances the cloud performance.

Integrated Approach to Detect Cyberbullying Text:Mobile Device Forensics Data

Mobile devices and social networks provide communication opportunities among the young generation,which increases vulnerability and cybercrimes activities.A recent survey reports that cyberbullying and cyberstalking constitute a developing issue among youngsters.This paper focuses on cyberbullying detection in mobile phone text by retrieving with the help of an oxygen forensics toolkit.We describe the data collection using forensics technique and a corpus of suspicious activities like cyberbullying annotation from mobile phones and carry out a sequence of binary classification experiments to determine cyberbullying detection.We use forensics techniques,Machine Learning(ML),and Deep Learning(DL)algorithms to exploit suspicious patterns to help the forensics investigation where every evidence contributes to the case.Experiments on a real-time dataset reveal better results for the detection of cyberbullying content.The Random Forest in ML approach produces 87%of accuracy without sMOTE technique,whereas the value of F1score produces a good result with sMOTE technique.The LsTM has 92%of validation accuracy in the DL algorithm compared with Dense and BiLsTM algorithms.

Uganda hosts NAM and G77+China summits with calls to push back against unilateralism.Uganda played host to two important summits in January.The 19th summit of Heads of state and Government of the Non-Aligned Movement(NAM)on 19 January,and the Third south summit of the G77+China on 21 January,both took place in the nation’s capital of Kampala.Importantly,it was the first time for the south summit to be held in Africa.China was well represented at both summits,which attracted over 2,000 leaders and delegates,including over 20 heads of states.

Highly specific interactions between biomolecules,such as antigen-antibody,protein-ligand,or nucleic acid base pair complementary are on the basis of the organization of complex organisms.The same principles may be tentatively used in molecular medicine for diagnosis and therapeutics.A molecule can be designed to selectively bind a protease and thereby inhibit the production of a peptide that forms toxic aggregates in the brain or an antibody may be produced to bind specifically to that peptide for detection or clearance purposes.Unfortunately,interference in biological systems is not that simple.For a start there is the inhibition of the physiological role of the protease;moreover,several cleavage fragments may be produced,which may continue to diverge due to putative post-translational modification and self-assembly processes,hiding the toxic target in a“soup”of peptide species varying in size,structure and chemical composition.A perspective of the current status and challenges in targeting peptide species for diagnosis and treatment in the context of Alzheimer’s disease is given.

Astrophysical s-factor and reaction rate for 15N(p,γ)16O within the modified potential cluster model

We study radiative p^(15)N capture on the ground state of ^(16)O at stellar energies within the framework of a modified potential cluster model(MPCM)with forbidden states,including low-lying resonances.The investigation of the ^(15)N(p,γ0)^(16)O reaction includes the consideration of ^(3)s_(1) resonances due to E1 transitions and the contribution of the ^(3)P_(1) scattering wave in the p+^(15)N channel due to the ^(3)P_(1)→^(3)P_(0)M1 transition.We calculated the astrophysical low-energy s-factor,and the extrapolated s(0)turned out to be within 34.7−40.4 keV·b.The important role of the asymptotic constant(AC)for the ^(15)N(p,γ0)16O process with interfering ^(3)s_(1)(312)and ^(3)s_(1)(962)resonances is elucidated.A comparison of our calculation for the s-factor with existing experimental and theoretical data is addressed,and a reasonable agreement is found.The reaction rate is calculated and compared with the existing rates.It has negligible dependence on the variation of AC but shows a strong impact of the interference of ^(3)s_(1)(312)and ^(3)s_(1)(962)resonances in reference to the CNO Gamow windows,especially at low temperatures.We estimate the contribution of cascade transitions to the reaction rate based on the exclusive experimental data from Phys.Rev.C.85,065810(2012).The reaction rate enhancement due to the cascade transitions is observed from T_(9)>0.3 and reaches the maximum factor~1.3 at T_(9)=1.3.We present the Gamow energy window and a comparison of rates for radiative proton capture reactions ^(12)N(p,γ)^(13)O,^(13)N(p,γ)^(14)O,^(14)N(p,γ)^(15)O,and ^(15)N(p,γ)^(16)O obtained in the framework of the MPCM and provide the temperature windows,prevalence,and significance of each process.

The autophagy protein Atg9 functions in glia and contributes to parkinsonian symptoms in a Drosophila model of Parkinson’s disease

Parkinson’s disease is a progressive neurodegenerative disease characterized by motor deficits,dopaminergic neuron loss,and brain accumulation ofα-synuclein aggregates called Lewy bodies.Dysfunction in protein degradation pathways,such as autophagy,has been demonstrated in neurons as a critical mechanism for eliminating protein aggregates in Parkinson’s disease.However,it is less well understood how protein aggregates are eliminated in glia,the other cell type in the brain.In the present study,we show that autophagy-related gene 9(Atg9),the only transmembrane protein in the autophagy machinery,is highly expressed in Drosophila glia from adult brain.Results from immunostaining and live cell imaging analysis reveal that a portion of Atg9 localizes to the trans-Golgi network,autophagosomes,and lysosomes in glia.Atg9 is persistently in contact with these organelles.Lacking glial atg9 reduces the number of omegasomes and autophagosomes,and impairs autophagic substrate degradation.This suggests that glial Atg9 participates in the early steps of autophagy,and hence the control of autophagic degradation.Importantly,loss of glial atg9 induces parkinsonian symptoms in Drosophila including progressive loss of dopaminergic neurons,locomotion deficits,and glial activation.Our findings identify a functional role of Atg9 in glial autophagy and establish a potential link between glial autophagy and Parkinson’s disease.These results may provide new insights on the underlying mechanism of Parkinson’s disease.

Emerging structures and dynamic mechanisms ofγ-secretase for Alzheimer’s disease

γ-secretase,called“the proteasome of the membrane,”is a membrane-embedded protease complex that cleaves 150+peptide substrates with central roles in biology and medicine,including amyloid precursor protein and the Notch family of cell-surface receptors.Mutations inγ-secretase and amyloid precursor protein lead to early-onset familial Alzheimer’s disease.γ-secretase has thus served as a critical drug target for treating familial Alzheimer’s disease and the more common late-onset Alzheimer’s disease as well.However,critical gaps remain in understanding the mechanisms of processive proteolysis of substrates,the effects of familial Alzheimer’s disease mutations,and allosteric modulation of substrate cleavage byγ-secretase.In this review,we focus on recent studies of structural dynamic mechanisms ofγ-secretase.Different mechanisms,including the“Fit-stay-Trim,”“sliding-Unwinding,”and“Tilting-Unwinding,”have been proposed for substrate proteolysis of amyloid precursor protein byγ-secretase based on all-atom molecular dynamics simulations.While an incorrect registry of the Notch1 substrate was identified in the cryo-electron microscopy structure of Notch1-boundγ-secretase,molecular dynamics simulations on a resolved model of Notch1-boundγ-secretase that was reconstructed using the amyloid precursor protein-boundγ-secretase as a template successfully capturedγ-secretase activation for proper cleavages of both wildtype and mutant Notch,being consistent with biochemical experimental findings.The approach could be potentially applied to decipher the processing mechanisms of various substrates byγ-secretase.In addition,controversy over the effects of familial Alzheimer’s disease mutations,particularly the issue of whether they stabilize or destabilizeγ-secretase-substrate complexes,is discussed.Finally,an outlook is provided for future studies ofγ-secretase,including pathways of substrate binding and product release,effects of modulators on familial Alzheimer’s disease mutations of theγ-secretase-substrate complexes.Comprehen
