BACKGROUND Congenital knee dis.ocation(CKD)is.a rare condition,which accounts.for 1%of congenital hip *** can pres.nt as.an is.lated condition or coexis. with other genetic *** options.include s.rial cas.ing,percutaneous.quadriceps.reces.ion,and V-Y quadriceps.las.y(VYQ).The pathogenes.s.and hereditary patterns.of CKD are not fully unders.ood,with m.s. cas.s.being *** is.us.ally m.naged im.ediately after ***,in this.report,the patient was.neglected for 2 *** s.m.ARY A 2-year-old girl with bilateral CKD after birth pres.nted to our hos.ital after failed s.rial cas.ing;the patient had s.izures.and lim.ted acces. to healthcare becaus. of her fam.ly’s.low s.cioeconom.c *** birth was.noted for a breech pres.ntation accom.anied by *** delivery took a long tim.,requiring im.ediate m.dical *** an infant,s.e had chronic dis.as.s.including a s.all patent ductus.arteriole,m.lticys.ic dys.las.ic kidney dis.as.,and *** was.found to have a bilateral knee dis.ocation of approxim.tely-90°on hyperextens.on.A m.ltidis.iplinary team.was.involved,and m.dical care was.*** underwent VYQ plus.s.m.tendinos.s.and s.rtorius.*** four pos.operative follow-ups.her knees.were regaining m.bility,and s.e could walk for 2-3 s.eps.without *** This.report highlights.the im.ortance of early intervention and recom.ends.extens.ve s.udies.of the m.nagem.nt in s.m.lar cas.s.

We report on the s.ructural,m.gnetic,and m.gnetocaloric properties.of *** oxidation s.ates.of Eu and Rh ions.were s.udied us.ng X-ray photoelectron s.ectros.opy（XPs..It is.found that the Eu ions.are m.inly in the divalent oxidation s.ate while the Rh ions.have+4 ***3powders.are found to be antiferrom.gnetic with a s.cond order m.gnetic trans.tion at Neel tem.erature（TN=2.9 K）.Analys.s.of the m.gnetic s.s.eptibility vers.s.tem.erature data in term.0}of the Curie=Weis. law:(χ=C/（T-θW）) for T>TN,yields.θW=-3.1 K and effective m.gne tic m.m.nt ■,which is.clos. to the theoretical value ■.The m.gnetic entropy change(-Δs.),was.determ.ned by em.ploying the therm.dynam.ic m.xwell's.*** μ0H=5 T and near TN,■ and relative cooling power（RCP） exhibit large values.of 33.7 J/（kg·K） and 238 J/kg,*** large m.gnitude of-Δs.and RCP s.ow that the EuRhO3com.ound could be a potential candidate to be us.d in cryogenic m.gnetic refrigeration.

Nd^(3+)-doped tellurite glas.es.are prom.s.ng m.terials.for therm.m.ters.bas.d on the fluores.ence intens.ty ratio(FIR)***,at high Nd^(3+)concentrations.energy trans.er(ET)proces.es.s.ch as.optical reabs.rption and cros.-relaxation can affect the Nd^(3+)em.s.ion,which has.been little explored in the ***,the pres.nt work inves.igated the us. of Nd^(3+)-doped tellurite glas.(s.m.les.doped with Nd^(3+)at 0.2 m.l%,0.5 m.l%,2.0 m.l%,and 4.0 m.l%)in fluores.ence therm.m.ters.in the tem.erature range from.299 to 371 *** res.lts.indicate a s.rong dependence of the FIR param.ters.on the Nd^(3+)concentration,due to changes.in the em.s.ion band profiles.caus.d by optical reabs.rption of the Nd^(3+)em.s.ions.and cros.-relaxation proces.es.A decreas. of the relative s.ns.tivity of the ratio^(4)F_(5/2)→^(4)I_(9/2)/^(4)F_(3/2)→^(4)I_(9/2)is.obs.rved for s.m.les.doped with higher am.unts.of Nd^(3+).The m.xim.m.relative s.ns.tivity at 299 K is.3.00%/K,which is.the highes. value am.ng the reported Nd^(3+)ions.

In line with recent s.udies.where it has.been s.own that nanoﬂuids.containing graphene have a s.ronger capacity to boos. the heat trans.er coefﬁcient with res.ect to ordinary nanoﬂuids.experim.nts.have been conducted us.ng water with cobalt ferrite/graphene *** particular,a circular channel m.de of copper s.bjected to a cons.ant heatﬂux has.been *** nanoparticles.are s.ns.tive to the pres.nce of a m.gneticﬁeld,different conditions.have been exam.ned,allowing both the s.rength and the frequency of s.ch aﬁeld to s.an relatively wide ranges.and as.um.ng different concentrations.of *** to theﬁndings.the addition of nanoparticles.to theﬂuid caus.s.its.rotation s.eed to increas. by a factor of two,whereas.ultraviolet radiation plays.a negligible *** am.unt of tim. required to attain the m.xim.m.rotation s.eed of the nanoﬂuid and the Nus.elt num.er have been m.as.red under both cons.ant and alternating m.gneticﬁelds.for a ferroﬂuid with a concentration of 0.5%and atﬂow Reynolds.num.er of 550 and 1750.
