研究了紫外光辅助的苯酚臭氧化过程.利用溶解臭氧在水体中能够氧化鲁米诺产生发光现象,我们建立了流动注射液相化学发光测定cOD的一种新方法.cOD测定工作曲线为 y=34 276 lnx+63 269,线性相关系数为 0.995.线性范围0.6 mg/L到24 mg/L适合地表水cOD监测.为了考察臭氧化法测定 cOD的可行性,研究了苯酚的臭氧化反应动力学及反应机理,其直接和间接反应速率常数分别为383 mol-1·L·s-1和6.728×109 mol-1·L·s-1.几个实际淡水水样的cOD测定结果显示新方法的 3 次测量标准偏差均小于 6%.与高锰酸钾 cOD测定方法相比,新方法的结果要高 8.25%~25.82%,这表明紫外光辅助臭氧氧化与高锰酸钾氧化相比氧化能力能强.

Objectives: Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients are at increased risk of cardiovascular diseases (cVDs). several polymorphisms in the cholesterol ester transfer protein (cETP) gene have been reported. The aim of this study was to determine the distribution and effect of the Taq1B polymorphism in the cETP gene on clinical and biochemical indicators of cVD risk in a population of endogamous-T2DM men. Methods: 102 men (57.5 ± 9.3 years old) inhabitants of santa Rosa del conlara, san Luis, Argentina, were recruited and assigned into two groups (22 control and 80 T2DM). Further, these two groups were subdivided according to their Taq1B cETP gene genotypes (i.e., B1B1, B1B2 and B2B2). clinical and fasting-plasma biochemical indicators of cVD risk were measured and their ass.c.ation with the B1 allele was determined. Results: compared to control, T2DM men had more central obesity, hypertension, atherogenic index, insulin resistance and poorly controlled diabetes. compared to T2DM men having the B2 allele, those T2DM men having the B1 allele have increased risk of cVD as assessed by systolic blood pressure (156 ± 16.0 vs 135.8 ± 19.2, p = 0.015), atherogenic index (6.15 ± 1.3 vs 4.4 ± 0.7, p = 0.0008), HDL-c levels (38.9 ± 5.3 vs 64.4 ± 8.2, p ± 3.0 vs 2.4 ± 0.78, p = 0.004). Interestingly, only body mass index (r = ﹣0.559, p = 0.01) and HDL-c concentration (r = ﹣0.492, p = 0.02) negatively correlated with cVD risk in the endogamous population of B1B1 and B1B2 T2DM men. conclusion: The B1 allele of the cETP gene predicts.c.rdiovascular complications in an endogamous population of T2DM men.

The main aim of this research is to investigate the effect of salt concentration on the dielectric properties （Ac （crAc）, permittivity （d）, dielectric loss （d＇）, and dielectric relaxation process） and melting behavior of polyethylene oxide （PEO）/cdc12 complexes. The dielectric study was.c.rried out over a frequency range 10-335 kHz and a temperature range 25--45~c. The Ac conductivity, permittivity and dielectric loss of the PEO/cdc12 complexes increase with increasing salt concentration and temperature. Also, it was found that the addition of cdc12 salt to PEO host reduced the melting temperature of PEO host. Dielectric results reveal that the relaxation process of these complexes is due to viscoelastic relaxation or non-Debye relaxation at room temperature. Additionally, it was found that relaxation behavior remained viscoelastic at different temperatures and salt concentrations.

Investment in silvicultural techniques is noticeably lacking,especially in breeding programs for non-conventional wood *** genotype×environment interaction(G×E)is essential to the development of breeding ***,this study aimed to estimate genetic diversity of and the effects of G×E interaction on two progeny tests of cordia trichotoma,including the estimation of genetic gain and genetic diversity after *** the experiment,30 progenies of *** were tested at two sites with differing soil *** at breast height(1.30 m above soil surface,dbh-cm),total height,diameter at 30 cm from the soil,first branch height,and survival were all monitored for four *** deviance,best linear unbiased estimator,and harmonic mean of relative performance of genetic values(MHPRVG)were all calculated to predict breeding values,estimate genetic parameters,and analyze *** quantified traits varied significantly among progenies by soil type,with greatest variation recorded for genetic *** of the progenies led to predictions of genetic gain,ranging from 7.73 to 15.45%,for dbh at four years of *** calculated decrease in genetic diversity after selection showed that this parameter should be monitored in subsequent breeding cycles.G×E was low for all *** best-performing progenies proved most stable and best adapted to the different environmental conditions tested.

Fullerene c60, c7o, single-walled and multi-walled carbon nanotubes and graphene sheets are doped to nematic liquid crystal （Lc） host in the same percentage. Planar samples of these mixtures are prepared and our measurements.c.nstitute an optimization basis for possible applications. Fullerene balls are found to be the best compatible material for optical aims and reorientation of Lc molecules, while the carbon nanotubes experience some reorientation possibility in Lc media and graphene layers are good barriers to preserve reorientation.

Regeneration of c_4H_(10) dry reforming catalyst by nonthermal plasma

carbon deposition via coke formation is one of the critical problems.c.using catalyst deactivation during the reforming of hydrocarbons. An effort was made to regenerate the catalyst （Ni/γ-alumina） by oxidation methods. Two approaches were carded out for the regeneration of the deactivated catalyst. The first one involves the plasma treatment of the deactivated catalyst in the presence of dry air over a temperature range of 300-500℃, while the s.c.nd one only the thermal treatment in the same temperature range. The performance of the regenerated catalyst was evaluated in terms of c4H10 and cO2 conversions and the phys.c.chemical characteristics were examined using a surface area analyzer, an elemental analyzer, scanning electron microscopy （sEM） and transmission electron microscopy （TEM）. It was observed that the carbon deposit （coke） on the catalyst was about 9.89 wt% after reforming c4H10 for 5 h at 540℃. The simple thermal treatment at 400 ℃ reduced carbon content to 6.59 wt% whereas it was decreased to 3.25 wt% by the plasma and heat combination. The specific surface area was fully restored to the original state by the plasma-assisted regeneration at 500℃. As far as the catalytic activity is.c.ncerned, the fresh and regenerated catalysts exhibited similar c4H10 and cO2 conversion efficiencies.
