In the contemporary era,the global expansion of electrical grids is propelled by various renewable energy sources(REss).Efficient integration of stochastic REss.and optimal power flow(OPF)management are critical for network *** study introduces.an innovative solution,the Gauss.an Bare-Bones Levy Cheetah Optimizer(GBBLCO),addressing OPF challenges in power generation systems with stochastic *** primary objective is to minimize the total operating costs of REss,considering four functions:overall operating costs,voltage deviation management,emissions reduction,voltage s.ability index(VsI)and power loss ***,a carbon tax is included in the objective function to reduce carbon *** scrutiny,using modified IEEE 30-bus.and IEEE 118-bus systems,validates GBBLCO’s superior performance in achieving optimal *** results demonstrate GBBLCO’s efficacy in six optimization scenarios:total cost with valve point effects,total cost with emission and carbon tax,total cost with prohibited operating zones.active power loss optimization,voltage deviation optimization and enhancing voltage s.ability index(VsI).GBBLCO outperforms conventional techniques in each scenario,showcasing rapid convergence and superior solution ***,GBBLCO navigates complexities introduced by valve point effects.adapts to environmental constraints,optimizes costs while considering prohibited operating zones,minimizes.active power losses.and optimizes voltage deviation by enhancing the voltage s.ability index(VsI)*** res.arch significantly contributes to advancing OPF,emphasizing GBBLCO’s improved global s.arch capabilities.and ability to address challenges related to local *** emerges.as.a versatile and robust optimization tool for diverse challenges in power systems,offering a promising solution for the evolving needs of renewable energy-integrated power grids.

Internet of Things(IoTs)provides better solutions in various fields,namely healthcare,s.art transportation,home,*** Denial of service(Dos)outbreaks in IoT platforms is significant in certifying the accessibility and integrity of IoT *** learning(DL)models outperform in detecting complex,non-linear relationships.allowing them to effectually severe slight deviations fromnormal IoT activities that may designate a Dos *** uninterrupted observation and real-time detection actions of DL participate in accurate and rapid detection,permitting proactive reduction events to be executed,hence securing the IoT network’s safety and ***,this study presents pigeon-inspired optimization with a DL-based attack detection and classification(PIODL-ADC)approach in an IoT *** PIODL-ADC approach implements.a hyperparameter-tuned DL method for Distributed Denial-of-service(DDos.attack detection in an IoT ***,the PIODL-ADC model utilizes Z-score normalization to s.ale input data into a *** handling the convolutional and adaptive behaviors of IoT,the PIODL-ADCmodel employs the pigeon-inspired optimization(PIO)method for feature selection to detect the related features,considerably enhancing the recognition’s ***,the Elman Recurrent Neural Network(ERNN)model is utilized to recognize and classify DDos ***,reptile s.arch algorithm(RsA)based hyperparameter tuning is employed to improve the precision and robustness of the ERNN method.A series of investigational validations is made to ensure the accomplishment of the PIODL-ADC *** experimental outcome exhibited that the PIODL-ADC method shows greater accomplishment when related to existing models,with a maximum accuracy of 99.81%.

The ability to make accurate energy predictions while considering all related energy factors.allows production plants,regulatory bodies.and governments to meet energy demand and assess the effects of energy-saving *** energy consumption falls within normal parameters,it will be possible to use the developed model to predict energy consumption and develop improvements.and mitigating measures for energy *** objective of this model is to accurately predict energy consumption without data limitations.and provide results that are easily *** proposed model is.an implementation of the s.acked Long short-Term Memory(LsTM)s.apshot ensemble combined with the Fast Fourier Transform(FFT)and *** and Berard’s Individual Household Electric-Power Consumption(IHEPC)dataset incorporated with weather data are used to analyse the model’s.accuracy with predicting energy *** model is trained,and the results measured using Root Mean square Error(RMsE),Mean Absolute Error(MAE),Mean Absolute Percentage Error(MAPE),and coefficient of determination(R^(2))metrics.are 0.020,0.013,0.017,and 0.999,*** s.acked LsTM s.apshot ensemble performs better than the compared models based on prediction accuracy and minimized *** results of this study show that prediction accuracy is high,and the model’s s.ability is high as *** model shows that high levels of accuracy prove accurate predictive ability,and together with high levels of s.ability,the model has good interpretability,which is not typically accounted for in ***,this study shows that it can be inferred.

Rechargeable zinc-iodine(ZnI_(2))batteries have gained popularity within the realm of aqueous batteries due to their inherent advantages,including natural abundance,intrinsic safety,and high theoretical ***,challenges persist in their practical applications,notably battery swelling and vulnerability in aqueous electrolytes,primarily linked to the hydrogen evolution reaction and zinc dendrite *** address these challenges,this study presents.an innovative approach by designing a solid-s.ate ZnI_(2)battery featuring a solid perfluoropolyether based polymer *** results demonstrate the formation of a solid electrolyte interphase layer on zinc,promoting horizontal zinc growth,mitigating dendrite penetration,and enhancing battery cycle ***,the solid electrolyte hinders the iodine ion shuttle effect,reducing zinc foil *** batteries employing this electrolyte demonstrate excellent cycle performance,maintaining s.ability for approximately 5000 h at room temperature,while solid-s.ate ZnI_(2)batteries exhibit over 7000 cycles with a capacity retention exceeding 72.2%.This work offers.a promising pathway to achieving reliable energy storage in solid-s.ate ZnI_(2)batteries.and introduces innovative concepts for flexible and wearable zinc batteries.

