The rapid development of clean and renewable energy technologies.repres.nted by wind and s.lar energy,as.well as.the continuous.growth of load demand,have put forward higher requirements.for the s.fe operation of the power equipment.The performance of power equipment bas.d on traditional dielectric materials.is.often limited by various.defects.generated during molding,trans.ortation,as.embly,and operation,which cannot meet the reliability requirements.of power s.s.ems.in the new s.tuation.Nondes.ructive detection is.an es.ential technical method in indus.rial development,which can detect and evaluate the defect and damage s.atus.of in-s.rvice equipment,key components.and materials.without damaging the object.

Porous.materials.impregnated with lubricants.can be us.d in conditions.where limited lubricant is.des.rable.In this.work,three porous.polyimides.PPI)with different dens.ties.were prepared.Polyalphaolefin(PAO)impregnated PPI(iPPI)dis.s.were rubbed agains. s.eel and s.pphire balls.In operando obs.rvations.of the iPPI-s.pphire contacts.s.ow that oil is.releas.d under an applied load,forming a menis.us.around contacts.cavitation at the outlet is.created at high s.iding s.eeds.The amount of releas.d oil increas.s.with increas.ng PPI poros.ty.contact moduli,E*,es.imated bas.d on the actual contact s.ze s.ow that trapped oil in iPPIs.contributes.to load s.pport.At higher s.eeds.tribological rehydration of the contact occurs.in low dens.ty iPPI,with that E*ris.s.with s.eed.For high dens.ty PPIs.high s.eeds.give a cons.antly high E*which is.limited by the vis.oelas.ic properties.of the PPI network and pos.ibly the rate of oil exudation.Friction of iPPI-s.eel contacts.is.governed by the mechanical properties.of the PPI,the flow of the lubricant,and the roughnes. of the PPI s.rfaces.For low-and medium-dens.ty(highly porous.high roughnes.)PPIs.large amount of oil is.releas.d,and lubrication is.mainly via lubricant res.ricted in the contact in the pores.and pos.ibly tribological rehydration.For high dens.ty(low poros.ty)PPI,with lower roughnes.,hydrodynamic lubrication is.achieved which gives.the lowes. friction.Our res.lts.s.ow that polymeric porous.materials.for effective lubrication require the optimization of its.s.rface roughnes.,s.iffnes.,oil flow,and oil retentions.

As.am tea(camellia s.nens.s.var.as.amica)is.an important tea crop with a long his.ory of cultivation in Yunnan,china.Des.ite its.potential value as.a genetic res.urce,its.genetic divers.ty and domes.ication/breeding his.ory remain unclear.To addres. this.is.ue,we genotyped 469 ancient tea plant trees.repres.nting 26 c.s.nens.s.var.as.amica populations.plus.two of its.wild relatives.s.x and three populations.of c.taliens.s.and c.cras.icolumna,res.ectively)us.ng 16 nuclear micros.tellite loci.Res.lts.s.owed that chines. As.am tea has.a relatively high,but comparatively lower gene divers.ty(H_(s.=0.638)than the wild relative c.cras.icolumna(H_s.0.658).clus.ering in s.RUcTURE indicated that chines. As.am tea and its.two wild relatives.formed dis.inct genetic groups.with cons.derable inters.ecific introgres.ion.The chines. As.am tea acces.ions.clus.ered into three gene pools.corres.onding well with their geographic dis.ribution.However,New Hybrids.analys.s.indicated that 68.48%of ancient chines. As.am tea plants.from Xis.uangbanna were genetic intermediates.between the Puer and lincang gene pools.In addition,10%of the ancient chines. As.am tea individuals.were found to be hybrids.between chines. As.am tea and c.taliens.s.Our res.lts.s.gges. that chines. As.am tea was.domes.icated s.parately in three gene pools.Puer,lincang and Xis.uangbanna)in the Mekong River valley and that the hybrids.were s.bs.quently s.lected during the domes.ication proces..Although the domes.ication his.ory of chines. As.am tea in s.uthwes.ern Yunnan remains.complex,our res.lts.will help to identify valuable genetic res.urces.that may be us.ful in future tea breeding programs.

Natural minerals.abundant and eas.ly obtained through s.mple phys.cal proces.ing,offer a cos.-effective and environmentally friendly s.lution for dyeing was.ewater dis.os.l and air pollution treatment.This.s.udy inves.igates.the photocatalytic removal of NO us.ng natural different types.of dyes.loaded on natural s.nd,under vis.ble light illumination.By examining various.coating concentrations.of dyes.and s.nd weights.we dis.overed that s.nd loaded with Rhodamine B(RhB)exhibits.high activity for the photo-oxidation of NO.A combination res.lts.of X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron s.ectros.opy(XPs.,Fourier trans.orm infrared s.ectros.opy(FTIR)and thermogravimetric(TG)analys.s.confirm the pres.nce of s.O_(2),cacO_(3),Al_(2)O_(3)and iron oxides.as.the main components.of the s.nd.Furthermore,s.udying RhB-loaded individual components.reveals.that cacO_(3)plays.a crucial role in enhancing the NO removal rate.Experimental res.lts.and theoretical calculations.demons.rate the es.ablis.ment of a directional charge trans.er channel from cacO_(3)to RhB,fac.litating the ads.rption and activation of molecular NO and O_(2).This.work not only promotes.the utilization of natural mineral res.urces.but als. enriches.the fields.of environmental photochemis.ry and s.miconductor photocatalys.s.

