Mand.Raigarh coalfield.is.one of the larges. coalfield.0}in the Mahanad. bas.n. The Geological s.rvey of Ind.a carried.out initial s.ud. p.imarily on exp.oration. However, d.tailed.p.trograp.ic and.geochemical characters.of the coals.have not been d.ne s. far. This.inves.igation is.an attemp. for p.trograp.ic and.geochemical ap.rais.l of the coals. Moreover, effort is.als. mad. for p.s.ible interp.etation on d.velop.ent of coal facies. The res.lts.d.awn from 30 comp.s.te coal s.mp.es.s.gges. coals.are rich in vitrinite, with collotelinite as.the d.minant maceral while lip.inite macerals.regis.er low concentration. d.minant mineral as.emblages.found.were clay minerals. p.rite was.record.d.as.d.s.eminated. framboid.l and.euhed.al forms. carbonates.record.d.were mainly s.d.rites. The vitrinite reflectance rand.m （VRo） mean values.range from 0.44 % to 0.56 %, and.the rank of coal is.s.gges.ed.as.high volatile ＇B＇ to ＇A＇ s.b- bituminous.in rank. The rock-eval p.rolys.s.reveal TOC content varying from 37 % to 68.83 %, while low hyd.ocarbon generating p.tential is.evid.nt from low $2 and.Tmax values. The Hyd.ogen Ind.x （HI） vers.s.Oxygen Ind.x （OI） p.ot reveal that the s.mp.es.belong to Kerogen typ.--II-III with inp.t d.minantly from terres.rial s.urce, s.me s.mp.es.als. fall in Kerogen typ.--II d.main ind.cating lacus.rine inp.t. Vitrinite reflectance res.lt ind.cate that the s.mp.es.are immature and.ap.roaching oil wind.w, which is.in agreement with d.ta of the Rock-Eval p.rameters. The gelification ind.x （GI） and.tis.ue p.es.rvation ind.x （Tp.） ind.cate that the coal d.velop.d.in a telematic s.t up.with high tree d.ns.ty. The ground.water ind.x （GWI） and.vegetation ind.x （VI） d.mons.rate that the p.at d.velop.d.as.an ombrogenous.bog.

By integrating Finite Element Analys.s. time-frequency analys.s. and.CNNs. the s.rategy p.ovid.s.a comp.ehens.ve und.rs.and.ng of brid.e health.
