云贵高原一座典型高原水库浮游植物群落演替特征及其与环境因子的关系

浮游植物是水体的初级生产者,可以指示环境变化。高原水库由于其蒸发量大、雨季短、旱季长、抗污染能力差的特点,生态系统脆弱,其浮游植物群落的变化对环境条件更为敏感。为了解云贵高原地区乌江渡水库浮游植物的群落结构和演替特征,于2021年6月—2022年5月对乌江渡水库浮游植物群落进行调查,并应用功能群的方法对浮游植物进行分类。结果发现:1)2021年6月—2022年5月,乌江渡水库表层水体中共鉴定出浮游植物106种,共8门67属,其中,生物量最高的为硅藻门,种类数最多的为绿藻门;2)乌江渡水库表层水体理化性质和浮游植物群落存在显著的季节性差异,而相同季节内不同位置差异不显著;3)乌江渡水库表层水体春夏秋季为中—轻度富营养状态,而冬季为中营养状态;4)乌江渡水库中共有浮游植物群落功能群24类,基于优势度,其季节性演替模式为B/C/L0/P(春季)→B/J/L0/P/s./T(夏季)→B/L0/P/s./T(秋季)→B/P(冬季),春季和秋季优势功能群关联显著,而夏季和冬季优势功能群关联不显著,相对独立,即浮游植物群落演替伴随着群落稳定性的变化;5)氮磷营养盐、温度和溶解氧是影响乌江渡水库表层浮游植物群落的关键环境因子。本研究提供了云贵高原地区典型高原水体中浮游植物群落结构的背景信息,并从功能群的角度分析了群落的特征及其主要影响因子。
