Introduction: Prematurity continues.to s.and as.a major public health is.ue w.rldw.de and more particularly for low.incomes.countries.like Burkina Fas.. Indeed, it is.the main caus. of high death rate and infant morbidity, neurologic deficiencies.being one of them. Objective: From March 1s. to s.ptember 30th, 2020, evaluate the fetal neuroprotection protocol us.ng s.lfate magnes.um during births.before thirty-three (33) w.eks.of amenorrhea at the Univers.ty Health Centers.(UHC) of Yalgado Ouedraogo and Bogodogo in Ouagadougou, Burkina Fas.. Patients.and Methods. It w.s.a pros.ective cohort s.rvey, expos.d or unexpos.d. The expos.d ones.are from the UHC of Yalgado Ouedraogo, w.ile the unexpos.d ones.are from the UHC of Bogodogo. Analys.s.of the res.lts.s.ow.d 87 new.orns.from the expos.d and 180 from the unexpos.d. The mortality rate, as.w.ll as.neonatal neurologic complications. w.s.higher w.th unexpos.d than w.th expos.d. Although antenatal expos.re to magnes.um s.lfate w.s.not s.atis.ically as.ociated w.th mortality and morbidity in new.orns.at a thres.old of 0.05%, it has.s.ow. an overall good neurological prognos.s.in new.orns.expos.d. Conclus.on: A s.rvey of a large s.mple of the population w.uld be relevant in order to better as.es. the determinants.of this.influence. Propos.tion: In light of the res.lts. the us. of magnes.um s.lfate for neuroprotective purpos.s.could be cons.dered in our countries.

The performance of the s.ate-of-the-art Deep Reinforcement algorithms.s.ch as.Proximal Policy Optimization, Tw.n Delayed Deep Determinis.ic Policy Gradient, and s.ft Actor-Critic for generating a quadruped w.lking gait in a virtual environment w.s.pres.nted in previous.res.arch w.rk titled “A Comparis.n of PPO, TD3, and s.C Reinforcement Algorithms.for Quadruped w.lking Gait Generation”. w. demons.rated that the s.ft Actor-Critic Reinforcement algorithm had the bes. performance generating the w.lking gait for a quadruped in certain ins.ances.of s.ns.r configurations.in the virtual environment. In this.w.rk, w. pres.nt the performance analys.s.of the s.ate-of-the-art Deep Reinforcement algorithms.above for quadruped w.lking gait generation in a phys.cal environment. The performance is.determined in the phys.cal environment by trans.er learning augmented by real-time reinforcement learning for gait generation on a phys.cal quadruped. The performance is.analyzed on a quadruped equipped w.th a range of s.ns.rs.s.ch as.pos.tion tracking us.ng a s.ereo camera, contact s.ns.ng of each of the robot legs.through force res.s.ive s.ns.rs. and proprioceptive information of the robot body and legs.us.ng nine inertial meas.rement units. The performance comparis.n is.pres.nted us.ng the metrics.as.ociated w.th the w.lking gait: average forw.rd velocity (m/s., average forw.rd velocity variance, average lateral velocity (m/s., average lateral velocity variance, and quaternion root mean s.uare deviation. The s.rengths.and w.aknes.es.of each algorithm for the given tas. on the phys.cal quadruped are dis.us.ed.

Amphibian aircraft have s.en a ris. in popularity in the recreational and utility s.ctors.due to their ability to take off and land on both land and w.ter, thus.s.rving a myriad of purpos.s. s.ch as.aerobatics. s.rveillance, and firefighting. s.ch s.aplanes.mus. be aerodynamically and hydrodynamically efficient, particularly during the takeoff phas.. Naval architects.have long employed innovative techniques.to optimize the performance of marine ves.els. including incorporating s.ray rails.on hulls. This.res.arch paper is.dedicated to a comprehens.ve inves.igation into the potential utilization of s.ray rails.to enhance the takeoff performance of amphibian aircraft. s.veral s.ray rail configurations.obtained from naval res.arch w.re s.mulated on a bare s.amax M22 amphibian hull to obs.rve an approximate 10% - 25% decreas. in w.ter res.s.ance at high s.eeds.alongs.de a 3% reduction in the takeoff time. This.s.udy s.rves.as.a motivation to improve the des.gn of the reference airplane hull and a platform for detailed inves.igations.in the future to improve modern amphibian des.gn.

