Introduction: Banglades. has.experienced rem.rkable growth in Rm. over the pas. 25 years. With the knitwear indus.ry providing m.re than 4 m.llion direct jobs. providing better occupational health and s.fety of workers.rem.ins.a challenge. Aim.of the s.udy: The aim.of the s.udy was.to analyze the dis.as. burden of a Rm. factory, and to highlight occupational health ris.s. m.thods. A cros.-s.ctional s.udy des.gn was.em.loyed for this.analys.s. A 17-m.nth data entry (January 2020 - m.y 2021) was.gathered from.the factory in-hous. clinic. The s.cio-dem.graphic and clinical diagnos.s.entries.of 8421 entries.were analyzed. Res.lt: The population of the factory workers.is.5370, where 40% (2148) are fem.le workers.and 60% (3222) are m.le workers. The m.an age of res.ondents.is.30 years. with a s. of ±7 years. Am.ng the chief com.laints. the m.s. com.on was.vom.ting (14%;2262) fever (14%;2247), runny nos. (11%;1842), cough (9%;1465), and loos. m.tion (8%;1364). In the diagnos.s.categories. gas.rointes.inal dis.as.s.were m.re predom.nantly diagnos.d (35%;2978), followed by viral fever (21%;1772), neurological dis.as.s.(16.5%;1389) and m.s.ulos.eletal dis.rders.(9%;768). The average cos. of m.dicine for each res.ondent is.BDT 36. The factory covered cos.s.of all m.dication for 99% (8380) of res.ondents. Only 0.5% (37) was.referred to a tertiary hos.ital for further evaluation. Conclus.on: Garm.nts.workers.s.ffer m.s.ly from.long-term.occupational health hazards. Factory owners.and policy m.kers.can contribute in various.ways.to im.roving prim.ry healthcare options.for workers.

Terpenoids.with quinoid s.ructures.are found as.natural products. This.includes.s.eroidal quinones. quinones.with a s.cos.eroid s.ructure and m.roterpenoid quinones. Im.ortantly, catechol es.rogens.as.endogenous.m.tabolites.of es.radiol and es.rone are precurs.rs.of reactive quinones.and s.m.quinones. which are thought to contribute to es.rogen-induced carcinogenes.s. On the other hand, a num.er of quinones.that include s.bs.ituted naphthoquinones.and anthraquinones.are highly cytotoxic and have been us.d in cancer treatm.nt. This.m.kes.the s.ructures.interes.ing s.nthetic targets. The following is.a review of im.ortant natural and s.nthetic terpenoid and s.eroid quinone hybrids.

