An Intelligent Intrusion Detection system in smart Grid Using PRNN Classifier

Typically,smart grid systems enhance the ability of conventional power system networks as it is vulnerable to several kinds of *** vulnerabil-ities might cause the attackers or intruders to collapse the entire network system thus breaching the conﬁdentiality and integrity of smart grid ***,for this purpose,Intrusion detection system(IDs)plays a pivotal part in offering a reliable and secured range of services in the smart grid *** exist-ing approaches are there to detect the intrusions in smart grid framework,however they are utilizing an old dataset to detect anomaly thus resulting in reduced rate of detection accuracy in real-time and huge data *** as to overcome these limitations,the proposed technique is presented which employs both real-time raw data from the smart grid network and KDD99 dataset thus detecting anoma-lies in the smart grid *** the grid side data acquisition,the power trans-mitted to the grid is checked and enhanced in terms of power quality by eradicating distortion in transmission *** this approach,power quality in the smart grid network is enhanced by rectifying the fault using a FACT device termed UPQC(Uniﬁed Power Quality Controller)and thereby storing the data in cloud *** data from smart grid cloud storage and KDD99 are pre-pro-cessed and are optimized using Improved Aquila swarm Optimization(IAsO)to extract optimal *** probabilistic Recurrent Neural Network(PRNN)classiﬁer is then employed for the prediction and classiﬁcation of *** last,the performance is estimated and the outcomes are projected in terms of grid voltage,grid current,Total Harmonic Distortion(THD),voltage sag/swell,accu-racy,precision,recall,F-score,false acceptance rate(FAR),and detection rate of the classiﬁ*** analysis is compared with existing techniques to validate the proposed model efﬁciency.

Basis for the diversity and extent in loss of digestible nutrients created by dietary phytin: Emphasis on fowl and swine

Phytin is the Ca2+-Mg2+-K+salt of phytic acid that is created and deposited in the aleurone layer and/or germ of grains and legumes. Its high presence in feedstuffs for fowl and swine diets results in it being a universal and significant impediment to optimum performance. Phytin impairs gastrointestinal recovery of a wide array of nutrients, the effect varying with the nutrient concerned. On exposure to low pH during gastric digestion, phytin dissociates into phytic acid and solubilized Ca2+. Even at low gastric pH,phytic acid is negatively charged which forms the basis of its anti-nutritive behavior. Pepsinogen has extensive basic amino acids on its activation peptide that are presented as cations at low pH which are targeted by pepsin for activation. Partially crystalized Ca2+near the enzyme?s active site further stabilizes its newly formed structure. Thus, phytic acid appears to interfere with gastric digestion by several mechanisms; interfering with pepsinogen activation by binding to the polypeptide?s basic amino acids;coordinating free Ca2+, destabilizing pepsin; binding some dietary proteins directly, further compromising gastric proteolysis. Upon digesta attaining neutrality in the duodenum, Ca2+and other cations rebind with accessible anions, phytic acid being a significant contender. Phytate not only binds free cations but can also strip them from enzymes(e.g. Ca2+, Zn2+) which reduces their structural resistance to autolysis and ability as co-factors(e.g. Zn2+) to increase enzyme activity. Goblet cells initially employ Ca2+as an electronic shield between mucin layers enabling granule formation and cell storage. After mucin granule release, Ca2+is progressively displaced by Na+to free the viscous mucins enabling its translocation. Mucin entangles with the glycocalyx of adjacent enterocytes thereby constructing the unstirred water layer（UsWL）. An up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket(UAsB)reactor targeting sulfate reduction was operated under a constant TOC/s-sO2-4ratio of 1.5±0.3 g C/g s for 639 days using crude glycerol as carbon source.A filamentous and fluffy flocculant material,namely slime-like substances(sLs),was gradually accumulated in the bioreactor after the cease of methanogenic *** accumulation of sLs was followed by a decrease in the removal efficiencies and a deterioration in the *** characteristics of sLs were investigated to explore the causes of its formation and the effect of sLs on the UAsB *** showed that glycerol fermentation and sulfate reduction processes taking place in the reactor were mainly accomplished in the bottom part of the UAsB reactor,as the sludge concentration in the bottom was *** accumulation of sLs in the UAsB reactor caused sludge flotation that further led to biomass washout,which decreased the sulfate and glycerol removal *** activity tests performed with granular sludge(Gs),slime-covered granular sludge(sCGs)and sLs showed that there was no difference between Gs and sLs in the mechanism of glycerol fermentation and sulfate ***,the specific sulfate reduction rate of Gs was higher than that of sLs,while sLs showed a higher glycerol fermentation rate than that of *** different rates in Gs and sLs were attributed to the higher relative abundances of fermentative microorganisms found in sLs and higher relative abundances of sulfate reducing bacteria(sRB)found in Gs.

Basalt fiber reinforcement in polymer matrix composites is becoming more and more popular because of its environmental friendliness and mechanical qualities that are comparable to those of synthetic *** fiber strengthened vinyl ester matrix polymeric composite with filler addition of nano-and micro-sized silicon carbide(siC)element spanning from 2 weight percent to 10 weight percent was studied for its mechanical and wear *** application of Artificial Neural Network(ANN)to correlate the filler addition composition for optimum mechanical properties is required due to the non-linear mechanical and tribological features of *** stuffing blend and composition of the composite are optimized using the hybrid model and Genetic Algorithm(GA)to maximize the mechanical and wear-resistant *** predicted and tested ANN–GA optimal values obtained for the composite combination had a tensile,flexural,impact resilience,hardness and wear properties of 202.93 MPa,501.67 MPa,3.460 J/s,43 HV and 0.196 g,respectively,for its optimum combination of filler and *** can be noted that the nano-sized siC filler particle enhances most of the properties of the composite which diversifies its *** predicted mechanical and wear values of the developed ANN–GA model were in closer agreement with the experimental values which validate the model.

The Pennsylvanian unconformity,which is a detrital surface,separates the beds of the Permian-aged strata from the Lower Paleozoic in the Central Basin *** data interpretation indicates that the unconformity is an angular unconformity,overlying multiple normal faults,and accompanied with a thrust fault which maximizes the region's structural ***,the Pennsylvanian angular unconformity creates pinch-outs between the beds above and *** computed the spectral decomposition and reflector convergence attributes and analyzed them to characterize the angular unconformity and *** spectral decomposition attribute divides the broadband seismic data into different spectral bands to resolve thin beds and show thickness *** contrast,the reflector convergence attribute highlights the location and direction of the pinch-outs as they dip south at angles between 2and 6.After reviewing findings from RGB blending of the spectrally decomposed frequencies along the Pennsylvanian unconformity,we observed channel-like features and multiple linear bands in addition to the faults and *** can be inferred that the identified linear bands could be the result of different lithologies associated with the tilting of the beds,and the faults may possibly influence hydrocarbon migration or act as a flow barrier to entrap hydrocarbon *** identification of this angular unconformity and the associated features in the study area are vital for the following reasons:1)the unconformity surface represents a natural stratigraphic boundary;2)the stratigraphic pinch-outs act as fluid flow connectivity boundaries;3)the areal extent of compartmentalized reservoirs'boundaries created by the angular unconformity are better defined;and 4)fault displacements are better understood when planning well locations as faults can be flow barriers,or permeability conduits,depending on facies heterogeneity and/or seal effectiveness of a fault,which c
