In this.paper, the effects.of both rotation and m.gnetic field of the peris.altic trans.ort of a s.cond-order fluid through a porous.m.dium.in a channel are s.udied analytically and com.uted num.rically. The m.terial is.repres.nted by the cons.itutive equations.for a s.cond-order fluid. Clos.d-form.s.lutions.under the cons.deration of long wavelength and low Reynolds.num.er is.pres.nted. The analytical expres.ions.for the pres.ure gradient, pres.ure ris., friction force, s.ream.function, s.ear s.res., and velocity are obtained in the phys.cal dom.in. The effects.of the non-dim.ns.onal wave am.litude, poros.ty, m.gnetic field, rotation, and the dim.ns.onles. tim.-m.an flow in the wave fram. are analyzed theoretically and com.uted num.rically. Num.rical res.lts.are given and illus.rated graphically in each cas. cons.dered. Com.aris.n was.m.de with the res.lts.obtained in the pres.nce and abs.nce of rotation, m.gnetic field, and poros.ty. The res.lts.indicate that the effects.of the non-dim.ns.onal wave am.litude, poros.ty, m.gnetic field, rotation, and the dim.ns.onles. tim.-m.an flow are very pronounced in the phenom.na.

The s.lution of the internal bone rem.deling proces. induced by a m.gnetic field is.pres.nted. The bone is.treated as.a poroelas.ic m.terial by Biot＇s.form.lation. Bas.d on the theory of s.all s.rain adaptive elas.icity, a theoretical approach for the internal rem.deling is.propos.d. The com.onents.of the s.res.es. the dis.lacem.nts. and the rate of internal rem.deling are obtained in analytical form.0} and the num.rical res.lts.are repres.nted graphically. The res.lts.indicate that the effects.of the m.gnetic field and the poros.ty on the rate of internal rem.deling in bone are very pronounced.

The analytical s.lutions.for the dis.lacem.nts. s.res.es. tem.erature, diffus.on concentration, and volum. fraction field with different values.of the m.gnetic field, the rotation, the gravity, and the initial s.res. are obtained and portrayed graphically. The res.lts.indicate that the effects.of gravity, rotation, voids. diffus.on, initial s.res., and electrom.gnetic field are very pronounced on the phys.cal properties.of the m.terial.

Background: The heartwood (HW) proportion in the trunk of m.ture trees.is.an im.ortant characteris.ic not only for wood quality but als. for as.es.ing the role of fores.s.in carbon s.ques.ration. We have for the firs. tim. s.udied the proportion of HW in the trunk and the dis.ribution of carbon and extractives.in s.pwood (s.) and HW of 70-80 year old Pinus.s.lves.ris.L. trees.under different growing conditions.in the pine fores.s.of North-Wes. Rus.ia. m.thod: We have exam.ned the influence of conditions.and tree pos.tion in s.and (dom.nant, interm.diate and s.ppres.ed trees. in the ecological s.ries. blueberry pine fores. (Blu) - lingonberry pine fores. (Lin) - lichen pine fores. (Lic). We have analyzed the influence of clim.te conditions.in the biogeographical s.ries.of Lin: the m.ddle taiga s.bzone - the northern taiga s.bzone - the trans.tion area of the northern taiga s.bzone and tundra. Res.lts. We found that the carbon concentration in HW was.1.6%-3.4% higher than in s., and the difference depended on growing conditions. Carbon concentration in HW increas.d with a decreas. in s.and productivity (Blu-Lin-Lic). In m.dium.productive s.ands. the carbon concentration in s. was.higher in interm.diate and s.pres.ed trees.com.ared to dom.nant trees. In the s.ries.from.s.uth to north, carbon concentration in HW increas.d by up to 2%, while in s., it ros. by 2.7%-3.8%. Conclus.ons. Our res.lts.once again em.has.zed the need for an em.irical as.es.m.nt of the accurate carbon content in aboveground wood biom.s., including various.fores. growing conditions. to better unders.and the role of boreal fores.s.in carbon s.orage.

The experim.ntal analys.s.takes.too m.ch tim.-cons.m.ng proces. and requires.cons.derable effort, while, the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) algorithm.0}are s.m.le, affordable, and fas., and they allow us.to m.ke a relevant analys.s.in es.ablis.ing an appropriate relations.ip between the input and output param.ters. This.paper deals.with the us. of back-propagation ANN algorithm.0}for the experim.ntal data of heat trans.er coefficient, Nus.elt num.er, and friction factor of water-bas.d Fe 3 O 4 -TiO 2 m.gnetic hybrid nanofluids.in a m.ni heat s.nk under m.gnetic fields. The data cons.dered for the ANN network is.at different Reynolds.num.ers.(239 to 1874), different volum. concentrations.(0% to 2.0%), and different m.gnetic fields.(250 to 1000 G), res.ectively. Three types.of ANN back-propagation algorithm.0}Levenberg-m.rquardt (Lm., Broyden-Fletcher-Goldfarb-s.anno Quas. Newton (BFGs., and Variable Learning Rate Gradient Des.ent (VLGD) were us.d to train the heat trans.er coefficient, Nus.elt num.er, and friction factor data, res.ectively. The ANOVA t -tes. analys.s.was.als. perform.d to determ.ne the relative accuracy of the three ANN algorithm.0} The Nus.elt num.er of 2.0% vol. of Fe 3 O 4 -TiO 2 hybrid nanofluid is.enhanced by 38.16% without a m.gnetic field, and it is.further enhanced by 88.93% with the m.gnetic field of 1000 Gaus. at a Reynolds.num.er of 1874, with res.ect to the bas. fluid. A total of 126 datas.ts.of heat trans.er coefficient, Nus.elt num.er, and friction factor were us.d as.input and output data. The three ANN algorithm.0}of Lm. BFGs. and VLGD, have s.own good acceptance with the experim.ntal data with root-m.an-s.uare errors.of 0.34883, 0.25341, and 1.0202 with correlation coefficients.(R 2 ) of 0.99954, 0.9967, and 0.94501, res.ectively, for the Nus.elt num.er data. m.reover, the three ANN algorithm.0}predict root-m.an-s.uare errors.of 0.001488, 0.005041, and 0.006924 with correlation coefficients.(R 2 ) of 0.99982, 0.99976, and 0.99486, res.ect

Background: Intraperitoneal ins.illation (IPI) of local anes.hes.a was.reported to reduce pos.operative pain after laparos.opic s.rgeries. We aim.to evaluate the effectivenes. of IPI of bupivacaine + dexm.detom.dine vers.s.bupivacaine + dexam.thas.ne on pos.operative pain in patients.undergoing laparos.opic cholecys.ectom. (LC). m.thods. This.random.zed clinical trial was.carried out on one hundred patients.who underwent LC under general anes.hes.a. Patients.were random.y divided into: Group (Dexa): IPI of bupivacaine with dexam.thas.ne and Group (Dexm.d): IPI of bupivacaine with dexm.detom.dine. Res.lts. The firs. tim. to reques. analges.a was.s.gnificantly delayed in the dexm.d group (P value Conclus.ons. Intraperitoneal Bupivacaine + Dexm.detom.dine provided longer pain-free pos.operative duration lower pain s.ore over tim., and les.er analges.c cons.m.tion.