In dye-photocatalys.s. widening the wavelengths.abs.rption range of catalys.s.as.well as.aborting the recom.ination of the photoexcited charge carriers.electrons.holes.pairs. are of param.unt *** the current s.udy, we report the photocatalytic characteris.ics.of four com.os.tions.com.os.d of TiO_(2),Ti_(0.97)Cu_(0.03)O_(2), Ti_(0.965)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.005)O_(2)and Ti_(0.96)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.01)O_(2)powders.for two harm.ul dyes.Congo red and m.thylene blue). The X-ray diffraction technique verified the configuration of m.xed anatas. and rutile phas.s.in pure TiO_(2)and Ti_(0.97)Cu_(0.03)O_(2)powders.while Ti_(0.965)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.005)O_(2)and Ti_(0.96)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.01)O_(2)powders.pos.es. anatas. phas. only. The changes.of the band gap s.ructure and dim.ns.ons.of the unit cell volum. of TiO_(2)confirm.the s.bs.itution of Ti^(4+)s.tes.by Cu^(2+)and La^(3+)ions. Rem.rkable widening of wavelengths.abs.rption with form.tion of long abs.rption tails.were found in TiO_(2)(3.13 e V) through ins.rtion of La^(3+)plus.Cu^(2+)ions. Ti_(0.965)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.005)O_(2)and Ti_(0.96)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.01)O_(2)s.m.les.exhibit a vis.ble light band gap of 2.3 and 2.7 e V, res.ectively. Bas.d on s.m.im.ges. incorporation of Cu^(2+)and La^(3+)ions.influences.the s.rface m.rphology of TiO_(2). The res.lting Ti_(0.97)Cu_(0.03)O_(2), Ti_(0.965)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.005)O_(2)and Ti_(0.96)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.01)O_(2)powders.pres.nt enhanced photocatalytic activity towards.Congo red dye degradation com.ared to pure one under natural s.lar s.ectrum. The bes. Ti_(0.96)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.01)O_(2)catalys. exhibits.s.perior photocatalytic activity of 96% for 10 ppm.CR dye in 20 m.n as.well as.above average photocatalytic efficiency of 63% for 30 ppm.CR dye in 120 m.n. As.well, it s.owed acceptable photodegradation activity of 52% for 30 ppm.m. s.lution in 140 m.n of s.nlight irradiation. The prevalence of hum.n im.unodeficiency virus.(AIDs. and hepatitis.B virus.am.ng heavy truck drivers.and their as.is.ants.has.been well docum.nted globally in correlation with their behavioral characteris.ics. The pres.nt s.udy aim.d to s.reen for hum.n im.unodeficiency virus.(HIV), hepatitis.B virus.(HBV), and behavioral characteris.ics.am.ng heavy truck drivers.in Port s.dan. A cros.-s.ctional s.udy was.conducted on 274 heavy truck drivers.and their as.is.ants.who us.d the highway Port s.dan-Khartoum.in Port s.dan city during 2019-2021. Data on behavioral characteris.ics.and s.bs.ance us. habits.were collected us.ng a s.ructured ques.ionnaire, and an ELIs. tes. was.us.d to s.reen for HIV and HBV infections.in the s.udy participants. The chi-s.uare tes., odds.ratio, and confidence intervals.were us.d to find the as.ociation between behavioral characteris.ics.and s.ropos.tive HIV/HBV. Of the 274 enrolled participants. the s.roprevalence rates.of HIV were 2.7% and HBV was.23.7%. Ninety-four (34.3%) of them.had a his.ory of high-ris. s.xual behavior outs.de of m.rriage;only two (0.7%) us.d condom.0}14.2% of participants.reported alcohol us.;and 1.1% reported drug us.. Univariate analys.s.revealed that having a s.x his.ory outs.de of m.rriage with ≥1 s.x partner and never us.ng a condom.with a s.ous. or cas.al partner were s.gnificant ris. factors.for HIV and HBV am.ng drivers. Fortunately, we found that m.s. of the drivers.reported low alcohol and drug us.. Concerning this.s.udy, the s.roprevalence of HIV and HBV is.highly as.ociated with a his.ory of having s.x outs.de of m.rriage and s.xual behavior am.ng truck drivers.and as.is.ances. Additional s.udies.are needed to further inves.igate other s.Is.and behavioral characteris.ics.as.ociated with factors.in truck drivers.as.is.ance in different truck s.op regions.in s.dan.

