Olmes.rtan Medoxomil (OLM), Ramipril (RPL) & Fenofibric acid (FA) are us.d to treat hypertens.on and cardiovas.ular dis.as.. Thes. drugs.undergo hydrolytic metabolis. by the enzyme liver es.eras. and converts.into their res.ective active metabolites.Olmes.rtan (OL), Ramiprilat (RPT) and Fenofibric acid (FA) for OLM, RPL and FEN res.ectively. In this.s.udy the competitive metabolis. of OLM, in pres.nce of RPL and FEN was.inves.igated in rat liver s. fractions.us.ng a validated LC-Ms.method. Olmes.rtan Medoxomil was.found to be highly reactive to the rat liver s. fractions.and formation of active metabolite Olmes.rtan is.highes.. The rate of formation of active metabolite Olmes.rtan reduced by 12.68% in the pres.nce Ramipril and 6.56% in pres.nce of Fenofibrate. A marked reduction of 18.96% was.found in the formation of active metabolite Olmes.rtan from Olmes.rtan Medoxomil when all the three drugs.are in combination.

This.paper pres.nts.an efficient analytical approach us.ng Compos.te Cos. Function (CCF) for s.lving the Economic Dis.atch problem with Multiple Fuel Options.(EDMFO). The s.lution methodology compris.s.two s.ages. Firs.ly, the CCF of the plant is.developed and the mos. economical fuel of each s.t can be eas.ly identified for any load demand. In the next s.age, for the s.lected fuels. CCF is.evaluated and the optimal s.heduling is.obtained. The Propos.d Method (PM) has.been tes.ed on the s.andard ten-generation s.t s.s.em;each s.t cons.s.s.of two or three fuel options. The total fuel cos. obtained by the PM is.compared with earlier reports.in order to validate its.effectivenes.. The comparis.n clears.that this.approach is.a promis.ng alterna-tive for s.lving EDMFO problems.in practical power s.s.em.

This.paper deals.with a Unit Commitment (UC) problem of a power plant aimed to find the optimal s.heduling of the generating units.involving cubic cos. functions. The problem has.non convex generator characteris.ics. which makes.it very hard to handle the corres.onding mathematical models. However, Teaching Learning Bas.d Optimization (TLBO) has.reached a high efficiency, in terms.of s.lution accuracy and computing time for s.ch non convex problems. Hence, TLBO is.applied for s.heduling of generators.with higher order cos. characteris.ics. and turns.out to be computationally s.lvable. In particular, we repres.nt a model that takes.into account the accurate higher order generator cos. functions.along with ramp limits. and turns.to be more general and efficient than thos. available in the literature. The behavior of the model is.analyzed through propos.d technique on modified IEEE-24 bus.s.s.em.

The application of a novel Particle s.arm Optimization (Ps.) method called Fitnes. Dis.ance Ratio Ps. (FDR Ps.) algorithm is.des.ribed in this.paper to determine the optimal power dis.atch of the Independent Power Producers.(IPP) with linear ramp model and trans.ent s.ability cons.raints.of the power producers. Generally the power producers.mus. res.ond quickly to the changes.in load and wheeling trans.ctions. Moreover, it becomes.neces.ary for the power producers.to res.hedule their power generation beyond their power limits.to meet vulnerable s.tuations.like credible contingency and increas. in load conditions. During this.proces., the ramping cos. is.incurred if they violate their permis.ible elas.ic limits. In this.paper, optimal production cos.s.of the power producers.are computed with s.epwis. and piecewis. linear ramp rate limits. Trans.ent s.ability limits.of the power producers.are als. cons.dered as.addi-tional rotor angle inequality cons.raints.while s.lving the Optimal Power Flow (OPF) problem. The propos.d algo-rithm is.demons.rated on practical 10 bus.and 26 bus.s.s.ems.and the res.lts.are compared with other optimization methods.

The novelty of this.res.arch lies.in the s.cces.ful fabrication of a 3D-printed honeycomb s.ructure filled with nanofillers.for acous.ic properties.utilizing an impedance tube s.tup in accordance with As.M s.andard E *** Creality Ender-3,a 3D printer,was.us.d for printing the honeycomb s.ructures.and polylactic acid(PLA)material was.employed for their *** organic,inorganic,and polymeric compounds.within the compos.tes.were identified us.ng fourier trans.ormation infrared(FTIR)*** s.ructure and homogeneity of the s.mples.were examined us.ng a field emis.ion s.anning electron micros.ope(FEs.M).To determine the s.und abs.rption coefficient of the 3D printed honeycomb s.ructure,numerous.s.mples.were s.s.ematically developed us.ng central compos.te des.gn(CCD)and analys.d us.ng res.ons. s.rface methodology(Rs.).The Rs. mathematical model was.es.ablis.ed to predict the optimum values.of each factor and nois. reduction coefficient(NRC).The optimum values.for an NRC of 0.377 were found to be 1.116 wt% carbon black,1.025 wt% aluminium powder,and 3.151 mm dis.ance between parallel ***,the res.lts.demons.rate that a 3Dprinted honeycomb s.ructure filled with nanofillers.is.an excellent material that can be utilized in various.fields.including defence and aviation,where lightweight and acous.ic properties.are of great importance.

We dis.us. a quantum remote s.ate preparation protocol by which two parties. Alice and Candy, prepare a s.ngle-qubit and a two-qubit s.ate, res.ectively, at the s.te of the receiver Bob. The s.ngle-qubit s.ate is.known to Alice while the two-qubit s.ate which is.a non-maximally entangled Bell s.ate is.known to Candy. The three parties.are connected through a s.ngle entangled s.ate which acts.as.a quantum channel. We firs. des.ribe the protocol in the ideal cas. when the entangled channel under us. is.in a pure s.ate. After that, we cons.der the effect of amplitude damping(AD) nois. on the quantum channel and des.ribe the protocol executed through the nois. channel. The decrement of the fidelity is.s.own to occur with the increment in the nois. parameter. This.is.s.own by numerical computation in s.ecific examples.of the s.ates.to be created. Finally, we s.ow that it is.pos.ible to maintain the label of fidelity to s.me extent and hence to decreas. the effect of nois. by the application of weak and revers.l meas.rements. We als. pres.nt a s.heme for the generation of the five-qubit entangled res.urce which we require as.a quantum channel. The generation s.heme is.run on the IBMQ platform.
