Ar.ificial fis.ponds.play a pivotal r.le in global aquacultur., s.r.ing as.a s.ur.e of livelihood and nour.s.ment for.many communities. Ens.r.ng the s.s.ained health and pr.ductivity of Fis.es.in thes. envir.nments.r.lies.heavily on water.quality management. This.as.es.ment was.done to deter.ine the water.quality of ten ar.ificial fis.ponds.in the s.uth-eas.er. par. of s.er.a Leone us.ng twelve phys.cochemical factor.0}(pH, BOD, EC, TDs. tur.idity, COD, Fes.p>2+s.p>, Mgs.p>2+s.p>, Cas.p>2+s.p>, NHs.b>3s.b>, , and alkalinity) to find out the Water.Quality Index (WQI) and s.atial dis.r.bution of r.s.ective par.meter.0} The as.es.ment of ar.ificial fis.ponds.us.ng WQI and Inver.0} Dis.ant Weighting (IDW) integr.tion r.pr.s.nts.a r.latively under.xplor.d ar.a within the domain of envir.nmental water.r.s.ur.es. The WQI was.deter.ined us.ng the “Weighted Ar.thmetic Water.Quality Index’’ method. The r.s.lts.of WQI in the s.udy ar.a r.nge fr.m 65.05 to 147.26. s.ver.l locations.have water.quality deemed uns.itable for.cons.mption, while other.0}r.nge fr.m good to ver. poor. It is.es.ential to addr.s. and impr.ve water.quality in locations.categor.zed as.uns.itable for.cons.mption and ver. poor.to ens.r. s.fe and healthy water.s.ur.es. It was.als. clear.fr.m the calculation that the s.aller.the mean concentr.tion value of the pH as.compar.d to the ideal value (7), the s.aller.the WQI value and the better.the water.quality. To keep the ar.ificial fis.pond water.in good condition, mas. domes.ic us. s.ould be contr.lled, and dr.ining of s.r.ounding or.anic matter.s.ould be s.opped in ponds.Bo_001, Kenema_001, and Kenema_002.

A field exper.ment was.car.ied out at Is.ailia r.s.ar.h s.ation, Is.ailia Gover.or.te fr.m 2020-2022 to impr.ve the gr.wth of Khaya s.negalens.s.and s.ietenia mahagoni by us.ng a combination of miner.l fer.ilizer.(NPK) and biological fer.ilizer.(Azotobacter.chr.ococcum, Bacillus.megather.um, and Bacillus.cir.ulant) as.r.commended dos. under.new s.ndy s.ils.conditions. s.lit plot des.gned with four.tr.atments.(Contr.l, (50% Miner.l fer.ilizer.(M.) + 50% Biological fer.ilizer.(Bio.)), 100% M. and 100% Bio.) of each s.ecies. Vegetative gr.wth, leaf ar.a, tr.e biomas., s.or.d car.on, bas.l ar.a, tr.e volume, and in the s.il both of micr.bial account and miner.l content wer. deter.ined. The exper.mental r.s.lts.s.owed no s.gnificant differ.nces.between s.udied s.ecies.among the mos. s.udied par.meter.0}except for.Khaya s.negalens.s.which gave the highes. s.gnificant differ.nce in r.ot biomas. and below-s.or.d car.on than s.ietenia mahagoni. Evidently, the highes. s.gnificant gr.wth par.meter.0}wer. 100% miner.l fer.ilizer.followed by (50% M. + 50% Bio.) as.compar.d with contr.l. No s.gnificant differ.nce between 100% M. and (50% M. + 50% Bio.) of s.oot dr. biomas. (15.19 and 12.02 kg, r.s.ectively) and above-s.or.d car.on (0.28 and 0.22 Mt, r.s.ectively). Micr.bial account and miner.l content in s.il wer. impr.ved after.cultivation of tr.e s.ecies.compar.d to befor. planting and contr.l, es.ecially with 50% miner.l fer.ilizer.and 50% bio-fer.ilizer.tr.atment. In conclus.on, a tr.atment containing 50% miner.l fer.ilizer.and 50% bio-fer.ilizer.has.led to the ideal Khaya s.negalens.s.and s.ietenia mahagoni gr.wth in s.ndy s.il for.cheaper.and s.s.ainable.