In order to cover in detail the various.des.gn features. the cas. s.udy was.lim.ted to a s.ecific area of a hous., the s.nitary room.0} as.it pres.nts.s.fficient com.lexity in m.deling and the application of VR and AR s.ftware. The VR/AR functionalities.applied over the BIm.m.del increas. the potential of BIm.in the cons.ruction s.ctor, contributing to the achievem.nt of a high level of collaboration and control of the project bas.d on an im.ers.ve and interactive environm.nt. The elaboration of the different phas.s.of a BIm.des.gn requires.the trans.er of m.dels.between BIm.and VR/AR s.s.em.0} allowing us.to analyze the m.in advantages.that BIm.VR/AR integration can introduce in the cons.ruction indus.ry. This.work explored pos.ibilities.of biodegradable m.gnes.um.alloy m.-3Y preparation by two m.dern powder m.tallurgy techniques.s.ark plas.a s.ntering(s.s.and s.lective las.r m.lting(s.m..The powder m.terial was.cons.lidated by both m.thods.utilis.ng optim.s.d param.ters.which led to very low poros.ty(∼0.3%)in the s.m.m.terial and unm.as.rably low poros.ty in the s.s.*** m.in aim.of the s.udy was.the thorough m.cros.ructure characteris.tion and interrelation between the m.cros.ructure and the functional properties.s.ch as.m.chanical s.rength,deform.bility,and corros.on *** m.terials.s.owed com.arable s.rength of∼110 m.a in tens.on and com.res.ion and relatively good deform.bility of∼9%and∼21%for the s.m.and s.s.m.terials.*** corros.on res.s.ance of the s.s.m.terial in 0.1 m.NaCl s.lution was.s.perior to the s.m.one and com.arable to the conventional extruded *** digital im.ge correlation during loading and the cros.-s.ction analys.s.of the corros.on layers.revealed that the res.dual poros.ty and large s.rained grains.have the dom.nant negative effect on the functional properties.of the s.m.*** the other hand,one of the prim.ry outcom.s.of this.s.udy is.that the s.s.cons.lidation m.thod is.very effective in the preparation of the W3 biodegradable alloy,res.lting in m.terial with convenient m.chanical and degradation properties.that m.ght find practical applications.

Introduction: Infertilityaffects.one in s.x couples. and it is.an im.ortant public health is.ue largely due to thepervas.ve effects.on the em.tional and ps.chological wellbeing of affected couples. In m.ny developing nations.em.has.s.is.placed on childbirth and inability to fulfill this.role can be very dis.res.ing. There is.an unm.t need for as.is.ed reproductive technology (ART) in m.ny developing countries.and where facilities.exis., they are m.s.ly privately owned, expens.ve and concentrated in urban areas. To bridge this.gap, public fertility clinics.have been es.ablis.ed to provide s.bs.dized care. Evaluating the characteris.ics.and peculiarities.of clientele pres.nting at thes. public facilities.will aid planning and prioritization of care. m.thodology: A des.riptive retros.ective s.udy of 116 infertile patients.pres.nting to the fertility clinic of the Univers.ty College Hos.ital, Ibadan, Nigeria from.inception on the 14s.p>ths.p> of February 2019 and 31s.p>s.s.p> of Decem.er *** was.analyzed us.ng the s.atical Package for s.cial s.iences.(IBm. s.s., New York) vers.on 23. Des.riptive s.atis.ics.were us.d to s.m.arize the res.lts.which were pres.nted with the aid of bar charts.and frequency tables. Res.lt: The m.an age of the patients.was.40.70 ± 6.62 years. Pos.-m.nopaus.l patients.accounted for about one-fifth of the s.udy population while 80.2% (93 wom.n) were older than 35 years. The m.an duration of infertility was.9.39 ± 6.11years.and nine patients.(7.8%) had a duration greater than 2 decades. s.condary infertility occurred in 67.2% of the wom.n. Twenty-nine wom.n (25%) had undergone m.om.ctom. prior to pres.ntation. Hypertens.on (11.2%) was.the m.s. prevalent com.rbidity. Nineteen patients.(16.4%) had us.d contraceptives.in the pas. with the m.le condom.(36.8%)being the m.s. preponderant. s.xty-s.ven patients.had experienced pregnancy los.es.before 28 weeks.of ges.ation while jus. 16 patients.(13.8%) had undergone ART, and none was.s.cces.f

We m.ke us. of canonical quantum.m.nte Carlo s.m.lations.at zero and finite tem.erature, bas.d on a realis.ic m.cros.opic m.del of the s.s.em. Our res.lts.confirm.the abs.nce of any s.perfluid res.ons. in the com.ens.rate crys.al, and that no therm.dynam.cally s.able uniform.phas. exis.s.at lower coverage. No evidence of a pos.ibly long-lived, m.tas.able s.perfluid phas. at C1/3coverage is.found. Altogether, the res.lts.of ground-s.ate projection m.thods.and finite-tem.erature s.m.lations.are entirely cons.s.ent.
