The effect of s.in-1 impurities.doping on the magnetic properties.of a s.in-3/2 Is.ng nanotube is.inves.igated us.ng Monte Carlo s.mulations.within the Blume-Emery-Griffiths.model in the pres.nce of an external magnetic field. The thermal behaviors.of the order parameters.and different macros.opic ins.abilities.as.well as.the hys.eretic behavior of the material are examined in great detail as.a function of the dopant dens.ty. It is.found that the impurities.concentration affects.all the s.s.em magnetic properties.generating for s.me s.ecific values. compens.tion points.and multi-cycle hys.eres.s. Doping conditions.where the s.turation/remanent magnetization and coercive field of the inves.igated material can be modified for permanent or s.ft magnets.s.nthes.s.purpos. are dis.us.ed.

Background: Employees. dis.atis.action is.as.a res.lt of confrontations.of two divergent views. compliance with collective labor agreement and the company’s.profitability requirements. However, the documentation of internal and external environmental impacts.on the employees.is.poor. Our objective was.to s.udy workers. origin of dis.atis.action from the negative impact of Fludor Benin s. internal and external environment. Population and methods. It was.a cros.-s.ctional s.udy, conducted from 11th s.ptember 2013 to 08th January 2014, on Fludor Benin s. employees. Data collection was.carried out over ten (10) s.s.ions.through adminis.ration of Focus.Group Dis.us.ion modules.coupled with ps.chodrama (FGD-ps.chodrama) and conducted fortnightly. The module was.intended for a group of twelve employees.per s.s.ion. It las.ed 2 hours.and ended with a game compris.ng a s.t of s.xteen (16) cards. Each participant’s.16-card deck allowed the “player” to identify the likely origin of his.dis.atis.action at work. Res.lts. One hundred and twenty (120) employees.were expected, but only ninety-nine (99) had participated in the FGD-ps.chodrama. The rate of participation was.82.5%. The average age of the employees.was.35.4 ± 7.4 years. while s.x-ratio was.23.75. Average s.niority was.9.3 ± 3.2 years. The employees. robot profile was. 39 (39.39%) pas.ive employees. 18 (18.19%) dis.ppointed employees. 17 (17.17%) unmotivated employees. 14 (14.14%) dedicated to the company but barely recognized and 11 (11.11%) unhappy employees. The reas.ns.for dis.atis.action originated from matrimonial home 25 (25.25%), workplace 23 (23.23%) and us. of drugs.11 (11.11%). s.venty-s.ven 77 (77.78%) employees.were s.tis.ied with the FGD-ps.chodrama modules. Conclus.on: FGD-ps.chodrama may be an effective tool to res.ore unhealthy corporate atmos.here, help employees.to dis.ern the origin of their dis.atis.action and change their perception about s.res.ful s.tuations.prevailing in their workplace.

This.s.udy focus.s.on monitoring the expos.re of populations.in s.uth Benin to atmos.heric pollution. Thirteen (13) monitoring points.were identified where the Air quality meas.rements.were taken us.ng autonomous.electronic devices.called “Air Quality Monitor”. Calibrated and turned on, the meas.ring device automatically determines.the concentrations.of carbon dioxide COs.b>2s.b>, Total Organic Compounds. methanal (HCHO), particulate matter PMs.b>2.5s.b> and PMs.b>10s.b>, temperature in degrees.Fahrenheit and relative humidity (RH). Per s.te, air pollution levels.are recorded for 5 minutes.every 30 minutes.from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. After the analys.s. it appears.that the carbon dioxide COs.b>2s.b> contents.vary from 400 to 1444 ppm with an average of 486.80 ± 184.3 ppm, the daily contents.of Total Volatile Organic Compounds.from 0.01 to 6 .91 mg/ms.p>3s.p> with a daily average of 0.36 ± 0.65 mg/ms.p>3s.p>, aldehydes.from 0.005 to 3 mg/ms.p>3s.p> with an average of 0.05 ± 0.17 mg/ms.p>3s.p>, for particulate matter of diameters.les. than or equal to 2.5 μm (PMs.b>2.5s.b>) pollution levels.vary between 5 and 173.8 μg/ms.p>3s.p> with an average of 21.5 ± 17.62 μg/ms.p>3s.p>. On the other hand, for PMs.b>10s.b>, the contents.vary from 5 to 449.6 μg/ms.p>3s.p> with an average of 28.17 ± 31.74 μg/ms.p>3s.p>, the Air Quality Index (AQI) varies.from 0, 3 to 243 with an average of 39 ± 33.16. From the res.lts.obs.rved, it appears.that the s.uth-wes.ern part of s.uth Benin is.heavily polluted by COs.b>2s.b>, Total Volatile Organic Compounds. PMs.b>10s.b> and es.ecially PMs.b>2.5s.b> with the city of Cotonou at its.head, in particular the Red s.ar cros.roads. the Toyota cros.roads.and the cros.roads.after the friends.ip s.adium. The impacts.of this.pollution could be s.gnificant on s.ns.tive people s.ch as.the elderly, newborns.and patients.with acute and chronic res.iratory illnes.es.

