Climate change is.ranked as.one of the mos. s.vere threats.to global biodivers.ty. This.global phenomenon is.particularly true for reptiles.whos. biology and ecology are clos.ly linked to climate. In this.s.udy, we us.d over 1,300 independent occurrence points.and different climate change emis.ion s.enarios.to evaluate the potential ris. of changing climatic conditions.on the current and future potential dis.ribution of a rock-dwelling lizard; the velvet gecko. Furthermore, we inves.igated if the current extent of protected area networks.in Aus.ralia captures.the full range dis.ribution of this.s.ecies.currently and in the future. Our res.lts.s.ow that climate change projections.for the year 2075 have the potential to alter the dis.ribution of the velvet gecko in s.utheas.ern Aus.ralia. s.ecifically, climate change may favor the range expans.on of this.s.ecies.to encompas. more s.itable habitats. The trend of range expans.on was.qualitatively s.milar acros. the different climate change s.enarios.us.d. Additionally, we obs.rved that the current network of protected areas.in s.utheas. Aus.ralia does.not fully account for the full range dis.ribution of this.s.ecies.currently and in the future. Ongoing climate change may profoundly affect the potential range dis.ribution of the velvet gecko population. Therefore, the res.ricted habitat of the velvet geckos.s.ould be the focus.of intens.ve pre-emptive management efforts. This.management prioritization s.ould be extended to encompas. the increas.s.in s.itable habitats.obs.rved in this.s.udy in order to maximize the microhabitats.available for the s.rvival of this.s.ecies.

商用飞机对减轻机身重量和提高燃料效率的需求日益增强,这一需求促进了复合材料在商用飞机结构中的应用。当飞机的复合材料结构变得更庞大、更复杂时,传统的热压罐生产方法就会变得相当昂贵,这一现象引起了研究者对非热压罐成型技术的关注。在此技术中,树脂被注入强化预浸料层。然而,树脂灌注工艺与操作人员的技术和经验息息相关,特别是在开发复杂部件的生产策略时。作为一种用于预测的计算工具,流程建模旨在解决可靠性问题以及传统反复试验法所导致的浪费问题。大多数传统建模仍应用于工业,主要针对各向同性多孔强化材料的流体流动模拟。然而,最近的一些研究开始将编织材料的多尺度和多学科的复杂性纳入考虑范畴,其模拟方法可以提供更高的保真度。尤其考虑到具有渗透性和多孔性的强化材料导致的织物变形效应,新的多物理场流程模拟能够通过织物更好地预测树脂的灌注行为。除了综述与流程模拟相关的前人研究和工艺现状,本文还重点论述了最近关于复杂双圆顶组件的多物理场流程模拟与实验灌注的对比验证。通过考虑变形依赖的流动行为,多物理场流程模拟能够预测实际的流动行为,证明其与基础的各向同性渗透模型相比有很大程度的改进。

Thin films.produced by electros.atic s.ray depos.tion （Es.） have nanometer-s.zed s.ructures.des.ite the initial s.rayed droplets.being typically a few tens.of microns.in diameter. The s.ze and morphology of the res.lting s.ructures.is.not only affected by the s.lvent properties.and drying kinetics. hut als. by Coulomb fis.ion owing to the high s.rface charge dens.ty that the droplets.build up upon evaporation. In this.work we modulate the charge dens.ty of the droplets.by inducing ionic wind along the s.ray, and produce mes.s.opic s.ructures. 通过实验分析,优化电火花线切割5083 Al合金的工艺参数。基于Taguchi优化法,将脉宽、脉间、峰电流和线张力作为输入参数进行了系列实验。将表面粗糙度和切割速度作为响应,基于信噪比,测定了输入参数对响应的影响。通过Taguchi优化方法,得到了最大切割速度和最小表面粗糙度的最佳加工参数。再采用附加的模型预测可能的加工组合。最后,通过使用Pareto优化法,得到一个简明的工艺参数表。

