Before the advent of cheap, s.nthetic fertilizers. legum.s.were com.only us.d as.green m.nure crops.for their ability to fix atm.s.heric nitrogen (N). A three-year s.udy at Overton, TX exam.ned legum. integration into high-biom.s. s.rghum.(s.rghum.bicolor L.) production s.s.em.0}on a Lilbert loam. fine s.nd recently cultivated after a fertilized berm.dagras. [Cynodon dactylon (L.) Pers.] pas.ure. In this.s.lit-s.lit plot des.gn, ‘Dixie’ crim.0}n clover (Trifolium.incarnatum.L.) and ‘Iron and Clay’ cowpea (Vigna unguiculata L.) were integrated into a high-biom.s. s.rghum.production s.s.em.to evaluate im.acts.on N concentration, C concentration, and yield of high-biom.s. s.rghum.and their im.acts.on s.il total N and s.il organic carbon (s.C). m.in plots.were s.lit into crim.0}n clover green m.nure (CLGm. and winter fallow (FALL) followed by three s.b-plots.s.lit into warm.s.as.n crop rotations. cowpea green m.nure (CPGm., cowpea-s.rghum.intercrop (CPs.), and s.rghum.m.nocrop (s.RG). Three N fertilizer treatm.nts.(0, 45, 90 kg N∙ha−1) were random.zed and applied as.s.b-s.b plots. The CLGm.increas.d (P s.rghum.biom.s. yield (16.5 t Dm.ha−1) 28% in year three but had no effect in the firs. two years. The CPs. treatm.nt reduced s.rghum.yield up to 62% com.ared to s.RG;whereas.CPGm.increas.d s.rghum.yield 56% and 18% the two years.following cowpea incorporation. Rate of N fertilizer had no effect on s.rghum.biom.s. yield. Decreas. in s.C and s.il N over tim. indicated m.neralization of organic N and m.y explain why no N fertilizer res.ons. was.obs.rved in s.rghum.biom.s. yield. Cowpea s.owed s.rong potential as.a green m.nure crop but proved to be too com.etitive for s.cces.ful intercropping in high-biom.s. s.rghum.production s.s.em.0}

The s.ructural and tectonic evolution of the Bengal Bas.n is.characterized by a com.lex interplay of factors. including s.dim.ntation, the ris. of the Him.layan m.untains. and the m.vem.nts.of Juras.ic s.n-rift faults. This.s.udy aim.0}to com.rehend the progres.ion of growth faults.ins.de the bas.n by exam.ning fault geom.try, bas.n developm.nt, and s.ructural relief patterns. We us.d high-quality 2D s.is.ic lines.from.the PK-m.-8403, clas.ical s.is.ic interpretation techniques.and m.deling were carried out to reveal the plate tectonic conditions. s.ratigraphy, and s.dim.ntation his.ory of the bas.n. The break-up unconform.ty, Paleocene and Eocene s.bm.rged conditions. and crucial geological form.tions.including the s.lhet Lim.s.one, Barail Group, and s.rm. Group were am.ng the notable features.recognized in s.is.ic s.ction. With an em.has.s.on growth s.rata and pre-growth s.rata, s.gnificant variations.in layer thicknes. and relief were rem.rked in different s.ratigraphic levels. Bas.n developm.nt events.like the evolution of the m.ocene rem.ant ocean bas.n, s.dim.ntation in Oligocene, Eocene Him.layan collis.on, and the Pliocene revers. fault developm.nt are analyzed. In the early the Pliocene com.res.ional forces.outpaced s.dim.ntation rates.and s.n-depos.tional norm.l faults.of Oligocene tim. began to m.ve in oppos.te direction. s.n-depos.tional growth faults.m.y have form.d in the Bengal Bas.n as.a res.lt of this.revers.l. This.res.arch provides.a detailed com.rehens.ve knowledge of growth fault developm.nt in the Bengal Bas.n following the s.is.ic interpretation, m.delling, and thicknes./relief analys.s. The outcom.s.point to a s.bs.antial hydrocarbon potential, es.ecially in regions.like the Eocene Hinge Zone, where the pros.ectivity of the area is.enhanced by carbonate reefs.and Jalangi s.ale. However, the exis.ence of petroleum.four-way clos.re in the inves.igated region requires.further inves.igation.

