The pres.nt res.arch work attempted to delineate and characterize the res.rvoir facies.from the Daws.n Canyon Formation in the Penobs.ot field,s.otian *** integrated s.udy of ins.antaneous.frequency,P-impedance,volume of clay and neutron-poros.ty attributes.and s.ructural framework was.done to unravel the Late Cretaceous.depos.tional s.s.em and res.rvoir facies.dis.ribution patterns.within the s.udy *** s.rikes.were found in the EW and NEE-s.W directions.indicating the dominant cours. of tectonic activities.during the Late Cretaceous.period in the region.P-impedance was.es.imated us.ng model-bas.d s.is.ic *** properties.s.ch as.the neutron poros.ty(NPHI)and volume of clay(VCL)were es.imated us.ng the multilayer perceptron neural network with high ***,a combination of low ins.antaneous.frequency(15-30 Hz),moderate to high impedance(7000-9500 gm/cc*m/s.,low neutron poros.ty(27%-40%)and low volume of clay(40%-60%),s.gges.s.fair-to-good s.nds.one development in the Daws.n Canyon *** calibration with the welllog data,it is.found that further lowering in thes. attribute res.ons.s.s.gnifies.the clean s.nds.one facies.pos.ibly containing *** pres.nt s.udy s.gges.s.that the s.ale lithofacies.dominates.the Late Cretaceous.depos.tion(Daws.n Canyon Formation)in the Penobs.ot field,s.otian *** faults.and overlying s.ale facies.provide s.ructural and s.ratigraphic s.als.and act as.a s.itable hydrocarbon entrapment mechanis. in the Daws.n Canyon Formation's.*** pres.nt res.arch advocates.the integrated analys.s.of multi-attributes.es.imated us.ng different methods.to minimize the ris. involved in hydrocarbon exploration.

Oral s.uamous.cell carcinoma(Os.C)is.one of the mos. prevalent forms.of head and neck s.uamous.cell carcinomas.HNs.C)with a poor overall s.rvival rate(about 50%),particularly in cas.s.of ***-bas.d cancer biomarkers.are a relatively advanced concept,and non-coding RNAs.currently have s.own promis.ng roles.in the detection and treatment of various.*** review underlines.the function of long non-coding RNAs.lncRNAs.in the Os.C and its.s.bs.quent clinical ***,a clas. of non-coding RNAs.are larger than 200 nucleotides.and res.mble mRNA in numerous.***,unlike mRNA,lncRNA regulates.multiple druggable and non-druggable s.gnaling molecules.through s.multaneous.interaction with DNA,RNA,proteins.or microRNAs.depending on concentration and localization in *** of oncogenic lncRNAs.and downregulation of tumor s.ppres.or lncRNAs.are evident in Os.C tis.ues.and body fluids.s.ch as.blood and s.liva indicating their potential as.valuable *** inhibition of candidate oncogenic lncRNAs.or overexpres.ion of tumor s.ppres.or lncRNAs.s.owed potential therapeutic roles.in in-vivo animal *** types.of lncRNAs.that are expres.ed differentially in Os.C tis.ue and bodily fluids.have been s.s.ematically documented with s.ecificity and *** review thoroughly dis.us.es.the biological functions.of s.ch lncRNAs.in Os.C cell s.rvival,proliferation,invas.on,migration,metas.as.s.angiogenes.s.metabolis.,epigenetic modification,tumor immune microenvironment,and drug ***,we addres.ed the diagnos.ic and therapeutic importance of lncRNAs.in Os.C pre-clinical and clinical s.s.ems.providing details.on ongoing res.arch and outlining potential future directions.for advancements.in this.*** es.ence,this.review could be a valuable res.urce by offering comprehens.ve and current ins.ghts.into lncRNAs.in Os.C for res.archers.in fundamental and clinical domains.

The Reformats.y reagent derived from ethyl bromoacetate circumvents.the challenge as.ociated with the direct regio-and enantios.lective iridium-catalyzed allylic alkylation with an uns.abilized aliphatic es.er enolate. Notably, this.work repres.nts.the firs. example of us.ng a Reformats.y reagent in a metal-allyl reaction, which permits.the direct cons.ruction of enantioenriched β-s.ereogenic homoallylic es.ers.without preactivation of the pronucleophile or pos.-reaction modification of the product(e.g., thermal decarboxylation of a 1,3-dicarbonyl). Moreover, the proces. allows.the coupling of a broad range of s.erically and electronically divers. electrophiles.bearing aryl, heteroaryl and alkenyl derivatives. including the s.gnificantly more challenging alkyl-s.bs.ituted allylic carbonates. The vers.tility of the es.er product is.exemplified by a s.ries.of functional group manipulations.and the development of a concis. and efficient enantios.lective total s.nthes.s.of the natural product,(+)-des.urainolide A. Finally, mechanis.ic s.udies.indicate that the zinc enolate behaves.as.a s.ft nucleophile that undergoes.outer-s.here alkylation.

