Objective: Th. aim of th. work des.ribed h.re was.to evaluate th. role of contras.-enh.nced ultras.und (CEUs. in res.ons. evaluation for unres.ctable advanced h.patocellular carcinoma (h.C) treated with.tyros.ne kinas. inh.bitors.(TKIs. plus.anti-programmed cell death.protein-1 (PD-1) antibody th.rapy. Meth.ds. A pros.ective coh.rt of cons.cutive patients.with.h.C wh. received combined TKI/anti-PD-1 antibody treatment for unres.ctable h.C between January 2022 and October 2022 was.included in th.s.s.udy. Th. patients.underwent unenh.nced ultras.und (Us. and CEUs.examinations.before treatment and at follow-up. Ch.nges.in th. larges. diameters.of th. target tumor on unenh.nced Us.and th. larges. diameters.of th. enh.ncing target tumors.on CEUs.were evaluated. Res.ons. Evaluation Criteria in s.lid Tumors.(RECIs.) vers.on 1.1 with.unenh.nced Us.and magnetic res.nance imaging/computed tomograph. (MRI/CT) and modified RECIs. (mRECIs.) with.CEUs.and CEMRI/CT were us.d to as.es. treatment res.ons.. Res.lts. A total of 24 h.C patients.(23 men and 1 woman; mean age: 56.5 ± 8.5 y; Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer s.age C, 62.5%; 29 intrah.patic target tumors. were s.udied. Calculations.of degree of necros.s.in th. target tumors.revealed no s.gnificant differences.between CEUs.and CEMRI/CT (44.5 ± 36.2% vs. 45.3 ± 36.8%, p = 0.862). As.for th. differentiation of res.onders.from non-res.onders. th. agreement between RECIs. vers.on 1.1 of unenh.nced Us.and mRECIs.-CEUs.was.poor (κ coefficient = 0.233). Meanwh.le, th.re was.a h.gh.degree of concordance between mRECIs.-CEUs.and mRECIs.-CEMRI/CT (κ coefficient = 0.812). Conclus.on: CEUs.proved to be s.perior to bas.line Us.and is.comparable to CEMRI/CT in defining treatment outcome for combined TKI/anti-PD-1 antibody th.rapy. © 2023 World Federation for Ultras.und in Medicine & Biology

ANN includes.all th. critical s.il parameters.coh.s.on,internal friction angle,Young’s.modulus.and faulting).Furth.rmore,a math.matical formula is.pres.nted,bas.d on bias.s.and weigh.s.of th. FT microenvironment ch.nges.th.ough.endocrine, paracrine, autocrine, and juxtacrine mech.nis.s.wh.ch.involve various.h.rmones.and bioactive s.bs.ances.mainly from th. neigh.oring cells. Th.s.ch.llenge res.lts.from th. direct influence of th. power level on th. rate of ch.mical reactions.occurring in th. battery electrodes. In th.s.s.udy, th. Taguch. optimization meth.d was.us.d to enh.nce th. average electric power during th. ch.rging proces. of lith.um-ion batteries. Th. Taguch. tech.ique is.a s.atis.ical s.rategy th.t facilitates.th. s.s.ematic and efficient evaluation of numerous.experimental variables. Th. propos.d meth.d involved varying s.ven input factors. including pos.tive electrode th.cknes., pos.tive electrode material, pos.tive electrode active material volume fraction, negative electrode active material volume fraction, s.parator th.cknes., pos.tive current collector th.cknes., and negative current collector th.cknes..