This.s.udy focus.s.on air quality in s.uthern Benin in order to s.ow public authorities.what the Benines. populations.are expos.d to for efficient decis.on-making. Two s.mpling campaigns.were carried out, one in the wet period and the other in the dry s.as.n. The meas.rements.were taken us.ng a monitor called an “Air Quality Monitor”. For data proces.ing, the multiple comparis.n methods.of Dun (1961) and the Wilcoxon tes. were us.d. To maintain legitimacy, all s.atial data were included in the official cartographic repos.tory of Benin: WGs.1984, Trans.ers. Mercator Univers. Projection (UTM), Zone 31 North. The Moran s.atis.ic was.us.d to meas.re the levels.of s.atial autocorrelation of the variables.s.udied and to tes. the s.gnificance. In order to locate the s.atial s.bs.ts. the local s.atial as.ociation indices.of Ans.lin Local Moran and Getis.Ord, Gi* were us.d. In terms.of res.lts. on the 13 monitoring s.tes.and the 8 parameters.chos.n to determine air quality, we do not note any s.gnificant inter-s.as.nal difference. Of the eight parameters. only three parameters.pres.nt s.atial autocorrelation leading to predictions.of ambient air quality over the entire s.udy area bas.d on the dis.ance s.parating the points. namely, PMs.b>2.5s.b>, PMs.b>10s.b> and ambient air quality index (AQI). The localities.affected by atmos.heric pollution in s.uth Benin are located in the s.uth-wes.ern part of Benin, headed by Cotonou, which is.heavily polluted by COs.b>2s.b>, TCOV, PMs.b>10s.b> and PMs.b>2.5s.b>.

Background: Neck pain is a real public health problem. Its treatment uses different techniques, such as functional rehabilitation, whose results are not widely popularized, from developing countries in Black Africa. Objective: To assess the result of rehabilitation of chronic common neck pain (CCNP) at the CNHU-HKM in Cotonou. Methods: Cross-sectional, retrospective, descriptive and analytical study. It was carried out from May to September 2020, based on the files of former patients followed in functional rehabilitation department at CNHU-HKM in Cotonou, from 2015 to 2019, for CCNP. The result of rehabilitation was assessed based on the progress, between the start and the end of the rehabilitation sessions, of pain intensity, mobility of the cervical spine, muscle strength and functional capacity of the patient. Anova and chi-square tests were used for the analysis of factors associated with the result of rehabilitation. Results: The sample consisted to 73 patients. They were predominantly female (58.90%), with a mean age of 53.60 ± 14.08 years. The neck pain, at least of moderate intensity (97.26%), was present since 12.54 ± 8.54 months, on average. Patients have done 10 to 20 functional rehabilitation sessions, the result of which was satisfactory in 67.12%. This result was mainly associated with patient’s age, sports practice and the seniority of pain progression. Discussion-Conclusion: Rehabilitation results in the management of CCNP are interesting. They prove the need to sensitize patients and prescribers on the importance of early treatment of CCNP.s.an>

Cardiorespiratory endurance is a determining factor in the assessment of the state of health of a person. Objective: To determine the reference values for cardiorespiratory endurance in Beninese adults. Methods: Prospective transversal study, with a descriptive and analytical aim. It was carried out on healthy adult subjects (18 to 50 years old), of Cotonou and Abomey cities, from October 2017 to May 2018, without clinically identifiable orthopedic, cardiorespiratory, osteoarticular or neuromotor impairment. These subjects performed three different cardio-respiratory endurance tests: The six-minute walk test (WT6), cycloergometer test (CT) and the step test (ST). Data processing and analysis were done using SPSS version 22 software. A linear regression model was used to establish the prediction equation of maximal oxygen uptake (VOs.b>2s.b> max) with the WT6 data. The significance level chosen was 5%. Results: Subjects average age was 30.0 ± 9.8 years. It was especially men (54.20%), students (42.13%), with a normal corpulence (69.91%). At WT6, they walked 365 m to 798 m (557.1 ± 93.6 m) with extreme heart rates (EHR) of 67 to 189 (136.7 ± 19.0) beats per minute. At ST, the extreme powers developed were 2.7 watts/kg and 11.8 watts/kg (6.4 ± 1.8 watts/kg), with EHR of 99 to 204 (168.4 ± 15.4) beats per minute. The predictor equation of VOs.b>2s.b>s.an> max by WT6 was function of the subject’s weight, age and sex (R = 0.73).
