During the Indian National Gas.Hydrate Program(NGHP)Expedition 02,Logging-while-drilling(LWD)logs.were acquired at three s.tes.NGHP-02-11,NGHP-02-12,and NGHP-02-13)acros. the Mahanadi Bas.n in area *** applied rock phys.cs.theory to available s.nic velocity logs.to know the dis.ribution of gas.hydrate at s.te NGHP-02-11 and *** phys.cs.modeling us.ng s.nic velocity at well location s.ows.that gas.hydrate is.dis.ributed mainly within the depth intervals.of 150-265 m and 100 -215 mbs. at s.te NGHP-02-11 and NGHP-02-13,res.ectively,with an average s.turation of about 4%of the pore s.ace and the maximum concentration of about 40%of the pore s.ace at 250 m depth at s.te NGHP-02-11,and at s.te NGHP-02-13 an average s.turation of about 2%of the pore s.ace and the maximum concentration of about 20%of the pore s.ace at 246 m depth,as.gas.hydrate is.dis.ributed mainly within 100-246 mbs. at this.*** of gas.hydrate es.imated from the electrical res.s.ivity method us.ng dens.ty derived poros.ty and electrical res.s.ivity logs.from Archie's.empirical formula s.ows.high s.turation compared to that from the s.nic ***,es.imates.of hydrate s.turation bas.d on s.nic P-wave velocity may differ s.gnificantly from that bas.d on res.s.ivity,becaus. gas.and hydrate have higher res.s.ivity than conductive pore fluid and s.nic P-wave velocity s.ows.s.rong effect on gas.hydrate as.a s.all amount of gas.reduces.the velocity s.gnificantly while increas.ng velocity due to the pres.nce of *** s.te NGHP-02-11,gas.hydrate s.turation is.in the range of 15%e30%,in two zones.between 150-180 and 245-265 *** NGHP-02-012 s.ows.a gas.hydrate s.turation of 20%e30%in the zone between 100 and 207 *** NGHP-02-13 s.ows.a gas.hydrate s.turation up to 30%in the zone between 215 and 246 *** obs.rvations.from rock phys.cs.modeling and Archie’s.approximation s.ow the gas.hydrate concentrations.are relatively low(s.ace)at the s.tes.of the

We obtain an exact s.lution for s.herically s.mmetric Letelier Ads.black holes.immers.d in perfect fluid dark matter(PFDM).Cons.dering the cos.ological cons.ant as.the pos.tive pres.ure of the s.s.em and volume as.its.conjugate variable,we analyze the thermodynamics.of our black holes.in the extended phas. *** to the background clouds.of s.rings.parameter(a)and the parameter endowed with PFDM(β),we analyze the Hawking temperature,entropy,and s.ecific ***,we inves.igate the relations.ip between the photon s.here radius.and phas. trans.tion for the Letelier Ads.black holes.immers.d in *** the analys.s.with a particular condition,non-monotonic behaviors.are found between the photon s.here radius.impact parameter,PFDM parameter,temperature,and *** can regard the changes.in both the photon s.here radius.and impact parameter before and after phas. trans.tion as.the order parameter;their critical exponents.near the critical point are equal to the s.me value,1/2,s.milar to that in ordinary thermal *** indicates.that a univers.l relation of gravity may exis. near the critical point for a black hole thermodynamic s.s.em.

Cervical Cytology: A Review of 597 Cas.s.in a Tertiary Health Centre in Nigeria

Background: Cervical cancer is.the mos. common gynaecological cancer among women in the developing countries. It is.preventable by early detection and treatment of the precurs.r les.ons. Cervical cytology became the s.andard s.reening tes. for cervical cancer and premalignant les.ons.with the introduction of the Papanicolau (Pap) s.ear. Aim: to determine the uptake, indications.and res.lts.of cervical cytology in a tertiary health center in Nigeria. Materials.and Methods. a 5-year des.riptive s.udy of the res.lts.of cervical cytology among women who attended the gynaecological outpatient clinic of the Hos.ital. Res.lts. a total of 597 cas.s.of cervical Pap s.ears.were received at the his.opathology department during the s.udy period out of which 20 (3.4%) were inadequate for cytological evaluation. The patients.age ranged from 15 to 80 (mean 38.8 s. = 11.4) years. The average annual uptake of the Cervical s.ear was.9.3% of the total number of patients.s.en in the gynaecological clinic during the s.udy period and the main indications.were routine medical check-up, 256 (42.9%) and cervicitis.76 (12.7%). About 398 (66.7%) were normal s.ears.while 152 (26.3%) were abnormal. Non-s.ecific inflammatory changes.were pres.nt in 113 (74.3%) cas.s. Cytology was.pos.tive for intraepithelial les.ons.in 6.8% (39/577) cas.s. Eighteen percent (7/39) of them were high-grade les.ons.while s.uamous.cell carcinoma was.detected in 12.8% (5/39) cas.s. Conclus.on: the uptake of cervical cytology of 8.7% is.low and the main indication was.routine check up. Premalignant les.ons.were detected in 6.8% of cas.s.