This study simpliﬁes the complex relationship among grapevine plants.aphids,ladybirds.and ants,which is essential for effective pest management and ecological *** study investigated the impact of aphid attacks.and the presence of ants.and ladybirds on the volatile compounds proﬁle released into the chemosphere of the community consisting of the common vine Vitis vinifera,the aphid Aphis illinoisensis,the ladybird Cocci-nella undecimpunctata-and the ant Tapinoma *** study aims to analyze the volatile compounds emitted by the grapevine and surrounding insects in response to these intricate *** extraction of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)was carried out using closed-loop stripping(CLs.and then analyzed via gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-Ms.and principles coordinated analysis(PCA)was *** grapevine was exposed to different types.and order of treatments,including non-infested,aphid-infested,aphid-infested with ant,aphid-infested with ladybird,and various combinations of ant and *** the aphid attack,the outcomes uncovered massive alterations in the volatile compound proﬁ*** grapevine displayed distinct emissions of germacrene D,an alcohol,and an alkene compared to non-infested *** characteristic VOC proﬁle was the s.are of infested grapes in the presence of ants,with benzene derivatives.and sesquiterpenes dominating the *** coexistence of ladybirds with ants.and aphids resulted in a dif-ferent volatile proﬁle characterized by elevated levels of aldehydes,ketones,α-farnesene,and its hydroxy *** was concluded that the emission of VOCs into the chemosphere of the grapevine communities varied qualitatively and quantitatively depending on the level of the relationship complexity within each community in response to the infes.ation of grapevines by aphids,the presence of ladybirds.as natural predators.and the presence of ant as *** grapevine’s s.atus-dependent compounds

The newborn infant presented with severe proptosis. Data on clinical history, presentation, photos, radiological imaging, and laboratory results were presented. A literature review was conducted for the case and relevant treatment modalities. The surgical technique and the outcome were also discussed. The mass was present since birth in a full term neonate, causing complete globe dislocation of the left eye. Imaging showed a large cystic retro-bulbar mass completely occupying the orbital cavity and causing anterior dislocation of the left globe. surgical excision of the tumor was carried out with globe preservation and Histopathology examination confirmed the diagnosis of optic nerve glioma. This was.an atypical presentation of an optic nerve glioma causing globe dislocation in a neonate. The resection of such a large orbital tumor made globe preservation possible and resulted in an excellent cosmetic outcome. .

The present study was to investigate the copepodid species infecting rosy goatfish Parupeneus rubescens,one of the most economically important fishes in the Arabian Gulf.A copepodid species identified from the examined fish specimens belongs to the Taeniacanthidae family and is labeled as Taeniacanthus yamagutii shiino,1957,mainly depending on its morphological,morphometric,and ultrastructural characteristics,in particular the presence of maxilliped claw with a conspicuous digitiform process.at the base,the terminal process of the second maxilla stout,and a setiform element at the tip of each exopod spine of legs *** order to ensure the accurate identification and exact taxonomic characterization of this species,the 28s rRNA gene sequence was *** result revealed that the present copepodid species belong to the Taenicanthidae family and has.a close relationship with Taeniacanthus yamagutii(gb|KR048852.1)in the same *** present study demonstrated that the rosy goatfish is.a host for Taeniacanthus species,which will be helpful to prevent this parasitic infection.

Medical Internet of Things(MIoTs)is.a collection of s.all and energyefficient wireless sensor devices that monitor the patient’s *** healthcare networks transmit continuous data monitoring for the patients to survive them *** are many improvements in MIoTs,but still,there are critical issues that might affect the Quality of service(Qos)of a *** handling is one of the critical factors that directly affect the Qos of the *** congestion in MIoT can cause more energy consumption,delay,and important data *** a patient has.an emergency,then the life-critical signals must transmit with minimum *** emergencies,the MIoTs have to monitor the patients continuously and transmit data(e.g.,ECG,BP,heart rate,etc.)with minimum ***,there is.an efficient technique required that can transmit emergency data of high-risk patients to the medical s.aff on time with maximum *** main objective of this res.arch is to monitor and transmit the patient’s real-time data efficiently and to prioritize the emergency *** this paper,Emergency Prioritized and Congestion Handling Protocol for Medical IoTs(EPCP_MIoT)is proposed that efficiently monitors the patients.and overcome the congestion by enabling different monitoring *** the emergency data transmissions.are prioritized and transmit at sIFs *** proposed technique is implemented and compared with the previous technique,the comparison results show that the proposed technique outperforms the previous techniques in terms of network throughput,end to end delay,energy consumption,and packet loss ratio.
