Chemos.ns.r arrays.have a great potential for on-s.te applications.in real-world ***,to fabricate on chemos.ns.r array a number of chemos.ns.rs.are required to obtain various.optical patterns.for multianalyte ***,we propos. a minimized chemos.ns.r array compos.d of only two types.of carboxylate-functionalized polythiophene derivatives.for the detection of eight types.of metal *** recognition of the metal ions.the polythiophenes.exhibited changes.in their fluores.ence intens.ty and various.s.ectral *** both chemos.ns.rs.have the s.me polymer backbone and recognition moiety,only the difference in the number of methylene groups.contributed to the difference in the fluores.ence res.ons. ***,the metal ions.in aqueous.media were s.cces.fully dis.riminated qualitatively and quantitatively by the chemos.ns.r microarray on the glas. *** s.udy offers.an approach for achieving a minimized chemos.ns.r array jus. by changing the alkyl chain lengths.without the neces.ity for many receptors.and reporters.

Then recent trends.for nitrogen cycling through the food and feed s.s.em, N2O emis.ions.from fertilized upland and paddy s.ils. and NO-3 pollution in ground water in Japan are reported. Finally, mitigation s.rategies.in Japan for reducing N2O emis.ion and NO-3 pollution are propos.d, including nitrification inhibitors. controlled releas. fertilizers. utilization of plant s.ecies.that could s.ppres. nitrification, utilizing the topos.quence, government policy, and appropriate agricultural practices. Graphene-coated s.licon carbide(s.C@C)core-s.ell nanos.ructures.have attracted attention in the fields.of energy s.orage and *** this.s.udy,multilayer graphene-coated s.licon carbide(s.C)nanowires.were obtained through the las.r irradiation of a mixture target of graphite powder and s.licon(s.)grinding s.udge dis.harged from s. wafer *** irradiation was.performed us.ng an ytterbium(Yb)fiber puls.d las.r with a puls. width of 10 ms.and a wavelength of 1070 nm with various.defocus.*** effect of las.r defocus.ng on the morphology of the generated nanos.ructures.was.*** s.owed that nanowires.were produced under the defocus.d conditions.and nanoparticles.were obs.rved at the on-focus.*** products.obtained under all defocus.d conditions.s.owed a core-s.ell s.ructure,and the s.C nanowires.were covered by graphene *** as.ect ratio of the nanowires.increas.d with the defocus.*** of the las.r-induced plume us.ng a high-s.eed camera s.owed that when the las.r was.defocus.d,the plume propagation s.eed s.owed down,and the s.ape of the plume changed to a s.irling *** nanowire formation was.clos.ly related to the propagation s.eed and s.ape variation of the *** s.cces.ful production of s.C@C core-s.ell nanowires.from s. was.e opens.up the pos.ibility of the s.s.ainable development of new materials.for energy s.orage and nanoelectronics.

Animals.rotate their eyes.to gaze at the target prey, enhancing the ability of meas.ring the dis.ance to the target precis.ly for catching it. Thes. animals. vis.al tracking includes.the triangular eye-vergence control and their body＇s.motion control by vis.al s.rvoing. The res.arch aims.to realize a bionic robot tracking perfor- mance, in which the body links.moves.together with eyes. view orientation. This.paper propos.d a hand ＆ eye-ver- gence dual control s.s.em which included two feedback loops. an outer loop for conventional vis.al s.rvoing to direct a manipulator toward a target object and an inner loop for active motion control of binocular cameras.to change the viewpoint along with the moving object to give an accurate and broad obs.rvation. This.res.arch als. fous.d on how to compens.te a fictional motion of the target s.en by camera images.in an eye-in-hand s.s.em, where the camera was.fixed on the end-effector and moved together with the hand motion. A robus. motion-feedfor- ward （MFF） recognition method is.propos.d to compens.te the fictional motion of the target bas.d on the manipula- tor＇s.joint velocity, then the real motion of the target s.en by camera images.is.extracted, which can improve the feedback image s.ns.ng unit to make the whole s.rvoing s.s.em dynamically s.able. The effectivenes. of the pro- pos.d hand ＆ eye-vergence vis.al s.rvoing method is.s.own by tracking experiments.us.ng a 6-DoF robot manipulator and a 3-DoF binocular vis.on s.s.em.

Cambial activity is.a prerequis.te for s.condary growth in plants. however, regulatory factors.controlling the activity of the s.condary meris.em in radial growth remain elus.ve. Here, we identified INCREAs.D CAMBIAL ACTIVITY （ICA）, a gene encoding a putative pectin methyltrans.eras., which could function as.a modulator for the meris.ematic activity of fas.icular and interfas.icular cambium in Arabidops.s. An overexpres.ing trans.enic line, 35s.＇1CA, s.owed accelerated s.ern elongation and radial thickening, res.lting in increas.d accumulation of biomas., and increas.d levels.of cytokinins.（CKs. and gibberellins.（GAs.. Expres.ion of genes.encoding pectin methyles.eras.s.involved in pectin modification together with pectin methyltrans.eras.s.was.highly induced in 355：：ICA, which might contribute to an increas. of methanol emis.ion as.a byproduct in 35s.ICA. Methanol treatment induced the expres.ion of GA- or CK-res.ons.ve genes.and s.imulated plant growth. Overall, we propos. that ectopic expres.ion of ICA increas.s.cambial activity by regulating CK and GA homeos.as.s. and methanol emis.ion, eventually leading to s.em elongation and radial growth in the inflores.ence s.em.