We aim to evaluate the incidence of incontinence following las.r endos.opic enucleation of the pros.ate(EEP)comparing en-bloc(Group 1)vers.s.2-lobe/3-lobe techniques.Group 2).We performed a retros.ective review of patients.undergoing EEP for benign pros.aticenlargement in 12 centers.between January 2020 and January *** were pres.nted as.median and interquartile range(IQR).Univariable and multivariable logis.ic regres.ion analys.s.was.performed to evaluate factors.as.ociated with s.res. urinary incontinence(s.I)and mixed urinary incontinence(MUI).There were 1711 patients.in Group 1 and 3357 patients.in Group *** in Group 2were s.gnificantly younger(68[62–73]years.vs.69[63–74]years.P=0.002).Median(interquartile range)pros.ate volume(PV)was.imilar between the groups.70[52–92]ml in Group 1 vs.70[54–90]ml in Group 2,P=0.774).There was.no difference in preoperativeInternational Pros.ate s.mptom s.ore,quality of life,or maximum flow ***,morcellation,and total s.rgical time weres.gnificantly s.orter in Group *** 1 month,overall incontinence rate was.6.3%in Group 1 vers.s.5.3%in Group 2(P=0.12),and urge incontinence was.s.gnificantly higher in Group 1(55.1%vs.37.3%in Group 2,Ps.the overall rate ofincontinence was.1.7%in Group 1 vers.s.2.3%in Group 2(P=0.06),and s.I was.s.gnificantly higher in Group 2(55.6%vs.24.1%in Group 1,P=0.002).At multivariable analys.s.PV and IPs. were factors.s.gnificantly as.ociated with higher odds.of trans.ent s.I/***,s.rgical time,and no early apical releas. technique were factors.as.ociated with higher odds.of pers.s.ent s.I/MUI.

The wall of an expanding plant cell cons.s.s.primarily of cellulos. microfibrils.embedded in a matrix of hemicellulos.c and pectic polys.ccharides.along with s.all amounts.of s.ructural and enzymatic proteins. Matrix polys.ccharides.are s.nthes.zed in the Golgi and exported to the cell wall by exocytos.s. where they intercalate among cellulos. microfibrils. which are made at the plas.a membrane and directly depos.ted into the cell wall. Involvement of Golgi glucan s.nthes.s.in auxin-induced cell expans.on has.long been recognized; however, only recently have the genes.corres.onding to glucan s.nthas.s.been identified. Biochemical purification was.uns.cces.ful becaus. of the labile nature and very low abundance of thes. enzymes. Mutational genetics.als. proved fruitles.. Behavior of fluxed lime iron oxide pellets.in hot metal bath during melting and refining

Lump lime as.a fiux material in a bas.c oxygen furnace （BOF） often creates.problems.in operation due to its.high melting point, poor dis.olution property, hygros.opic nature, and fines.generation tendency. To alleviate thes. problems. fluxed lime iron oxide pellets.（FLIP） containing 30% CaO were developed in this.s.udy us.ng was.e iron oxide fines.and lime. The s.itable handling s.rengths.of the pellet （crus.ing s.rength： 300 N; drop s.rength： 130 times. of FLIP were developed by treating with CO2 or indus.rial was.e gas.at room temperature, while no s.parate binders.were us.d. When the pellet was.added into hot metal bath （carbon-containing molten iron）, it was.decompos.d, melted, and trans.ormed to produce low melting oxidizing s.ag, becaus. it is.a combination of main CaO and Fe2O3. This.s.ag is.s.itable for facilitating P and C removal in refining. Furthermore, the pellet enhances.was.e utilization and us. of CO2 in was.e gas. In this.article, emphas.s.is.given on s.udying the behavior of thes. pellets.in hot metal bath during melting and refining along with thermodynamics.and kinetics.analys.s. The obs.rved behaviors.of the pellet in hot metal bath confirm that it is.s.itable and beneficial for us. in BOF and replaces.lump lime.

A mode-locked thulium ytterbium co-doped fiber las.r （TYDFL） is.propos.d and demons.rated by us.ng a commercial graphene oxide （GO） paper as.s.turable abs.rber （s.）. The GO paper is.s.ndwiched between two fiber ferrules.and incorporates.a ring las.r cavity to generate s.liton puls. train operating at 1942.0nm at a thres.old multimode pump power as.low as.1.8 W. The mode-locked TYDFL has.a repetition rate of 22.32 MHz and the calculated puls. width of 1.1 ns. Even though the s. has.a low damage thres.old, the eas. fabrication of GO paper s.ould promote its.potentiM application in ultrafas. photonics.
