AIM:To analyze trends.in incidence and mortality of acute pancreatitis.AP) and chronic pancreatitis.CP) in the Netherlands.and for international s.andard ***:A nationwide cohort is.identified through record linkage of hos.ital data for AP and CP,accumulated from three nationwide Dutch regis.ries.the hos.ital dis.harge regis.er,the population regis.er,and the death certificate ***-and age-group s.ecific incidence rates.of AP and CP are defined for the period 2000-2005 and mortality rates.of AP and CP for the period ***,incidence and mortality rates.over time are reported for Dutch and international(European and World Health Organization) s.andard ***:Incidence of AP per 100000 pers.ns.per year increas.d between 2000 and 2005 from 13.2(95%CI:12.6-13.8) to 14.7(95%CI:14.1-15.3).Incidence of AP for males.increas.d from 13.8(95%CI:12.9-14.7) to 15.2(95%CI:14.3-16.1),for females.from 12.7(95%CI:11.9-13.5) to 14.2(95%CI:13.4-15.1).Irregular patterns.over time emerged for *** mean incidence per 100000 pers.ns.per year was.1.77,for males.2.16,and for females.*** for AP fluctuated during 1995-2005 between 6.9 and 11.7 per million pers.ns.per year and was.almos. s.milar for males.and *** CP,mortality for males.fluctuated between 1.1(95%CI:0.6-2.3) and 4.0(95%CI:2.8-5.8),for females.between 0.7(95%CI:0.3-1.6) and 2.0(95%CI:1.2-3.2).Incidence and mortality of AP and CP increas.d markedly with *** rates.were lowes. for World Health Organization s.andard ***:Incidence of AP s.eadily increas.d while incidence of CP *** for both AP and CP remained fairly *** burden and health care cos.s.probably will increas. becaus. of an ageing Dutch population.

The s.lective recognition of nanoparticles.(NPs. can be achieved by nanoparticle-imprinted matrices.(NAIMs.,where NPs.are imprinted in a matrix followed by their removal to form voids.that can reuptake the original *** recognition depends.on s.pramolecular interactions.between the matrix and the s.ell of the NPs.as.well as.on the geometrical s.itability of the imprinted voids.to accommodate the ***,gold NPs.s.abilized with citrate (AuNPs.cit) were preads.rbed onto a conductive s.rface followed by electrografting of p-aryldiazonium s.lts.(ADs. with different functional *** thicknes. of the matrix was.carefully controlled by altering the s.an *** AuNPs.cit were removed by electrochemical *** recognition of the NAIMs.was.determined by the reuptake of the original AuNPs.cit by the imprinted *** found that the recognition efficiency is.a function of the thicknes. of the NAIM layer and is.s.ns.tive to the chemical s.ructure of the ***,a s.btle change of the functional group of the p-aryldiazonium building block,which was.varied from an ether to an es.er,s.gnificantly affected the recognition of the NPs.

大学进行全球化思考与本土化行动应有四个方面:一是开放办学。互联网时代,接受高等教育不应再受到时间或地点的限制。高校如何在所服务的周边社区以外发挥影响力,远程化教育将极有可能改变全世界高等教育传播的前景。二是高校的领导力。历史上的高校就已经在社会发展中发挥了重要作用。在当今学习型社会的年代,高校在确定教育战略重点时应把当前国家和地区所面临的许多紧迫问题优先考虑进去,继续发挥引领社会发展的作用。三是服务社会。很多高校已经有了为所在区域提供服务的牢固传统。但在全球化社会环境中,高校可以通过跨区域服务,如人道主义援助、制度发展、技术援助和政府咨询来加强这些传统,我们一定要鼓励并支持师生来从事这些活动。四是大学应在培养多元文化理解中发挥作用。作为启蒙与教育的中心,大学应通过为人类与文化的多样性问题提供广阔的视野,在促进多元文化理解方面作出应有的贡献。

[背景]邻苯二甲酸酯具有抗雄激素作用,可能会破坏脂质和碳水化合物的代谢。已有记录表明,种族(族裔)亚群的尿邻苯二甲酸酯浓度和儿童肥胖患病率有关联。[目的]在一个美国儿童和青少年的全国代表性样本中,检验尿邻苯二甲酸酯代谢物和体质结局之间的关联。[方法]采用分层和全样本横断面分析,研究2003—2008年美国健康和营养检查调查中6～19岁的2884名儿童。用多变量线性和logis.ic回归对体质指数(BMI)z得分、超重和肥胖相对低分子量(LMW)、高分子量(HMW)和邻苯二甲酸二-2-乙基己酯(DEHP)代谢物的摩尔浓度进行分析,控制性别、看电视、看护者教育程度、热量摄入、贫困收入比、种族(族裔)、血清可铁宁和年龄组。在消除样本加权、根据分子量标化邻苯二甲酸酯浓度、以及检验不同膳食摄入量协变量后,采用敏感性分析检验结果的稳健性。[结果]在分层多变量模型中,非西班牙裔黑人LMW代谢物每增加一个对数单位(约3倍)与超重和肥胖的风险分别增加21%和22%(95%CI:1.05～1.39和1.07～1.39)有关联,并与BMI z分值增加0.090-s.单位(95%CI:0.003～0.18)有关联。在控制潜在的混杂因素后,在任何其他种族(族裔)亚组或整体研究样本中,没有发现显著性的关联,与HMW或DEHP代谢物的关联不显著,在敏感性分析中结果没有发生显著改变。[结论]研究确定了一个全国代表性样本中特定种族(族裔)的邻苯二甲酸酯与儿童肥胖的关联。需要进一步研究证实该关联,并评估遗传/表观倾向和/或邻苯二甲酸酯暴露增加作为解释种族(族裔)亚群之间差异的可能性。
