The integer-order interdependent calcium([Ca^(2+)])and nitric oxide(NO)systems are unable to shed light on the influences of the superdiffusion and memory in triggering Brownian motion(BM)in ***,a mathematical model is constructed for the fractional-order nonlinear spatiotemporal systems of[Ca^(2+)]and NO incorporating reaction-diffusion equations in *** two-way feedback process between[Ca^(2+)]and NO systems through calcium feedback on NO production and NO feedback on calcium through cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP)with plasmalemmal[Ca^(2+)]-ATPase(PMCA)was incorporated in the *** Crank–Nicholson scheme(CNs)with Grunwald approximation along spatial derivatives and L1 scheme along temporal derivatives with Gauss–seidel(Gs)iterations were *** numerical outcomes were analyzed to get insights into superdiffusion,buffer,and memory exhibiting BM of[Ca^(2+)]and NO *** conditions,events and mechanisms leading to dysfunctions in calcium and NO systems and causing different diseases like Parkinson’s were explored in neurons.

Objective:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is currently the gold standard for treating symptomatic gallstone *** its success,approximately 10%of patients may experience persistent biliary symptoms,leading to the post-cholecystectomy syndrome.A remnant gallbladder with cystic duct or bile duct stones is one of the causes of this *** objective of this study was to shed light on the clinical manifestations,evaluation,therapeutic strategies,and outcomes associated with laparoscopic management of symptomatic remnant ***:This was a retrospective study,conducted over a five-year period(January 2017 to December 2022)at Apollo Hospitals in south *** patients who underwent laparoscopic completion cholecystectomy for a remnant gall bladder were *** following data were collected:patient demographics,symptoms,preoperative investigations,intraoperative details and post operative ***:In total,36 patients were included and *** majority of patients were male(25,69.4%),with a mean age of 50.7±12.1 *** most common presentation was pain in the upper abdomen or right upper quadrant region(24,66.7%).The laparoscopic approach was attempted in all patients,with a success rate of 94.4%.Two patients required conversion to open *** fistula to the colon was observed in one *** was observed in 7 patients(19.4%),and stone clearance was successfully achieved using endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography in all patients ***:Incomplete gall bladder removal either intentionally or unintentionally leaves a remnant gall bladder that is at risk for stone formation and *** who have this clinical entity with symptoms require a redo or complete cholecystectomy,a complex procedure associated with certain *** study highlights the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic completion cholecystectomy for the management of remnant gallbladder

Agriculture has played an important role in the growth of the Indian *** and electricity are essential inputs for agriculture *** produces the third-largest amount of electricity in the world,behind China and the *** an incentive to increase production,most states provide free electricity to *** electricity has decreased groundwater levels and increased electricity *** objective of this study was to find out the factors that influenced farmers to adopt a solar water-pumping system in *** samples were randomly *** study examined the entire state of *** hundred and fifty farmers who adopted solar water-pumping systems were interviewed,including 50 banana farmers,50 cotton farmers and 50 groundnut *** data were collected through an *** adoption of solar water-pumping systems by farmers was identified using factor *** software was used to analyse the data *** this study,only two factors contributed to the variance of 59.469%.The adoption of solar water pumps by farmers was influenced by government policy and economic *** economic benefit variance of 33.20%was found,while a government policy variance was 26.27%.A solar water-pumping system has low initial costs,flexible credit policies motivate adoption,solar water-pumping systems can save electricity,and maintenance and repair costs are *** policy that includes solar water-pumping systems is motivated by awareness,subsidies for adoption and a fair price to sell energy *** are recommended to adopt a solar water-pumping system in conjunction with a drip irrigation system to receive additional *** successful scheme will be recommended to other states in India for implementation.

PbZrO_(3)-based antiferroelectric(AFE)ceramics are promising dielectrics for high-energy-density capacitors due to their reversible phase transitions during charge-discharge *** this work,a new composition series,[Pb_(0.93-x)La_(0.02)(Li_(1/2)Bi_(1/2))_(x)sr_(0.04)][Zr_(0.57)sn_(0.34)Ti_(0.09)]O_(3),with Li^(+)and Bi^(3+)substitution of Pb^(2+)at x=0,0.04,0.08,0.12,0.16 is investigated for the microstructure evolution,ferroelectric(FE)and dielectric *** is found that Li^(+) and Bi^(3+) substitution can significantly reduce the sintering temperature and simultaneously enhance the dielectric breakdown *** ultrahigh energy efficiency(94.0%)and a large energy density(3.22 J/cm^(3))are achieved in the composition of x=0.12 with a low sintering temperature(1075℃).

Breast cancer detection heavily relies on medical imaging, particularly ultrasound, for early diagnosis and effectivetreatment. This research addresses the challenges associated with computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) of breastcancer fromultrasound images. The primary challenge is accurately distinguishing between malignant and benigntumors, complicated by factors such as speckle noise, variable image quality, and the need for precise segmentationand classification. The main objective of the research paper is to develop an advanced methodology for breastultrasound image classification, focusing on speckle noise reduction, precise segmentation, feature extraction, andmachine learning-based classification. A unique approach is introduced that combines Enhanced speckle ReducedAnisotropic Diffusion (sRAD) filters for speckle noise reduction, U-NET-based segmentation, Genetic Algorithm(GA)-based feature selection, and Random Forest and Bagging Tree classifiers, resulting in a novel and efficientmodel. To test and validate the hybrid model, rigorous experimentations were performed and results state thatthe proposed hybrid model achieved accuracy rate of 99.9%, outperforming other existing techniques, and alsosignificantly reducing computational time. This enhanced accuracy, along with improved sensitivity and specificity,makes the proposed hybrid model a valuable addition to CAD systems in breast cancer diagnosis, ultimatelyenhancing diagnostic accuracy in clinical applications.

Colon cancer is the third most commonly diagnosed cancer in the *** colon AdenoCArcinoma(ACA)arises from pre-existing benign polyps in the mucosa of the ***,detecting benign at the earliest helps reduce the mortality *** this work,a Predictive Modeling system(PMs)is developed for the classification of colon cancer using the Horizontal Voting Ensemble(HVE)*** different patterns inmicroscopic images is essential to an effective classification system.A twelve-layer deep learning architecture has been developed to extract these *** developedHVE algorithm can increase the system’s performance according to the combined models from the last epochs of the proposed *** thousand(10000)microscopic images are taken to test the classification performance of the proposed PMs with the HVE *** microscopic images obtained from the colon tissues are classified intoACAor benign by the proposed *** prove that the proposed PMs has∼8%performance improvement over the architecture without using the HVE *** proposed PMs for colon cancer reduces the misclassification rate and attains 99.2%of sensitivity and 99.4%of *** overall accuracy of the proposed PMs is 99.3%,and without using the HVE method,it is only 91.3%.