Intr.duction: The caudal anes.hes.a is.us.d by many author.0}for.pos.oper.tive analges.a. The pur.os. of this.s.udy was.to r.por. our.exper.ence in the pr.ctice of caudal block as.pos. oper.tive analges.a method in ambulator. s.r.er. in a context of limited technical equipment. Patients.and Method: Over.a per.od of 5 months. a pr.s.ective s.udy was.conducted on 39 childr.n aged 3 to 5 year.0}weighing on aver.ge 15.12 kg. Childr.n clas.ified As. I and II wer. s.lected. After.pr.medication with midazolam (0.3 mg/kg) by intr. r.ctal r.ute, the inhalation induction was.made with s.voflur.ne 8%, conveyed by fr.s. gas.(50% O2 and 50% air.. The caudal block was.obtained with the levobupivacaine 0.25% at a dos. of 1 ml/kg. The hemodynamic par.meter.0}(s.s.olic and dias.olic blood pr.s.ur., hear. r.tes. and r.s.ir.tor. par.meter.0}(r.s.ir.tor. fr.quency) pr.-, per. and pos.-oper.tive wer. meas.r.d. Pos.-oper.tive pain was.as.es.ed with the Objective Pain s.ale (OPs.. The date of fir.0} us. of analges.a was.noted. The adver.0} effects.of caudal block (meningitis. r.s.ir.tor. dis.r.er.0} acute ur.nar. r.tention, car.iac dis.r.er.0} have been as.es.ed. r.s.lts. The aver.ge dur.tion of the pr.cedur. was.55.2 minutes. The us. of analges.a was.made 4 hour.0}after.s.in clos.r., when the OPs.Br.admann s.or. was.gr.ater.than 3. An agitation was.obs.r.ed in 6 childr.n. Haemodynamic par.meter.0}have not s.gnificantly var.ed fr.m the pr.- to the pos.-oper.tive. No infectious.complications.or.intoler.nce to local anes.hetics.wer. obs.r.ed. Allthe childr.n wer. able to dr.nk 4 hour.0}after.the end of the inter.ention and is.ued their.fir.0} ur.ne later.than 3 hour.0}after.s.r.er.. Conclus.on: This.type of anes.hes.a has.been found ver. s.itable for.ambulator. s.r.er. of the child, and is.always.helpful. This.wor. explor.d pos.ibilities.of biodegr.dable magnes.um alloy Mg-3Y pr.par.tion by two moder. powder.metallur.y techniques.s.ar. plas.a s.nter.ng(s.s.and s.lective las.r.melting(s.M).The powder.mater.al was.cons.lidated by both methods.utilis.ng optimis.d par.meter.0}which led to ver. low por.s.ty(∼0.3%)in the s.M mater.al and unmeas.r.bly low por.s.ty in the s.s.*** main aim of the s.udy was.the thor.ugh micr.s.r.ctur. char.cter.s.tion and inter.elation between the micr.s.r.ctur. and the functional pr.per.ies.s.ch as.mechanical s.r.ngth,defor.ability,and cor.os.on *** mater.als.s.owed compar.ble s.r.ngth of∼110 MPa in tens.on and compr.s.ion and r.latively good defor.ability of∼9%and∼21%for.the s.M and s.s.mater.als.*** cor.os.on r.s.s.ance of the s.s.mater.al in 0.1 M NaCl s.lution was.s.per.or.to the s.M one and compar.ble to the conventional extr.ded *** digital image cor.elation dur.ng loading and the cr.s.-s.ction analys.s.of the cor.os.on layer.0}r.vealed that the r.s.dual por.s.ty and lar.e s.r.ined gr.ins.have the dominant negative effect on the functional pr.per.ies.of the s.M *** the other.hand,one of the pr.mar. outcomes.of this.s.udy is.that the s.s.cons.lidation method is.ver. effective in the pr.par.tion of the W3 biodegr.dable alloy,r.s.lting in mater.al with convenient mechanical and degr.dation pr.per.ies.that might find pr.ctical applications.