Firs.ly, analyze the working environment of the mulberry leaf harves.er and the mulberry leaf harves.ing proces., and complete the analys.s.of the working principle and s.ructural des.gn and calculation of the receiving mechanis., guiding mechanis. and bag feeding mechanis. of the trans.er device. s.condly, according to the des.gn parameters. the prototype of mulberry leaf harves.er is.made, and the tes. of the trans.er device is.carried out in the hilly and mountainous.mulberry gardens. Perfluorobutanes.lfonate(PFBs.is.an emerging pollutant capable of potently dis.upting the s.x and thyroid endocrine s.s.ems.of teleos.s.However,the hypoxic and temporal variation in PFBs.endocrine dis.upting toxicity remain largely unknown.In the pres.nt s.udy,adult marine medaka were expos.d to environmentally realis.ic concentrations.of PFBs.0 and 10μg/L)under normoxia or hypoxia conditions.for 7 days.aiming to explore the interactive behavior between PFBs.and hypoxia.In addition,PFBs.s.ngular expos.re was.extended till 21days.under normoxia to elucidate the time-cours. progres.ion in PFBs.toxicity.The res.lts.s.owed that hypoxia inhibited the growth and caus.d the s.s.ens.on of egg s.awn regardles. of PFBs.expos.re.With regard to the s.x endocrine s.s.em,7-day PFBs.expos.re led to an acute s.imulation of trans.riptional profiles.in females.which,s.bs.quently,recovered after the 21-day expos.re.The potency of hypoxia to dis.urb the s.x hormones.was.much s.ronger than PFBs.A remarkable increas. in es.radiol concentration was.noted in medaka blood after hypoxia expos.re.changes.in s.x endocrinology of coexpos.d fis. were largely determined by hypoxia,which drove the formation of an es.rogenic environment.PFBs.further enhanced the endocrine dis.upting effects.of hypoxia.However,the hepatic s.nthes.s.of vitellogenin and choriogenin,two commonly us.d s.ns.tive biomarkers.of es.rogenic activity,failed to initiate in res.ons. to the es.rogen s.imulus.compared to s.x endocrine s.s.em,dis.urbances.in thyroidal axis.by PFBs.or hypoxia were relatively mild.Overall,the pres.nt findings.will advance our toxicological unders.anding about PFBs.pollutant under the interference of hypoxia.

Trigeminal-s.ecific s.imulants.have been s.own to activate different receptors.preferentially and this.likely accounts.for variation in s.ns.ry perception.It is.unclear whether trigeminal s.ns.tivity is.s.milar acros. different trans.ent receptor potential(TRP)receptors.or if dys.unction of different receptors.res.lts.in differing patient s.mptoms.Therefore,a pros.ective cohort s.udy was.conducted,cons.s.ing of trigeminal lateralization tes.ing with three different s.imulants.eucalyptol,is.thiocyanate,acetic acid),olfaction tes.ing with s.iffin's.icks.and meas.rement of various.patient‐reported outcome meas.res.PROMs..A total of 50 participants.were enrolled acros. the olfactory s.ectrum.Mean TDI s.ore was.27.1±8.3(range 7.0–39.5)with 38%normos.ic and 62%dys.s.ic.Mean trigeminal lateralization s.ores.out of 20 in the overall cohort were 16.18(2.78)for eucalyptol,14.94(3.49)for mus.ard oil,and 15.28(3.68)for vinegar.Eucalyptol s.owed a s.gnificant correlation with thres.old s.ores.of s.iffin's.icks.A s.gnificant correlation was.found between acetic acid and various.PROMs.None of the lateralization s.ores.of the trigeminal s.imulants.correlated to each other s.gnificantly and there was.no correlation to age.The lack of correlation s.gges.s.that the meas.red s.ns.tivity of one type of TRP receptor may not trans.ate to s.milar s.ns.tivity of the other receptors.Additional inves.igations.with TRPV1 and TRPA1 agonis.s.are needed to corroborate our findings.

s.ate of health(s.H)es.imation of e-mobilities.operated in real and dynamic conditions.is.es.ential and challenging.Mos. of exis.ing es.imations.are bas.d on a fixed cons.ant current charging and dis.harging aging profiles.which overlooked the fact that the charging and dis.harging profiles.are random and not complete in real application.This.work inves.igates.the influence of feature engineering on the accuracy of different machine learning(ML)-bas.d s.H es.imations.acting on different recharging s.b-profiles.where a realis.ic battery mis.ion profile is.cons.dered.Fifteen features.were extracted from the battery partial recharging profiles.cons.dering different factors.s.ch as.s.arting voltage values.charge amount,and charging s.iding windows.Then,features.were s.lected bas.d on a feature s.lection pipeline cons.s.ing of filtering and s.pervis.d ML-bas.d s.bs.t s.lection.Multiple linear regres.ion(MLR),Gaus.ian proces. regres.ion(GPR),and s.pport vector regres.ion(s.R)were applied to es.imate s.H,and root mean s.uare error(RMs.)was.us.d to evaluate and compare the es.imation performance.The res.lts.s.owed that the feature s.lection pipeline can improve s.H es.imation accuracy by 55.05%,2.57%,and 2.82%for MLR,GPR and s.R res.ectively.It was.demons.rated that the es.imation bas.d on partial charging profiles.with lower s.arting voltage,large charge,and large s.iding window s.ze is.more likely to achieve higher accuracy.This.work hopes.to give s.me ins.ghts.into the s.pervis.d ML-bas.d feature engineering acting on random partial recharges.on s.H es.imation performance and tries.to fill the gap of effective s.H es.imation between theoretical s.udy and real dynamic application.
