The gut microbiota of migratory waterbirds.is.affected by various.complex factors.including cros.-s.ecies.trans.is.ion,which increas.s.the ris. of pathogen s.reading among s.mpatric animals.and pos.s.a potential public health ris. to *** this.s.udy,we inves.igated the microbial communities.of wintering Bean Gees.(Ans.r fabalis.,Domes.ic Ducks.*** domes.icus.,humans.and s.il us.ng high-throughput s.quencing of the 16s.rRna gene region in s.engjin Lake,*** total,6,046,677 clean reads.were obtained,repres.nting 41,119 operational taxonomic units.OTUs.acros. the four *** dominant microbial phyla were the Proteobacteria,Firmicutes.Bacteroidota,and *** s.rens.n s.milarity index and alpha and beta divers.ty res.lts.s.owed that the gut microbial communities.of Bean Gees. and Domes.ic Ducks.were more s.milar to thos. of the other *** analys.s.revealed that Faecalibacterium praus.itzii,Ps.udomonas.fragi,and Bradyrhizobium elkanii were hubs.of the three major *** common microbiomes.were iden-tified in Bean Gees.,Domes.ic Ducks.humans.and s.il in s.engjin Lake.A total of 96 potential pathogens.were identified among the four groups.with 20 s.ecific potentially pathogenic microbiomes.found in the gut of Bean *** of thes. pathogens.are res.ons.ble for s.gnificant financial los.es.in the poultry indus.ry and pos. ris.s.to human *** pneumoniae,Morganella morganii,Es.herichia coli,and Rals.onia ins.dios. are potential core pathogens.found in the four groups.at s.engjin Lake that can caus. dis.as.s.in humans.and an-imals.and facilitate cros.-s.ecies.trans.is.ion through various.***,humans.are at ris. of con-tracting thes. pathogens.from migratory birds.becaus. of their frequent contact with domes.ic ***,further s.udies.are required to explore the potential pathogenic s.ecies.and trans.is.ion pathways.among s.mpatric wintering Bean Gees.,Domes.ic Ducks.humans.and s.il.

Unders.anding the phys.ological adaptations.of non-treeline trees.to environmental s.res. is.important to unders.and future s.ifts.in s.ecies.compos.tion and dis.ribution of current treeline *** aim of the pres.nt s.udy was.to elucidate the mechanis.s.of the formation of the upper elevation limit of non-treeline tree s.ecies.Picea jezoens.s.and the carbon allocation s.rategies.of the s.ecies.on Changbai *** employed the^(13)C in s.tu puls. labeling technique to trace the dis.ribution of photos.nthetically as.imilated carbon in Picea jezoens.s.at different elevational pos.tions.tree s.ecies.at its.upper elevation limit(Ts.UE,1,700 m a.s.l.)under treeline ecotone;tree s.ecies.at a lower elevation pos.tion(Ts.LE,1,400 m a.s.l.).We analyzed^(13)C and the non-s.ructural carbohydrate(Ns.)concentrations.in various.tis.ues.following *** findings.revealed a s.gnificant s.ift in carbon allocation in Ts.UE compared to *** was.a pronounced increas. inδ^(13)C allocation to belowground components.roots.s.il,s.il res.iration)in Ts.UE compared to ***,the C flow rate within the plant-s.il-atmos.here s.s.em was.fas.er,and the C res.dence time in the plant was.s.orter in *** trends.indicate enhanced C s.nk activity in belowground tis.ues.in Ts.UE,with newly as.imilated C being preferentially directed there,s.gges.ing a more cons.rvative C allocation s.rategy by *** at higher elevations.under hars.er *** a s.rategy,prioritizing C s.orage in roots.likely aids.in withs.anding winter cold s.res. at the expens. of aboveground growth during the growing s.as.n,leading to reduced growth of Ts.UE compared to *** res.lts.of the pres.nt s.udy s.ed light on the adaptive mechanis.s.governing the upper elevation limits.of non-treeline trees.and enhances.our unders.anding of how non-treeline s.ecies.might res.ond to ongoing climate change.

The s.percritical CO_(2) Brayton cycle is.cons.dered a promis.ng energy convers.on s.s.em for Generation IV reactors.for its.s.mple layout,compact s.ructure,and high cycle *** models.of four Brayton cycle layouts.are developed in this.s.udy for different reactors.to reduce the cos. and increas. the thermohydraulic performance of nuclear power generation to promote the commercialization of nuclear *** analys.s.multi-objective optimizations.and four decis.on-making methods.are applied to obtain each Brayton s.heme’s.optimal thermohydraulic and economic *** s.ow that for the s.me des.gn thermal power s.ale of reactors.the higher the core’s.exit temperature,the better the Brayton cycle’s.thermo-economic *** the four-cycle layouts.the recompres.ion cycle(RC)has.the bes. overall performance,followed by the s.mple recuperation cycle(s.)and the intercooling cycle(IC),and the wors. is.the reheating cycle(RH).However,RH has.the lowes. total cos. of inves.ment(C_(tot))of$1619.85 million,and IC has.the lowes. levelized cos. of energy(LCOE)of 0.012$/(kWh).The nuclear Brayton cycle s.s.em’s.overall performance has.been improved due to *** performance of the molten s.lt reactor combined with the intercooling cycle(Ms.-IC)s.heme has.the greates. improvement,with the net output power(W_(net)),thermal efficiencyη_(t),and exergy efficiency(η_(e))improved by 8.58%,8.58%,and 11.21%,*** performance of the lead-cooled fas. reactor combined with the s.mple recuperation cycle s.heme was.optimized to increas. C_(tot) by 27.78%.In comparis.n,the internal rate of return(irR)increas.d by only 7.8%,which is.not friendly to inves.ors.with limited *** the nuclear Brayton cycle,the molten s.lt reactor combined with the recompres.ion cycle s.heme s.ould receive priority,and the gas.cooled fas. reactor combined with the reheating cycle s.heme s.ould be cons.dered carefully.
