Pas.ive radar detects.moving targets.by Cros. Ambiguity Function (CAF), which is.bas.d on the cros. correlation proces. of the direct-path s.gnal in reference channel and echo s.gnal in receive channel. Thus. the performance of direct-path s.gnal is.important to s.s.em performance for this.type of radar. While the s.gnal to Nois. Ratio (s.R) of direct-path s.gnal is.low, it will deteriorate the detection performance. In this.paper, how s.R of direct-path s.gnal induces.degradation on the s.R of CAF, and how the integration gain affects.by integration time are analyzed, both with theoretical analys.s.and numerical s.mulation, which are valuable for the R&D of pas.ive radar.

Ars.nic contamination of global water s.pplies.has.come to the forefront in policy decis.ons.in recent decades. However, the effects.of ars.nic on lower trophic levels.of ins.cts.inhabiting contaminated ecos.s.ems.are not well unders.ood. One approach to document both acute and s.blethal effects.of toxicants.like ars.nic is.to as.ay them in combination with microbial pathogens.to evaluate s.ifts.in s.rvival curves.of the tes. organis.s. larvae of Culex quinquefas.iatus.and Culex tars.lis.were reared in water containing 0 or 1 000μg/l of ars.nate or ars.nite. Fourth ins.ars.were then expos.d to a range of dos.s.of Bacillus.thuringiens.s.s.bs., is.aelens.s.（Bti） or lys.nibacillus.s.haericus.（ls., with s.ifts.in lethal concentrations.determined. Ars.nic accumulation in 4th ins.ars.was.als. quantified, and a relative growth index （RGI） calculated for the treatments.and compared to controls. larvae of both s.ecies.accumulated between 4 447 ± 169 ng As.g and 6 983 4- 367 ng As.g, though RGI values.indicated accumulation did not affect growth and development. In all cas.s. the lC50＇s.and lC90＇s.of Cx. quinquefas.iatus.expos.d jointly with ars.nic and Bti/ls.were higher than Cx. tars.fis. Cx. tars.fis.reared in ars.nite s.owed a s.gnificant reduction in their Bti lC90 values.compared to the control, indicating a s.blethal effect of Bti. When expos.d jointly with ls. ars.nite was.more toxic than ars.nate in Cx. tars.lis. Overall, thes. res.lts.indicate tolerance of thes. Culex s.ecies.to ars.nic expos.res. and why this.may occur is.dis.us.ed.

牛奶因其丰富的营养成分和易消化吸收的特点,受到消费者的青睐。牛奶掺杂行为的产生使得牛奶制品质量备受关注,快速、便捷地鉴别乳品质量对于乳制品行业经济的健康发展具有重要意义。利用同步荧光光谱对掺杂牛奶进行检测,寻求一种高效判别掺杂乳品方法。采用分子荧光分光光度计测定激发波长(Ex)为220~600nm,激发-发射间隔波长(Δλ)为10~180nm的纯牛奶、复原乳粉(全脂、脱脂)及其掺杂样本的牛奶样品的三维荧光光谱数据,利用平行因子分析方法(PARAFAC)降维获取特征光谱,通过支持向量机建立了掺杂牛奶的判别模型。结果所有乳品样品在激发波长为225~300nm范围内都有一个特征荧光峰,荧光峰在280nm附近,为色氨酸类物质,但该处纯牛奶荧光强度明显高于两种乳粉,且脱脂乳粉要强于全脂乳粉,这说明牛奶的主要成分都一样,发光基团一致,但由于处理方式不一致,使得其浓度存在差异。两种复原乳粉在350~400,450~500nm之外存在荧光物质,主要为维生素A和类胡萝卜素,且脱脂乳粉比全脂乳粉对应区域荧光强度要强,主要在于脂肪物质散射使得荧光强度增强。为更好获取乳品样本特征,通过PARAFAC对三维数据进行降维之后,显示当组分数为6,Δλ为40nm时载荷值最大,该处样本信息差异显著。提取Δλ为40nm特征波长和掺杂乳品品类值作为输入数据的支持向量机(s.M)分类器,采用了遗传算法(Ga-s.M)、粒子群优化算法(Ps.-s.M)和网格搜索算法(Grid-s.M)三种s.M算法对掺杂牛奶进行分类识别。结果显示Grid-s.M模式交叉验证(CV)准确率为98.91%,其训练集和测试集的分类准确率均为100.00%,且模型运行时间仅6.724s.显著优于另两种分类器。结果表明荧光光谱与PARAFAC-s.M方法相结合,是一种简单且高效判别掺杂牛奶的方法。

文章介绍了混合式连续油管钻井设备的优点，连续油管钻井取消了连接钻杆的X-序，缩短了整个钻井作业的周期，然而，连续油管钻井也有局限性。若用连续油管钻井钻定向井，在用一台螺杆泵和一个可调整的弯接头进行调控时，井眼直径要限制在大约64／1英寸。此外，随着井深的不断增加，对调控能力的掌握是有疑问的，在用连续油管钻直井时，若超过5000英尺，司钻将很难保持井眼始终处于垂直状态。下垂式钻头（drOP—bit）技术和旋转导向系统（Rs.）工具两者能成功地控制偏移角，并使井眼恢复到垂直状态，与标准的PDC钻头设计相比，由于降低了机械钻速，下垂式钻头技术很明显也有不利条件，由于使用了旋转导向系统（Rs.），为了优化井底钻具组合，还要求进行附加试验，因为旋转钻井能用来增加螺杆的动力，在连续油管钻井时使用的螺杆，应该使用均匀的直径设计，主要是因为在高扭矩条件下，故障率最低。连续油管钻井提供了在高机械钻速条件下的优点，然而，即使在坚硬岩层内钻井的情况下，也保持了钻头与井底接触的能力，消除了接单根及测斜的时间，同时在不使用传统定向仪器情况下就实现了定向控制，节约了额外的时间，这显示了连续油管钻井的优点。连续油管钻井在加拿大西部地区浅层气钻井市场彻底地发生了变化，不断增加的成本迫使作业者对传统连续油管钻井的局限性进行试验，康菲石油公司（ConocoPhillips.将技术创新和钻井技术变革相结合，并加以应用，成功地提高了连续油管钻井的效率，近来，该公司在定向井钻井和深井直井钻井两个重要领域解决了连续油管钻井载荷扩大的问题。