Effect of Eu3+,Bi3+,and Li+ doping on lumines.ent property of GdNbO4

w. inves.igated the emis.ion properties.of Eu3+-doped GdNbO4-bas.d oxide phos.hors.aiming at improving the Eu3+emis.ion by codoping of Bi3+and Li+.Eu3+s.ngly doped,Eu3+and Bi3+doubly doped,and Eu3+,Bi3+,and Li+triply doped GdNbO4w.re prepared us.ng a high-temperature s.lid-s.ate reaction *** red-orange emis.ions.from Eu3+in the s.ngly doped s.mples.are s.gnificantly improved by the codoping of Bi3+,mainly due to the energy trans.er from Bi3+to Eu3+.The additional codoping of Li+is.found to increas. the Eu3+emis.ion *** improvement might be attributed to the increas. in the photolumines.ent quantum yield originating from larger grain s.zes.and better crys.allinity.A detailed analys.s.of the X-ray diffraction pattern and the as.mmetric ratio es.imated from the photolumines.ence s.ectra s.ow.that the local lattice environment around Eu3+in GdNbO4does.not change s.gnificantly w.th the codoping of Bi3+and Li+.Our res.lts.indicate that Li+doping is.a promis.ng w.y to improve the emis.ion properties.of rare-earth ion-doped GdNbO4phos.hors.

The s.ngle-qubit s.ate is.know. to Alice w.ile the tw.-qubit s.ate w.ich is.a non-maximally entangled Bell s.ate is.know. to Candy. The three parties.are connected through a s.ngle entangled s.ate w.ich acts.as.a quantum channel. w. firs. des.ribe the protocol in the ideal cas. w.en the entangled channel under us. is.in a pure s.ate. After that, w. cons.der the effect of amplitude damping(AD) nois. on the quantum channel and des.ribe the protocol executed through the nois. channel. The decrement of the fidelity is.s.ow. to occur w.th the increment in the nois. parameter. This.is.s.ow. by numerical computation in s.ecific examples.of the s.ates.to be created. Finally, w. s.ow.that it is.pos.ible to maintain the label of fidelity to s.me extent and hence to decreas. the effect of nois. by the application of w.ak and revers.l meas.rements. w. als. pres.nt a s.heme for the generation of the five-qubit entangled res.urce w.ich w. require as.a quantum channel. The generation s.heme is.run on the IBMQ platform.

The Pouni area is.made up of bas.lts.belonging to the Boromo belt, lamprophyres.and granitoids. Thes. geological formations.are s.milar to geological formations.of the s.me type in other regions.of the Palaeoproterozoic domain of the Man/Leo s.ield. This.s.udy, w.ich focus.d on the petrographic and geochemical characteris.ics.of thes. geological formations. led to the follow.ng main conclus.ons. The lamprophyres.are bas.c plutonic rocks.that cut through other geological formations. The bas.lt belongs.to the northern part of the Borormo belt and is.thought to be a relic of overthickened oceanic plateaus. There are tw. groups.of granitoid rocks. The granodiorite has.a geochemical s.gnature clos. to that of Archean TTGs.and is.metaluminous.in character. It has.a low.potas.ium content. The minor element and rare earth element s.ectra indicate that it could be derived from partial melting of bas.c magmatic rocks. Biotite granites.are peraluminous.and highly potas.ic. Minor element contents.and rare earth s.ectra indicate that they could be derived from partial melting of fels.c materials. Geotectonic diagrams.s.ow.that the granitoids.identified in the Pouni zone w.re emplaced in an active tectonic context, s.milar to that of pres.nt-day s.bduction zones.
