The s.s.ems.containing EHPG, EHPG-OCH3 and EHPG-NH-Ac and Tb(Ⅲ) ions.were us.d to s.udy chemilumines.ence (CL) and electrochemilumines.ence (ECL) proces.es. In the CL s.udies.the Fenton s.s.em (Fe(Ⅱ)/(Ⅲ)-H2O2) was.us.d as.a s.urce of reactive oxygen s.ecies.(ROs.. Kinetic CL curves.and CL s.ectral dis.ributions.were recorded. On the bas.s.of the res.lts.obtained, it was.demons.rated that Tb(Ⅲ) acted as.a s.ns.tizer. s.milarly obtained CL decays.in the s.s.ems.of Fe(Ⅱ)/(Ⅲ)-EHPG (or its.derivatives.-H2O2 and Fe(Ⅱ)/(Ⅲ)-EHPG (or its.derivatives.-Tb(Ⅲ)-H2O2, independently on the Tb(Ⅲ) concentration, s.owed that the lanthanide ions.did not influence the kinetics.of the oxidation of EHPG (or its.derivatives. in the Fenton s.s.ems. The CL intens.ty increas.d with the increas.ng concentration of Tb(Ⅲ) ions. which were the main emitters.in the reaction s.s.ems. s.ectrophotometric and lumines.ent s.udies.of the s.s.ems.before and after the additions.of hydrogen peroxide proved that the excitation of the lanthanide ion was.a res.lt of energy trans.er from the excited products.of the oxidation of EHPG or its.derivatives.to the uncomplexed Tb(Ⅲ) ions. ECL was.generated on the s.rface of a nons.ructural modified aluminum electrode with the us. of K2s.O8, H2O2 or KN3 as.coreactants.in aqueous.s.lution. In thes. s.udies.we employed Al electrodes.covered with a 2-4 nm layer of Al2O3 doted with Tb(Ⅲ) or Dy(Ⅲ) ions. The electrodes.were polarized us.ng cathodic and anodic puls.s.of various.amplitude and frequency. The relative ECL efficiencies.were determined as.a function of electric puls. parameters. electrolyte compos.tions.and the thicknes. of barrier or porous.layer of the Al2O3 electrode.

This.article pres.nts.the mas. and heat trans.ort as.ects.in vis.oelas.ic nanofluid flows.under the pres.nce of velocity s.ip conditions. To explore the nonNewtonian behavior, a maxwell vis.oelas.icity-bas.d micropolar is.cons.dered. moreover, a porous.medium s.turates.the s.retching s.eet. A s.t of s.milarity variables.is.introduced to derive the dimens.onles. ordinary differential equations.of velocity, concentration, and temperature profiles. The numerical s.lution is.computed by us.ng the mATLAB bvp4c package. The s.lient flow features.of velocity, concentration, and temperature profiles.are des.ribed and dis.us.ed through various.graphs. It is.obs.rved that with an increas. in the s.ip parameter, the micro-rotation velocity als. increas.s. The temperature of nanoparticles.gets.maximum values.by varying the vis.oelas.ic parameter and the poros.ty parameter while an oppos.te trend is.noted for the micro-rotation parameter. The local Nus.elt number and the local s.erwood number increas. by increas.ng the vis.oelas.ic parameter, the poros.ty parameter, and the s.ip velocity parameter. The graphical computation is.performed for a s.ecified range of parameters. s.ch as.0 ≤ m ≤ 2.5, 0 ≤σm ≤ 2.5, 0 ≤ K1 ≤ 1.5, 0.5 ≤ Pr ≤ 3.0, 0 ≤σ≤ 1.5, 0.5 ≤ s. ≤ 2.0, 0.2 ≤ Nb ≤ 0.8, and 0.2 ≤ Nt ≤ 0.8.

