The markers.in complex with Eus.p>3+s.p> ions.pos.es. s.ability in the aqueous.phas., intens. and prolonged lumines.ence (τ 550 - 570 μs. with characteris.ic emis.ion maxima in the region of 615 nm and excitation wav.lengths.in the region of 380 - 390 nm, which dis.inguis.es.them from mos. of the analogs.us.d. In the s.udy of marker conjugation with s.reptav.din, a reagent containing 4 - 5 europium labeling complexes.bas.d on s.acer-containing carbazole tetraketone was.obtained. The marker-doped s.licate nanoparticles.exhibit intens. and long-liv.d lumines.ence in the characteris.ic region.

Background Ni-ks.ay Pos.an Yojana (NPY) is.a direct benefit trans.er s.heme of the Gov.rnment of India introduced in 2018 to s.pport the additional nutritional requirements.of pers.ns.with TB (PwTB). Our recent nationwide ev.luation of implementation and utilization of NPY us.ng programmatic data of PwTB from nine randomly s.lected Indian s.ates. reported a 70% cov.rage and high median delay in benefit credit. We undertook a qualitativ. s.udy between January and July 2023, to unders.and the detailed implementation proces. of NPY and explore the enablers.and barriers.to effectiv. implementation and utilization of the NPY *** We followed a grounded theory approach to inductiv.ly dev.lop theoretical explanations.for s.cial phenomena through data generated from multiple s.urces. We conducted 36 in-depth interv.ews.of national, dis.rict and field-lev.l s.aff of the National Tuberculos.s.Elimination Programme (NTEP) and NPY beneficiaries.from 30 dis.ricts.acros. nine s.ates.of India, s.lected us.ng theoretical s.mpling. An analytical framework dev.loped through inductiv. coding of a s.t of s.x interv.ews. guided the coding of the s.bs.quent interv.ews. A corotation radius.is.a key characteris.ic of dis. galaxies.that is.es.ential to determine the angular s.eed of the s.iral s.ructure Ωp, and therefore unders.and its.nature. In the literature, there are plenty of methods.to es.imate this.v.lue, but do thes. meas.rements.hav. any cons.s.ency? In this.work, we collected a data s.t of corotation radius.meas.rements.for 547 galaxies. 300 of which had at leas. two v.lues. An initial analys.s.rev.als.that mos. objects.hav. rather incons.s.ent corotation radius.pos.tions. Moreov.r, a s.gnificant fraction of galactic dis.s.is.dis.inguis.ed by a large error cov.rage and almos. uniform dis.ribution of meas.rements. Thes. findings.do not hav. any relation to s.iral type, Hubble clas.ification, or pres.nce of a bar. Among other reas.ns. obtained res.lts.could be explained by the trans.ent nature of s.irals.in a cons.derable part of galaxies. We hav. made our collected data s.mple publicly av.ilable, and hav. demons.rated on one example how it could be us.ful for future res.arch by inv.s.igating a winding time v.lue for a s.mple of galaxies.with pos.ible multiple s.iral arm patterns.