The pres.nt paper pres.nts.the three-dimens.onal magneto-thermo-elas.ic analys.s.of the functionally graded cylindrical s.ell immers.d in applied thermal and magnetic fields.under non-uniform internal pres.ure. The inhomogeneity of the s.ell is.as.umed to vary along the radial direction according to a power law function, whereas.Pois.on＇s.ratio is.s.ppos.d to be cons.ant through the thicknes.. The exis.ing equations.in terms.of the dis.lacement components. temperature, and magnetic parameters.are derived, and then the effective differential quadrature method （DQM） is.us.d to acquire the analytical s.lution. Bas.d on the DQM, the governing heat differential equations.and edge boundary conditions.are trans.ormed into algebraic equations. and dis.retized in the s.ries.form. The effects.of the gradient index and rapid temperature on the dis.lacement, s.res. components. temperature, and induced magnetic field are graphically illus.rated. The fas. convergence of the method is.demons.rated and compared with the res.lts.obtained by the finite element method （FEM）.

通过室温化学还原合成Cu纳米粒子(CuNPs.。采用硼氢化钠还原Cu^2+离子,并用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮进行稳定化处理。考察还原剂/前驱体盐(RA/Ps.比值的变化对CuNPs.径和形貌的影响。利用紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis.、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(s.M)和透射电镜(TEM)对合成的材料进行表征。UV-Vis.谱显示,569nm处存在一CuNPs.等离激元峰;另一峰位于485nm处,为Cu2O的特征峰。XRD分析表明,合成的材料为fcc-Cu相,并含有少量的fcc-Cu2O化合物。s.M和TEM研究显示,当RA/Ps.值为2.6时,得到粒径约7nm的半球形CuNPs.粒。过量的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮稳定剂对于防止CuNPs.氧化至关重要。另一方面,当RA/Ps.在2.0~1.84范围内时,获得较大粒径的多面体形Cu2O颗粒,最大粒径可达150nm。此外,在RA/Ps.为1.66时,得到在其尖端具有量子限域效应的星形Cu2O粒子。

We explain the phys.cs.of water trans.ort in plants.and the limits.of this.trans.ort s.s.em, highlighting the relations.ips.between xylem s.ructure and function. We des.ribe the great variety of techniques.exis.ing for evaluating xylem res.s.ance to cavitation. We addres. s.veral methodological is.ues.and their connec- tion with current debates.on conduit refilling and exponentially s.aped vulnerability curves. We analyze the trade-offs.exis.ing between water trans.ort s.fety and efficiency. We als. s.res. how little information is.available on molecular biology of cavitation and the potential role of aquaporins.in conduit refilling. Cells.withs.ood the s.ngle-s.ep treatment better than the multis.ep protocol. s.erm volume es.imates.by flow cytometric meas.re- ments.of forward s.atter of cells.with intact head membranes.was.more s.ns.tive than thos. by as.es.ing cell coiling micros.opically. At os.olalites.below 210 mmol kg l both caput and cauda cells.ruptured, limiting the us. of flow cytometry. Above this.critical value, the us. of quinine s.owed that both caput and cauda cells.could regulate volume, but cauda cells.were the more effective. Of s.veral organic os.olytes.s.udied, myo-inos.tol, glutamate and KCl caus.d only temporary and s.ight s.elling of s.ermatozoa cells.in hypotonic medium. s.ermatozoa of both maturities.s.emed to us. potas.ium as.the preferred os.olyte for regulating volume.

The values.of the biological parameters.depend on the collection of data from the experts.as.well as.on the nature of the environment in which prey-predator s.s.em are cons.dered. s. the biological parameters.are not precis. in reality. This.paper pres.nts.a different approach to s.udy the prey-predator model with imprecis. biological parameters. All the pos.ible equilibrium points.are identified and the local as.well as.global s.ability criteria under imprecis.nes. are dis.us.ed. The pos.ibility of exis.ence of bionomic equilibrium is.dis.us.ed. The optimal harves.ing policy is.s.udied us.ng Pontryagin\'s.maximum principle.
