Background personal genetic predisposition and early life environmental factors are important for the development of childhood *** aimed to search whether egg,milk and mite sensitizations at 0–2 years old are risk factors for asthma symptoms at 9–11 years *** A total of 210 wheezer children who had specific immunoglobulin(Ig)E in 2010–2012 were included in the study(followed by pediatric allergy).patients were divided into non-atopic(group 1,n=157)and atopic patients[groups 2–7,n=53(5 patients were in both group 4 and group 5)]based on *** the International study of Asthma and Allergy in Childhood questionnaire,current wheeze(CW,2nd question),exercise wheezing(EW,7th question),and dry cough(DC,8th question)were ***,parental allergies,eczema at 0–2 years,current eosinophil percentage and total IgE were *** Eczema was observed as an important risk factor[CW:odds ratio(OR)=2.83,95%confidence interval(CI)=1.54–5.23,p≤0.001;EW:OR=2.71,95%CI=1.33–5.54,p=0.006;DC:OR=3.03,95%CI=1.47–6.25,p=0.003],whereas having no atopic sensitization at 0–2-year-old(group 1)was found as a significant protective factor for asthma at 9–11 years old(CW:OR=0.32,95%CI=0.15–0.70,p=0.004;EW:OR=0.21,95%CI 0.10–0.44,p≤0.001;DC:OR=0.25,95%CI=0.10–0.59,p=0.002).Conclusion Early personal eczema is a significant risk factor for the development of asthma symptoms at 9–11 years old,whereas not having an allergic sensitization at 0–2 years old(group 1)is an important protective factor.

Comminution of coal to ultrafine sizes by high-pressure waterjet provides a novel method for preparation of coal-water fuels for next generation,near-zero emission electric power *** particle size distribution(psD)of ground coal is a key parameter in the preparation of slurries as it determines the settling behavior of the particles and viscosity of the coal-water *** are several methods available for representation and evaluation of particle size analysis ***,fractal theory provides a means by which the entire psD of comminuted materials can be quantified by using of a specific and exact *** this paper,a volume-based fractal model was deduced to characterize the psD of the coal which is ground in a specially designed comminution *** the size reduction process,the inlet pressures up to 276 Mpa were used.

Tensile fracture behaviors of thixocast, artificially aged thixocast （thixocast＋T6） and as-extruded AA7075 alloys were investigated. The microstructural and fractographic observations were carried out using optical microscope （OM） and scanning electron microscope （sEM）. Experimental studies showed that as-extruded and thixocast＋T6 specimens exhibited considerably more excellent mechanical properties than as-thixocast AA7075 specimen. T6 artificial heat treatment with prolonged solution treatment significantly improved the tensile properties of the thixocast AA7075 alloy. The tensile properties of as-extruded and thixocast＋T6 specimens were close to each other. In as-thixocast specimen having remarkable micro-cracks, fracture was intergranular brittle type. The ductile fracture surfaces were observed in as-extruded and thixocast＋T6 specimens. In as-thixocast specimens, decohesion started between the eutectic-matrix interfaces and propagated through grains. Micro-void coalescence was the dominant form of fracture in thixocast＋T6 heat treated specimens. The micro-voids nucleation was initiated at the interface between the matrix and multinary eutectic structure.

Anti-tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) inhibitors are effective in the treatment of various inflammatory rheumatic conditions. Increased risks of serious infections are the major issues concerning the long-term safety of these agents. We present a case of a young male Behcet’s patient whose disease was complicated by cytomegalovirus (CMV) colitis. Colitis started 10 d after the third Infliximab dose and responded to the cessation of TNF blocking treatment and administration of ganciclovir. Tumor necrosis factor alpha and interferon gamma act at several levels in combating viral *** infections should be kept in mind and included in the differential diagnosis of severe gastrointestinal symptoms in patients receiving anti-TNF agents.

A search for the doubly charmed baryon ■^+cc is performed through its decay to theΛ^+c K^-π^+ final state,using proton-proton collision data collected with the LHCb detector at centre-of-mass energies of 7,8 and 13 *** data correspond to a total integrated luminosity of 9 fb^-*** significant signal is observed in the mass range from 3.4 to 3.8 GeV/c^*** limits are set at 95%credibility level on the ratio of the ■^+cc production cross-section times the branching fraction to that ofΛ^+c and ■^++cc *** limits are determined as functions of the ■^+cc mass for different lifetime hypotheses,in the rapidity range from 2.0 to 4.5 and the transverse momentum range from 4 to 15 GeV/c.

A search for the rare decay B^(0)→J/ψФis performed using pp collision data collected with the LHCb dete-ctor at centre-of-mass energies of 7,8 and 13 TeV,corresponding to an integrated luminosity of9 *** significant signal of the decay is observed and an upper limitof 1.1x 10^(-7)at 90%confidence level is set on the branching fraction.

The production of ■baryons in proton-proton collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of √s = 13 TeV is measured in the transverse-momentum range 4pTpidity range2.0sed in this measurement correspond to an integrated luminosity of 1.7fb^-1,recorded by the LHCb experiment during *** ratio of the ■ production cross-section times the branching fraction of the■→∧^+cK^-π^+ π^+decay relative to the prompt ∧^+c production cross-section is found to be(2.22±0.27±0.29)×10^-4,assuming the central value of the measured lifetime,where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic.

Background:Existing reporting guidelines pay insufficient attention to the detail and comprehensiveness reporting of surgical *** surgical techniqUe reporting chEcklist and standaRds(sUpER)aims to address this gap by defining reporting standards for surgical *** sUpER guideline intends to apply to articles that encompass surgical technique in any study design,surgical discipline,and stage of surgical ***:Following the EQUATOR(Enhancing the QUAlity and Transparency Of health Research)Network approach,16 surgeons,journal editors,and methodologists reviewed existing reporting guidelines relating to surgical technique,reviewed papers from 15 top journals,and brainstormed to draft initial items for the *** initial items were revised through a three-round Delphi survey from 21 multidisciplinary Delphi panel experts from 13 countries and *** final sUpER items were formed after an online consensus meeting to resolve disagreements and a three-round wording refinement by all 16 sUpER working group members and five sUpER ***:The sUpER reporting guideline includes 22 items that are considered essential for good and informative surgical technique *** items are divided into six sections:background,rationale,and objectives(items 1 to 5);preoperative preparations and requirements(items 6 to 9);surgical technique details(items 10 to 15);postoperative considerations and tasks(items 16 to 19);summary and prospect(items 20 and 21);and other information(item 22).Conclusions:The sUpER reporting guideline has the potential to guide detailed,comprehensive,and transparent surgical technique reporting for *** may also assist journal editors,peer reviewers,systematic reviewers,and guideline developers in the evaluation of surgical technique papers and help practitioners to better understand and reproduce surgical technique.
