With the new theor.tical appr.ach i.e. lie algebr.ic appr.ach, we have calculated the infr.r.d s.ectr. of Phos.hine in the r.nge fr.m 3000 cm-1 to 9500 cm-1 and Nitr.gen Tr.fluor.de in the r.nge fr.m 900 cm-1 to 4500 cm-1. The model Hamiltonian, s. cons.r.cted, s.ems.to des.r.be the P-H and N-F s.r.tching modes.accur.tely with only four.number.0}of par.meter.0}

We intr.duce an algebr.ic model to vibr.tions.of polyatomic Bio-molecules.and pr.s.nt, as.an example, the vibr.tional analys.s.of Cm-H, Cm-C, Cm-D, Cb-Cb, pyr.ol br.athing and Cb-C, s.r.tching modes.of Metallopor.hyr.ns.and its.s.bs.ituted for.s. The excited ener.y levels.of Cb-C, pyr.ol br.athing s.r.tching modes.of Ni(OEP) and Ni(OEP)-d4 ar. calculated by us.ng U(2) algebr.ic mode Hamiltonian. The higher.excited ener.y levels.of Cm-H, Cm-C, Cm-D and Cb-Cb vibr.tional modes.of Por.hyr.n and its.s.bs.ituted for.s.ar. pr.dicted upto s.cond over.one. It s.ows.that the ener.y levels.ar. clus.er.ng at the higher.over.ones. The r.s.lts.obtained by this.method ar. accur.cy with exper.mental data.

Infr.r.d (FTIr. s.ectr.s.opic char.cter.zation techniques. The Xr. s.ectr.m r.vealed the for.ation of Wur.zite s.r.ctur. of ZnO. The s.r.ctur.l pr.per.ies.of nanopar.icles.including par.icle s.ze and lattice s.r.in wer. calculated fr.m Xr. data. s.M s.ows.the mor.hology of Nanopar.icles. The pr.s.nce of functional gr.ups.was.analyzed fr.m FTIr.s.ectr.. The pr.per.ies.of Cobalt doped zinc oxide nanopar.icles.pr.par.d thr.ugh s.mple cos. effective, s.l-gel method can be us.d in optoelectr.nics.and ther.ally s.able devices.