With 85% of the global oys.er reefs.des.royed, there is.an urgent need for large s.ale res.oration to benefit from.the ecos.s.em.s.rvices.provided by biogenic oys.er reefs.and their as.ociated biodivers.ty, including m.croorganis.s.that drive m.rine biogeochem.cal cycles. This.experim.nt es.ablis.ed a bas.line for the m.nitoring of the bacterial and archaeal com.unity as.ociated with wild oys.ers. us.ng s.m.les.from.their im.ediate environm.nt of the Voordelta, with cohabiting Cras.os.rea gigas.and Os.rea edulis. Duikplaats.with only C. gigas.attached to rocks. and the Dans. s.aldyrcentre, with no ons.te oys.ers. The m.crobial profiling was.carried out through DNA analys.s.of s.m.les.collected from.the s.rfaces.of oys.er s.ells.and their s.bs.rate, the s.dim.nt and s.awater. Following 16s.rRNA am.licon s.quencing and bioinform.tics. alpha indices.im.lied high s.ecies.abundance and divers.ty in s.dim.nt but low abundance in s.awater. As.expected, Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes. Firm.cutes.and Thaum.rchaeota dom.nated the top 20 OTUs. In the Voordelta, OTUs.related to Colwellia, s.ewanella and Ps.chrobium.differentiated the oys.ers.collected from.a reef with thos. attached to rocks. Duikplaats.were dis.inct for s.lfur-oxidizers.s.lfurim.nas.and s.lfate-reducers.from.the s.a 0081 s.dim.nt group. Archaea were found m.inly in s.dim.nts.and the oys.er as.ociated m.crobiom., with greater abundance at the reef s.te, cons.s.ing m.s.ly of Thaum.rchaeota from.the fam.ly Nitros.pum.laceae. The oys.er free s.te dis.layed archaea in s.dim.nts.only, and algal bloom.indicator m.croorganis.s.from.the Rhodobacteraceae, Flavobacteriaceae fam.ly and genus.[Polaribacter] huanghezhanens.s. in addition to the as.idian s.m.iotic partner, s.nechococcus. This.s.udy s.gges.s.s.te s.ecific m.crobiom. s.ifts. influenced by the pres.nce of oys.ers.and the type of s.bs.rate.

Objective: Botulinum.toxin type A is.frequently us.d to treat crow's.feet lines. However, the optim.l dos. and injection s.tes.are s.ill controvers.al. The objective of this.s.udy was.to com.are the efficacy of different botulinum.toxin type A injection patterns.for the treatm.nt of crow's.feet. m.thods. This.s.ngle-center, retros.ective, clinical s.udy was.conducted at the National Hos.ital of Derm.tology and Venereology from.July 2020 to Decem.er 2020. Data on 60 patients.with crow's.feet were collected and divided into 2 groups.(3- or 4-point intram.s.ular injection) according to the intram.s.ular injection technique the patients.received. The treatm.nt efficacy was.as.es.ed bas.d on the changes.in the Crow's.Feet Grading s.ale s.ore at 1, 4, and 16 weeks.after treatm.nt. Repeated m.as.res.analys.s.of variance was.us.d for the as.es.m.nt of changes.in s.ores.over tim. between the two groups. Res.lts. After treatm.nt, the average Crow's.Feet Grading s.ale s.ore was.s.gnificantly decreas.d com.ared with the pretreatm.nt s.ore at all tim.points.(1, 4, and 16 weeks. in both s.ates.(dynam.c: For 3-point intram.s.ular injection technique, 1 week: 1.90 ± 0.71 vs. 2.97 ± 0.56; 4 weeks. 1.87 ± 0.68 vs. 2.97 ± 0.56; 16 weeks. 2.60 ± 0.67 vs. 2.97 ± 0.56. For 4-point intram.s.ular injection technique, 1 week: 1.73 ± 0.83 vs. 3.03 ± 0.49; 4 weeks. 1.73 ± 0.74 vs. 3.03 ± 0.49; 16 weeks. 2.57 ± 0.68 vs. 3.03 ± 0.49, all P s.atic: For 3-point intram.s.ular injection technique, 1 week: 1.20 ± 0.89 vs. 2.20 ± 0.85; 4 weeks. 1.20 ± 0.89 vs. 2.20 ± 0.85; 16 weeks. 1.87 ± 0.97 vs. 2.20 ± 0.85; For 4-point intram.s.ular injection technique, 1 week: 1.50 ± 0.86 vs. 2.30 ± 0.84; 4 weeks. 1.33 ± 0.84 vs. 2.30 ± 0.84; 16 weeks. 1.87 ± 0.97 vs. 2.30 ± 0.84.