In this.work, a friction and wear s.mulator was.us.d to reproduce the Anterior-Pos.erior （AP） s.iding and the Flex- ion-Extens.on （FE） rotation generated in the knee joint during human gait cycle. We chos. to s.mplify the contact geometry between the Total Knee Arthroplas.y （TKA） femoral component and tibial ins.rt. A 304L s.ainles. s.eel cylinder which replaces.the femoral component was.loaded onto a flat High Dens.ty Polyethylene （HDPE） block which replaces.the tibial ins.rt. The tribological behavior of the cons.dered contact was.analyzed by tracking the number of cycles. the friction coefficient, the roughnes. of the wear track on HDPE, the HDPE weight los. and the damage mechanis.s. The friction coefficient s.ows.a gradual increas. with the number of cycles.for both AP and FE kinematics. The evolution of friction coefficient with the number of cycles.is.not affected by the value of the impos.d normal load in the cas. of AP s.iding. For the FE rotation, decreas.d friction coefficient is.obtained when the impos.d normal load increas.s. For both cons.dered AP and FE kinematics. the roughnes. of the wear track on the HDPE is.not affected by the impos.d normal load. It s.ows.a progres.ive decreas. when the number of cycles.increas.s. The wear of HDPE obeys.the Archard law and the wear coefficient increas.s.with the normal force. For a given value of normal load, the obtained wear coefficient for the AP s.iding is.larger than that obtained for FE rotation. A predominant adhes.ve wear mechanis. was.identified for both AP and FE kinematics. Under the s.me normal load, damage development in terms.of plas.ic deformation, micro-cracking and debonding is.more pronounced for the AP s.iding if compared with the FE rotation. For a given kinematics. the damage s.verity increas.s.with the normal load. This.finding is.in good agreement with the predicted values.of the wear coefficient according to the Archard law.

We provide an approximate method to determine the dominant heat trans.ort mechanis. res.ons.ble for the anomalous.enhancement of thermal conductivity in aqueous.nanofluids. Due to a large degree of randomnes. and s.atter obs.rved in the publis.ed experimental data, limits.to nanofluid thermal conductivity are fixed analytically by taking into account the contribution of particle Brownian motion and clus.ering, and a regime diagram is.developed. Experimental data from a range of independent publis.ed s.urces.is.us.d for validation of the developed regime diagram.

In this.work, the effect of a low-temperature plas.a on the zeta potential of cotton fabric was.s.udied. The s.lver particle abs.rption on cotton fabric when modified by a low-temperature plas.a was.als. inves.igated. The modification cons.s.ed of plas.a pre functionalization followed by a one-s.ep wet treatment with s.lver nitrate s.lution. The proces. was.performed in a low-temperature plas.a medium, us.ng a magnetron s.uttering device. Oxygen and nitrogen were us.d as.working gas.s.in the s.s.em, and the res.lts.were compared. After preparing the s.mples. the zeta potentials.of the untreated and plas.a-treated cotton under a cons.ant pH value s.lution were es.imated and compared. Als., Fourier trans.orm infrared s.ec tros.opy （FTIR） was.us.d to examine the functional groups.of the corres.onding s.mples. The amounts.of s.lver abs.rption on plas.a treated and untreated cotton were examined us.ng the energy dis.ers.ve X-ray （EDX） method. The res.lts.s.ow that the amount of zeta potential for the nitrogen plas.a treated s.mple is.les. and the abs.rption of s.lver particles.by cotton can be increas.d s.rongly with nitrogen plas.a treatment.

The optimal homotopy as.mptotic method （Oham） for partial differ- ential equations.（PDEs. is.extended and s.cces.fully implemented to s.lve FBPms. Third-order approximate s.lutions.are obtained and compared with the exact s.lutions. The numerical res.lts.unveil that the propos.d extens.on in the Oham for fractional- order differential problems.is.very effective and s.mple in computation. The res.lts.reveal the effectivenes. with high accuracy and extremely efficient to handle mos. complicated biological population models.

A mode-locked thulium ytterbium co-doped fiber las.r （TYDFL） is.propos.d and demons.rated by us.ng a commercial graphene oxide （GO） paper as.s.turable abs.rber （s.）. The GO paper is.s.ndwiched between two fiber ferrules.and incorporates.a ring las.r cavity to generate s.liton puls. train operating at 1942.0nm at a thres.old multimode pump power as.low as.1.8 W. The mode-locked TYDFL has.a repetition rate of 22.32 mHz and the calculated puls. width of 1.1 ns. Even though the s. has.a low damage thres.old, the eas. fabrication of GO paper s.ould promote its.potentim application in ultrafas. photonics.
